all advance requests were met - feather pillows, 2 queen beds, top floor, etc. thank you for that. it made for a great start to the weekend. one small suggestion, perhaps the cleaning staff could check or turn off alarm clocks so that they don't blare out when a next door room is empty. got woken up at 5 AM both mornings from next door's alarm clock […] that had not been turned to the off position by the prior guest. other than that minor bother, this was a great stay and will gladly stay again. I live in Brooklyn and my ex-wife and children live in Mass just over the border. Staying here was a great place for spending the weekend with them on a visit. The hotel is really nice. The nicest Courtyard I've ever seen or stayed at. Had the look and feel of a luxury hotel.

Beautiful hotel. new and very clean. The room layout was a bit strange. The "king size" bed was not a king size bed at all. Would have liked to have some kind of breakfast even if it was continental. However, I would stay again, but it wouldn't be my first choice

This hotel is very nice, much better than others we've stayed at in Keene. However, I think we got a great deal on this room for a reason; the mattress was very uncomfortable. Seemed to be lumps all over, just couldn't get comfortable. Maybe another family let their children use it as a trampoline? Also had trouble regulating the temperature in the […] room, and even though there were three of us staying in the room for a week, we had to ask for a third set of towels every night. (Could be they were short-staffed over the holidays.) The location was very convenient though, with several nice restaurants within walking distance. while this hotel is in a great location and it is very clean-they do lack some things--breakfast is not a great deal-you read the menu off a poster board order your food are given a number to put on your table to await your food to come out--mufins are served at room tempture and they were a little confused when we asked to have them heated up-coffee […] is given to you in a paper cup-we had called down that morning to see what time breakfast was served until and told 11;00 only to see them putting things away at 10;00 (luckily we had gotten our breakfast)--lounge closes at 10;00 p.m. also a little early when you consider most people go out to dinner and then would return to the hotel for an after dinner drink--also no area menus available anywhere in the lobby don't think it would be to hard for them to have some local menus available--while the hotel is extrememly clean and rooms are great rest of amenities are a little lacking Read more

Needed a place to stay, Christmas night after a family celebration. Could not think about driving the 3 hours home Cod. What a surprise! Just off the Main Street in the middle of industrial buildings is this gem. I did not even take advantage of the extras .......computers, pool, gym, or restaurant. Beautiful rooms.

The bathroom was not clean - it had hair on the floor and a white soap stain on the floor. But otherwise, a very quiet, comfortable night sleep! Much needed!

Nice new hotel with an urban feel. Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable with a good amount of space. The location is perfect - about 3 blocks off the main street which is full of fun shops and restaurants. Two Thumbs UP!

Hard to find at first but close to downtown. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is odd and some distance from the hotel. It was unclear where to drop off your luggage and enter. I would stay again for convience sake. We had a king size bed and the bedding was not really enough for two people. It covered the bed but that's about it.

Hotel and room were great, hotel location, ease of disembarking, parking not so good .

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great location for walking in and around downtown Keene. Pool was great for small children because it is only 3 feet deep. Will stay here many more times in the upcoming future.

Although our room was beautiful and comfortable, the service was absolutely horrible! They couldn't get several basic hotel things right. One thing was when we'd asked for ear plugs for my wife, since I snore, they said they don't have any at the moment, nor do they ever have them on hand. The next thing was we were there 3 nights and after leaving […] the room on the second morning for the entire day, upon returning in the evening, we'd discovered our room was not cleaned. We had to make our own bed and call the front desk for fresh bath linens, toilet paper, and the trash can to be emptied. Finally, we'd requested an 8:00am wake-up call for our last morning and the phone NEVER rang!!! We'd even made the request in person, at the front desk, and they couldn't even follow up with that! As I said, the room and location were great, however, the staff has a lot to learn about hotel management. We'll look to the other hotels in the area first, should we return to Keene in the future. The hotel is brand new, of the new urban/industrial loft style. New beds, new LCD TV, spacious room. Lobby has a bar, free coffee and "grab & go" food available 24/7. 1-2 blocks from Keene main street.

This hotel was great! Beautiful brick building, clean and updated. The surrounding area is perfect for a weekend getaway, with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques in walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel was located near everything we wanted to do. We were on a motorcycle and given good parking for the motorcycle and we were within walking distance from lots of shops and restaurants. WE loved the STAGE restaurant. It was so good.

Very comforting and peaceful. Needed a rollaway bed during my stay and room service was very courteous and timely about bringing it.

Very clean and inviting entrance. Spacious comfortable room (strong shower, flat panel TV, free (and fast) wired and wireless internet, comfortable bed. Excellent staff. Shared (free) parking (with condominium) at back. Reasonable rates. Excellent value.

Beautiful room and very clean. Close to many restaurants and shops. I couldnt have asked for better. One thing though, and that is that parking spaces could be more ample.

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriot in Keene last weekend and was delighted with the hotel and it's location. Located on a quiet side street, yet just a block from Main Street was the perfect location. Just across the street was a bike/walking trail, great for walking my dog. Parking was convenient. Rooms were large and very clean. Staff were all very […] pleasant and helpful. Superb facility in a superb location---walking distance to downtown Keene's pedestrian-friendly shopping district, and great restaurants. Folks working at the hotel are so welcoming and hospitable. The room was immaculate, the bed really comfortable. I am sorry we could not stay longer.

HOTEL WAS FINE, HAVE STAYED ONE OTHER TIME WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED. INTERIOR IS QUITE NICE.

Hotel was very new. Had a nice bar & pool table with flat screen tvs in the lobby. The bar didn't stay open real late or open very early for service but it was overall pretty reasonable. The rooms are nice. Farily narrow but cozy. Parts of the hotel areas are also narrow such as the elevator enterance but it's manageable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air […] conditioning works well throughout the entire hotel. Our room had plenty of hangers, an iron, a blow dryer, mini fridge and a flat screen Samsung tv. Hotel was very clean. We had a room with 2 queen beds and there was plenty of room around them! Room was clean. Lobby had coffee going as well as free excess to computers. There is a small cafe in the lobby as well as many seating areas available with individual tvs. would definitely stay here again!

The Courtyard Marriott was great - all new rooms, lovely accomodations, and wonderful location (walk to downtown). My only problem was that the front desk agent did not ask either my boyfriend or myself (we arrived seperately) for photo IDs. As we both work in the hospitality industry, I was very surprised - this is usually required. What was more shocking […] to me was that I made the reservation under my name, with my credit card, and had not included him, yet when he arrived before me, did not have my credit card or reservation number, they still allowed him to check in. Now, I was glad for him that he was able to get in, but they didn't know that we were really together. He could have been some crazy person. And, simillarly, I was only asked for my name, no reservation number. It didn't make me feel very secure. Other than that, everything was comfortable and convenient. Keene is a cute town. Read more

We stayed at the hotel to attend a concert in downtown Keene. It was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is great and you can walk to the Colonial Theatre.

Short walk to Keene Square, restaurants & shops. Hotel is new clean & comfortable. Found excellent restaurant next door and continental breakfast was great. Will stay again. Michael & Ginny

We very much enjoyed this hotel. It was located in downtown Keene. It is very convenient to Main Street with restaurants, great shops and the Colonial Theatre; where we attended a great show.

Hotel is located in a very quiet and convenient section of downtown. Lots of wonderful places to grab great food (breakfast, lunch & dinner) nearby and the hotel gave me spot-on recommendations for all three meals. 100% eco-friendly which is nice. 32' LCDTV was beautiful except that it badly needed calibration (which I did for them in my room!). Bed […] was very comfortable - pillows, less so. All were way too big and full for me as a side sleeper. This is solidly between a three and four star hotel. Excellent location for shopping downtown, eating out and going to the theater, where they have many cultural events for a small town. We saw the Russian National Ballet Theatre. The hotel is almost new, and everything is in excellent condition. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is also dog-friendly, for a fee.

This hotel was walking distance to downtown Keene. I wish I had more time to stroll the downtown. The only problem I had was that there was a company party at the hotel and the parking lot is huge so I had to take a spot kind of far from the entrance door. Otherwise this place is very very nice. Modern, well appointed and very well maintained. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very good breakfast, though the ordering process at an understaffed counter was inconvenient and frustrating.
