Upon our arrival to the gold coast late at night, we wanted to get to the hotel as soon as possible and rest. Since it was late, the reception was closed so we simply picked up the phone that was outside the reception and received instructions to retrieve our key from the safe. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was that it was very […] inviting, beds were comfortable, there was a working air con, tv and clean bathroom. The shower had running hot water, working dryer and washing machine. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need. We felt very safe in the hotel as the front gates were always locked and can only be opened upon key activation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for six days and could not be happier with the service and comfortability of the room. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit the gold coast!!! Read more

Basic accommodation if you are just requiring somewhere to put your head down at night. Would not really be suitable if you had a young family. Suited our needs great. Staff helpful and friendly

It was a lovely stay, downside is that on the website when we booked It said we would get free breakfast every. Morning which we didnt, also if you use up the one toilet roll you get you have to supply your own.

the appartments are in bad shape, i had to change room in the first no 47 the refrigirator wasnt working, in the second no 38 that i stay the toilet cover is destroid from urine, needs renovation. the managment is new and their are ok very helpful, but the oners are diferent for every apparment and the contitions are not the best. i will not recoment […] this one. My friend and I stayed here over Christmas/New Years and it was somewhere i would probably never stay again. Definitely for young people rather than older. Its cheap and affordable and they didnt worry about loud music etc etc until really late The facilities of the hotel were fine but the room was not pleasing. Im sure the look on our face when we […] walked into our room would have been priceless. it was not clean at all. There was a crumbled pretzel under the bin and the most disgusting thing of all a piece of second hand gum in the bathroom sink. When we complained they didnt do anything and sounded as if this was not a one off experience. the carpets were extremely stained. One of us dropped an alcoholic red drink on the ground and we didnt even have to clean it up because you couldnt tell the difference. Although the pool and bbq area look quite new and are kept clean and nice looking. There is also a tennis court pool table squash court and ping pong table although the latter of the facilities are not well maintained. Read more

The stay is pleasant. There are kitchen and living room inside the whole room. The hotel also provides swimming pool, free wifi, and tennis court. Free wifi is really useful. Some other hotels in the same area will charge for hourly use, whcih is insane. Overall, the hotel is really a bargain.

語学留学をしている、妹と５泊安いとこで、サーファーズパラダイスの近くをと、ということでここを利用しました。たどたどしい英語の私たちにオーナーさんたちは親切にいろいろ教えてくれました。部屋も改装したてで、女性が好みそうなまっ白で、とても清潔感があり、二人で泊まるには十分の広さでした。早めにチェックインも出来、疲れた体を休めることができて、助かりました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Studio air con房型大致上不錯。 優： 1. 廚房簡單實用(有微波爐、冰箱、爐、餐具) 2. 有自己的洗衣、烘衣機 3. 空間足夠 缺：床太軟，睡了會腰酸 不過有發生一件事。第一天入住，早上放行李之後就離開了，結果傍晚回去發現門被敞開! 好在沒有什麼貴重的東西，而且也沒有遺失物品。後來發現應該是裡面原來有多放一個大冰箱，被移走了，把我們放在冰箱裡的東西一起搬走不打緊，但是留下地上的水漬和沒有鎖好的門戶，也沒有任何人告知，讓人相當不舒服、感到不安全。
