Our family stayed overnight while on our travels from Michigan to Florida. Room was clean and comfortable and I you can't beat it for the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel for the birth of my granddaughter. The location right in front of the hospital couldn't have been better. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not great, but my daughter and I are not big breakfast eaters anyway so that wasn't a big factor for us. There was a very strong cigarette smell in the hallways which bothered by daughter who is prone to allergies a little bit, but it wasn't in our room. Overall good stay.

Not as expensive as other motels and not fabulous; but VERY NICE AND VERY CLEAN!!!

Rooms have mountain views. The 50 air-conditioned guestrooms at Kastle Inn Motel-Renfro Valley/Mount Vernon include coffee/tea makers and makeup/shaving mirrors. Beds have down comforters and down blankets. Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access is provided. Televisions are equipped with premium satellite channels and free movie channels. We found 3 unknown bugs in room. The tv reception was very bad. Older air conditioning unit was loud and ran all night.No swiiming pool. The pool looked like it hadn't been used in along time.The inn management seemed unconcerned about our issues. The map on the internet showing the location of the motel was about 3 miles off (gave motel copy of map). The motel had 2 ice machines - neither worked (they did provide ice at the front desk). Could not understand the instructions given by the clerk on how to get the internet on my computer (needs to be in writing). "the kastle inn in mt.Vernon KY"
It's terrible. No pool as advertised, the bed had more lumps than a sack of potatoes the floor was better to sleep on. All tv channels had static. And no view as advertised. Highly not recommended
Rates were reasonable for the area; hotel was neat, clean and convenient. It was quiet and I would go there again.
Motel is close to the interstate. With its high up location I doubt if noise will ever be a problem. The only food close by is Mexican or pizza. In season I expect the valley resturants are also open. If you are tired and want a quite place to sleep at a price that will help with your travel budget this is a good place to stay.
"Kastle Inn clean and comfortable"
I found the motel to be clean and well maintained. The furniture was solid, and the bed was comfortable. I returned every evening to find the room thoroughly cleaned and everything in proper order. Kastle Inn is convenient to I-75 and has two restaurants next door and shares a driveway with a gas station. It is also close to the Renfro Valley entertainment […] center.
