I loved my three night stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Seattle Kirkland the hotels staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable:) I would highly recommend it and when I'm in Seattle again I will be staying here:)

This was a bit older of a Motel, but I was very impressed how clean it was.I was very happy with the service people. Very friendly and helpful. I missed my plane and they were very good to me and I stayed there one more night. The price is in relationship with the kind of motel this and i was pleased. They deserve their / your business. Their breakfast is only muffins and orange juice.

Great hotel for the price.
Location.
Situated in Seattle, Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown is close to Denny Park, Space Needle, and Experience Music Project Museum. Also nearby are Seattle Center and Marion Oliver McCaw Hall.

This business-friendly hotel offers a restaurant. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. "Completely Exceeded Expectations!"
We usually stay in the heart of downtown Seattle but since we were attending an event at Key Arena we chose a hotel within walking distance. We were expecting a hotel experience far below downtown properties like the Grand Hyatt, W, Westin, etc. but that was not the case. Certainly the hotel does not have all the 4-5 star amenities of larger properties, […] but we were extremely impressed with the excellent welcome by front desk staff, knowledge of our reservation, convenience of the small lobby cocktail/espresso bar, and quality and comfort of the room itself. The rooms are large and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The only complaint, and it's minor, is that the curtains do not sufficiently block out early morning light. If you're looking for a mid price point and a wonderful stay in this neighborhood, this is the place. We may stay again even if it means a short cab ride to our favorite downtown restaurants and shopping! Read more
"VERY CLOSE TO SPACE NEEDLE-AWESOME HOTEL"
My first time in Seattle and I hit Jack Pot!! I'm all about a bargain and CLEAN place to stay. I will definitely stay here again! Our room was clean and spacious. What I really like was the 24hr shuttle van! Over all this trip was Fun! The employees at this Hotel were Amazing! Polite and Helpful! Thank You!!

This hotel is fantastic if you want to be downtown and walk to the space needle and pikes place market and other fun things. If you are not looking for such thing I would suggest a different hotel because this one is pricey (I'm a college student). "Great rooms, friendly service..."
Overall, I was very happy with my choice to stay at the Hyatt Place. We were in Seattle for Sakuracon 2012 at the Washington Convention center. The free shuttle ran us back and forth to the convention center several times a day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the standard pull-out sofa made it perfect for my husband and I and the 3 kids […] we were traveling with. 24 hour food service available at the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint I have is that when I was researching the hotel in the morning, the rates were different (lower) than when I purchased the room that evening (by $30 a night) and then went back down again the next morning. That amounted to me spending $100 dollars more for our trip than I would have if I booked during morning hours...arbitrary and a little annoying... Read more
"Hyatt Place - A Family Friendly Hotel"
We could not be more please with our stay at Hyatt Place in Seattle. Having a family of 6, it was difficult to even find a place that would accommodate a large family, but we are so glad we were directed to Hyatt Place. our room was not at all dusted, the small soap was not replenish ,there is only one sink in the room .the breakfast was very good there was a lot of choice for both young and older crowds.the pool could have been a little warmer

It was a one night get away but we did have a great time. It was worth the money if you are looking for a good hotel in downtown that already provides breakfast, with a pool for kids to swim, and parking fee that is not sky high.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place for 3 nights. Great shuttle service within one mile of the motel. Nice breakfast in the morning and our car was in a secured garage. We will stay there again for sure.

The hotel was very nice and clean, as was the room. The pool was clean but not very deep. Which could be good for familys with small children. Overall I think the staff was very nice and hotel was excellent. Well worth the money

This hotel is on the outer edge of downtown, only a five minute walk to the Space needle. It was very clean and new, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable!

We arrived and were greeted by friendly staff. They have an indoor pool and gym, which we took advantage off. They offered a free continental breakfast with our stay. The rooms were modern well decorated. Comfortable bed with equally comfortable pillows. The view wasn't the greatest, we faced an apartment complex. I stayed here last month while playing with my family and was very happy with the location, cleanliness, and service of the hotel. I frequently visit Seattle and liked that I could walk to lots of fun things downtown and plenty of sites were within minutes driving distance. Great hotel, great staff. The night manager Ken went out of his way to make sure I got the room I was looking for. I have stayed here several times and will again in the future. Although I had a short stay in Seattle I was very pleased with the hotel. The hotel has a free continental breakfast which was ok. It was clean, the staff was awesome, and the shuttle service provided by the hotel was great to have. It was never more than a 15 minute wait at any given time. They took the information, made the calls for us around town, and contacted us upon finding it. Also, the last day of our trip we decided to rent a car and they also called to find the best rate for us and took us to the rental place. I will definitely be returning to the hotel and will recommend to my family and friends. "Excellent hotel"
Hyatt Place has been our go to hotel for sometime and this location was no different. From the comfortable beds, the warm cookies in the afternoon, and the baked pretzels in the evening. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle service within a 1 mile radius of the hotel that saved a lot of cab fare.

"Convenient, Comfortable... come stay again!"
Near to EMP and Space Needle, this hotel is perfectly placed. Walgreens across the street for whatever you forgot, high end shopping and boutique restaurants closeby. I will book again when I am in the area. Beds are so comfortable you never want to go out and enjoy the sights! Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. It is new so it is very clean. Has secure parking. Beds very comfy and food was good. You are a couple blocks from Monorail if you want a ride into downtown or the hotel has a shuttle.
