Great hotel for a single person, but room was really too small.There are other hotels with rooms about 10 times larger for about ~50% more money. I did sleep well with the full curtain blind. No wifi, only small ethernet cable connectivity.

Hotel was great. Room was very small but everything was extremely efficient that the small size was never an issue. Extremely modern design. Everything was very clean and functional. Would definitely stay there again! Only downside was no WIFI (but wired internet was available).

Fantastic location of this hotel. Near a lot of great things to do in Ginza and one stop away from Tokyo Station. The hotel is clean, stylish and modern. The hotel employees were good and could tell me in English which train to get on to go where. Free LAN internet as well. Very good perk and it was fast. Great hotel in a good location. There is also a cafe on the ground floor which was handy. Only downside was the massive massage chair which took up far too much room in a small room and was too big to manhandle out of the way.

It was a little difficult locating the hotel at first, but once found, the location is ideal. Near to train stations and the wonderful shopping district of Ginza. The room is a wee bit small for two, but the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Will certainly be back again, now that we know the exact location!

The hotel is well located close to Ginza and the subway. However, the room was very small for two people, especially with the addition of the large massage chair. There was no space for suitcases. This is my second visit to the hotel. The staff are unfailingly polite ( it is Japan after all!) the rooms are compact but have everything you could need including a nightshirt! I stayed here for 3 nights and completely enjoyed the stay throughout. The location is excellent with accessibility to the subway and many restaurants and food outlets. The shower is great too. The staff service and politeness was poor by japanese standard. 1) On check-in I gave my booking name, the record came up alright, but the serious-looking staff demanded I produce the confirmation even though I said it was in my luggage which was not convenient to open in the small lobby. I finally had to get it for her. 2) There is no sugar and coffee […] in the room. So for the first 2 days I asked the reception for sugar for my own coffee which I got it alright. On the third day I asked again but a girl staff said there's no sugar. I took time to convince them that there was sugar because I got it for 2 days. They still argued. Finally a more senior staff went inside and came back with it. I didn't quite mind their blunder but their impolite way of handling guests was so un-japanese like. 3) On departure day I asked them to book the airport bus for us but they said they couldn't do and that I had to walk across to another hotel to do it. By the way, the bus schedule in a small piece of paper they gave me contained incorrect time table. I didn't expect these in Japan. I hope the hotel management look into this staff issue. Read more

Clean, modern hotel in a wonderful location. Most hotel rooms in Tokyo are small and this room was no exception and I wondered why a lot of space was devoted to a sun lounge type chair.. Then I realised it was a massage chair, which was a pleasant surprise.. Staff were very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend staying here

Le prix relativement modéré est bien sûr lié à la petite taille des chambres, et à l'absence de services du type "business area". En revanche, l'insonorisation est remarquable (eu égard au chemin de fer tout proche), et l'équipement des chambres est irréprochable. Déconseillé aux claustrophobes.
