Good and No Good about the hotel : (1) The venue is close to town center and shopping malls (2) There is a supermarket just opposite the hotel (3) Hotel staffs are all very friendly and we have no problem conversing in English (4) Good housekeeping as our room and bathroom are always tip-top clean (5) The hotel granted us both early check-in and late […] check-out making our stay very pleasant and comfortable (6) We liked the "on the spot" serving of noodles and omelette but the varieties were similar throughout our stays (7) There was no weighing scale in the gym so we asked the hotel if they can loan us one overnight - we received a phone call in the middle of the night to return which disrupted our sleep badly (8) We can hear rock music from our 3rd floor room but fortunately it stopped before we went to bed (9) The wifi is ok for smartphone but not fast enough for tablet video streaming (10) Overall we were glad we chose the right hotel for the money we paid ! The hotel is beautifully located in a very prestige location. Walking distance to a lot of popular shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable and kept clean by a great housekeeping attendant. The Front Office staff did their best to provide excellent service but language is a mild issue. DO NOT use the Concierge as we booked a private driver/guide/car […] and our guide did not speak English well at all. You are better off booking tours outside of the hotel. Right where you want to be without the big price tag. Windowless rooms seemed to be a negative but I got the best sleep in my stay in Vietnam. Really good breakfast buffet along with cook to order items. The breakfast is served in a great room with an awesome view! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Businessman, couple, single traveler the Oscar is a terrific place to stay. Terrrific breakfast and great view from their 11th floor restaurant..... hotel just step from the Sheraton, Caravell, and Rex Hotels. Absolutely will stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable. 2 daughters had another room which smelt a little bit of smoke but otherwise very good. They were happy with the room. Both our rooms were called 'cosy' rooms because they didn't have windows. Asked if we could have rooms with a window. They gave me a room with a window at no extra charge which […] was lovely. ビジネスで4泊しました。クライアントの部屋は5階で窓がしっかりあり、眺めは良かった。しかし狭い。私は部屋は窓なしの9階で多少圧迫感があり。もしかして北側の部屋は窓があり南側の部屋は窓がないのか？道路に対して長いやや長いペンシル型をしている建物のためにベトナム名物のバイクの騒音はほとんどなし。しかしWifiが不安定で特にメール送信の際に一々ロビーに下りなければいけないのが不便。多分部屋によって違いがあるでしょうが、一応4つ星なのでその辺はしっかりして欲しい。地理的価値もあり総合的には3泊くらいまでなら使ってもいいホテルでした。

チェックインの時バウチャーを要求、アイパッドを見せるとプリントしたものを要求、今時？？？バスタブにお湯を張ろうとしたら栓が壊れているし、朝起きたら、エアコンから水がボタボタ落ちていてスーツケースが水びたし。国営なのかフロントの態度が悪い。流石に、ホテルを変わりました。立地だけ良くて、あとは2☆では？今迄で最低でした。

１　大筋、安全、清潔、快適でした。また、スタッフも丁寧で親切でした。　　　　　　　　２　メンテナンスですが、室内の整備・備品関係でもう少し、整備してほしいことがあります。①湯沸かしポットが不良品で、蓋があかず途中まで使用できませんでした。②バスタブの栓が、しっかり閉まらずタブにお湯がたまりませんでした。③シャワーと蛇口切り替えがなかなか難しかったです。④　電源ですが、コンセントからすぐ抜けてしまい苦戦しました。３　インターネットで予約しましたが、窓のない部屋であることがわかりませんでした。そのことを明示してほしかったです。

Trevlig personal och välkomnande miljö. De har en stor bufféfrukost med mycket att välja på och man kan beställa sin egen omelett. Deras skaldjursbuffé på helgkvällar är en höjdpunkt också. Bra läge i centrum. Gymmet har för många redskap på litet utrymme och värdeskåpet rymmer inte en dator, men wifi fungerar fint och TV:n hade uttag för iPad. ホテルの横のビルが工事中なので、物凄い騒音です。 我慢できなくて工事をしていない面の部屋に換えて欲しいといったところ換えて貰えましたが、静かだったのは1日目だけで2日目結局又凄まじい騒音でした。 ホテルの宿泊客がかわるがわる、同様の苦情をフロントに言っていました。ホテルを換えてしまおうかとも考えましたが、あまりにヴェトナムに疲れたので予定を切り上げてカンボジアへ1日早く移動しました。

友人に会うために、女性２人で３泊利用しました。 予約ページにベットタイプがツインと表示されていたのですが、チェックインの際には、ダブルでの予約になっていました。夜１２時の到着でしたが、大変親切に対応してもらいました。部屋の使用説明までしてくれました。もちろん部屋はツインへ変更です。 デラックスタイプの部屋を予約していたのですが、ベットタイプの変更があり窓なし部屋になりました。後から分かった事ですが、２日間結婚式などがありとても混んでいたようです。最後の１泊は、部屋の変更も出来たようですが、面倒だったのでそのまま利用しました。 全体的に古い感じですが、メンテナンスもしているので、特に嫌な思いはしませんでした。 キーは、カードキー＆オートロックで、チェーンもついていましたが、少々頼りない感じ […] でした。 金庫は、カギ式でした。私は、利用はしませんでした。貴重品は、ないので。 無線LANは、完璧に使える部屋でした。 パスポートは、フロント預かりになりました。 クレジットカードの要求はありませんでした。 朝食は、１回利用しました。 種類も結構あり、選ぶ事が出来ました。 フォーと卵料理は、その場で作ってくれるサービスがありました。 もし、ホーチミンに行く機会がありましたら、また利用したいです。 Read more
