The hotel had a shuttle and driver who picked me up late at night after my flight was delayed. The hotel was very nice with an indoor pool. There were cookies at the front desk. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. The complimentary crib was nice to have and there was free laundry; you provide the soap. Overall a great place to stay, I would go back.

Very comfortable stay, clean room. Continental style breakfast. Same person manning desk and servicing the buffet - had to wait for some food items to be restocked. Book library in lobby for guests (must return books before leaving).

The front desk staff were very friendly and inviting. A consistant problem we have with the Country Inn & Suites hotels are the lack of bedding for the pull-out sofa. Our king bed room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Obviously, we were planning to use the pull-out sofa, but there was no bedding in the room for the sofa. Very clean business hotel, stayed one night while in Madison on business. Front desk staff was very polite and even escorted me to my room to make sure everything was OK. Cookies upon arrival ar front desk and a better than average breakfast in the morning. Convenient to several dinner options and a Cracker Barrel. Would stay again.

We arrived on a Saturday evening with plans to visit the space center in Huntsville the next day. We were greeted at the front desk and engaged in a nice chat with the person checking us in. The guest wi-fi had very good connectivity, and there are plenty of plugs available for recharging. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything from check in to check out was pleasant. Staff was attentive and friendly, room was CLEAN, which is the most important thing to me in any hotel stay. The ONLY complaints I have (1) tv did not offer a MENU, had to flick from channel to channel to find show; (2) fan in bathroom did not work AND the WATER PRESSURE is TERRIBLE in shower.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I don't know how old it is, but it looks brand new inside & out. Beds were so comfortable, from the large, fluffy comforter to the full, stuffed pillows, allows for a great night's sleep. The hot breakfast was excellent with plenty of seating available. Slow cooked oatmeal was a nice touch, sometimes I forget how much better it is than the instant kind. They also had brown sugar, nuts, honey, and raisins to accessorize the oatmeal. I have sleep apnea and use a machine nightly. While staying here there was a power outage for over 3hrs. When I called the desk to ask about the problem the kid said the power is out. No kidding. No back up generator no compensation. No one gave a crap. Other wise all was good. The young lady Jenny during the day was very nice.
