"Great choice for EuroDisney visitors"
We stayed in junior suite, which is perfect for a family of four. The hotel is easy accessible and provides great choice for visitors of Disney parks, but also if you want to visit Paris is only half an hour from the city center by train. The staff is very friendly, we only had a challenge to get enough of towels as apparently the housekeeping was "gone" […] in the evening. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel - understand it is not full service"
This hotel worked out great for our visit to Disneyland Paris. Before booking, be sure to understand that this is not a full service hotel. There is not a daily room cleaning, only towel and trash service. Children under 18 are not allowed at the pool. There is a wonderful, large grocery store Auchan within walking distance so stocking the kitchen in […] the room is easy. The room was large and clean. The staff were helpful when asked. They worked hard to help with wifi and adapters and allowed us to store our luggage for the full day of checkout at no charge. Location was convenient to train station which serves Disneyland Parc. "Really great hotel"
The spa is nicer than the pictures suggest- great jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, pool- and nobody under 18 allowed. Spa-like atmosphere with soothing music. Workout room and locker rooms extremely nice. Room was great, nice kitchenette with granite, bathroom spacious and everything looked new. Very close to Disney, across from pretty open fields. Staff […] extremely friendly, plentiful, spoke English, VERY helpful. Only complaint would be internet was spotty, so I sat in the lobby in the big fluffy spa robe to get better reception. Very comfy furniture there, and nice bar. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A cheap hotel without any service!!!!!"
We were a family who wanted to take our daughter to Disneyland. When we reach the hotel, nobody welcomes us. after I asked for a bellboy, the staff told me that I have to take the luggage to the room myself !!!!! Imagine that we were travelling from Dubai to Paris and Disneyland and my next destination was New York. So I had four big suitcases and one […] carry-on and two back packs. Anyway, they gave me a trolley and I took my luggage to the room myself. Unbelievable!!! In the evening I was looking for a channel to watch the Roland Garros tennis matches. Unfortunately the eurosport channel was not working properly and watching TV was horrible. Their technician could not do anything. One evening I asked for an iron and an iron table. The reception told me you should come down to the lobby yourself and receive them and pay a deposit of 20 Euros as guaranty. At the end and before my check out the reception told me to wash all the dishes and glasses in the room's kitchen and the most disgusting part was taking all my rooms garbage to the parking level myself. It seems that I just paid for an apartment and not a four star hotel!!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent for Disneyland Paris"
We had a great stay at this hotel. It was nice and close to Disneyland Paris and a great outlet mall with a huge variety of high-end clothing stores. You really can't beat the price and location of the hotel. It was also a very easy RER trip into downtown Paris. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was a very nice size -- more on the American […] hotel room scale than an in-city European room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Please DO NOT GO!!!"
This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. This is a correction facility not a hotel. If you want a three stars hotel why would you pay for the four stars then? I'd rather sleep in any Disney hotel, it is going cheaper of you are going to Disney. From the first encounter they are rude, unclean, and unprofessional. This is the first hotel I […] see asks you to take the trash out, and asks for more money to clean the room and change the sheets, what is the hill I am paying the money for???? "Cool blue lights"
We wanted a hotel close to Disneyland Paris, with a little more room than the Disney properties. We stayed at this hotel two nights. We were very pleased with the room (the suite for just a small amount more than a standard room), but a bit bewildered by the location. It's very close to Disneyland, but the GPS takes you far out of the way. It's in a […] brand new part of Chessy, but dining options are limited. Our favorite element of the room was cool blue lights that illuminate the floor beside the bed....the switch isn't obvious. but it's worth looking for. Also note an added charge for parking. When you arrive, parking is directly below the hotel. Hit the button to talk to a reception for your entry if you don't have a key yet. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel - close to disneyland"
It was a great hotel. Newly build (or refurbished). It is in an adorable little town and only one metro stop away from Disneyland Paris. The rooms were very spacious and modern. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the areaGenuine Expedia guest review

"Perfect for the money."
In these days of Photo Shop its always hard to know if what you see is what you're going to get when booking a hotel. In the case of the Relais Spa Chessy, I'm happy to say the place was almost as nice as it looked in pictures on Hotel.com's website. The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered advice on places to go in Paris and how to get there; […] always greeted me with a smile whenever I came and left; and even assisted me in setting up a track phone which I purchased, not expecting the instructions to be in French. The room was small, but perfect for our needs. I didn't like how the key is needed to activate the lights and elevator though, but it was quiet and clean. The location, for the price, is great. Two easy blocks from the Val Europe train station, and another to a big mall with several good restaurants. The train takes about five minutes to get to Disneyland and about 40 minutes to get into Paris. It was a little dirty and the scenery not grand, but I felt safe riding it and enjoyed listening to the people -- some business professionals, some working class, and some families, speaking French -- a beautiful sounding language. Didn't eat at the on-site restaurant so I can't comment. All things considered, I would stay at the Relais Spa Chessy again and recommend it to a friend. Au Revoir !! "Shame on Chessy - 2 people per room"
Hotel Chessy is located near Euro Disney but it is not a family friendly hotel. During booking we requested two adjoining rooms to accommodate our three children. This request was not honored upon check-in. During booking, we made it clear that we were a family of five and when we checked in the hotel we were advised that we needed to get a 3rd room […] because the rooms only sleep two people. We called hotel.com to attempt to negotiate our arrangements and the hotel manager hung up the phone on the representative. The manager further refused to speak with us. After traveling nearing 11 hours with literally no place to go, we had to upgrade ONE of our rooms to a suite (paying the cost difference). The hotel staff was very cold and insensitive to our situation. Upon checking out, we were again questioned about the number of people in the room after it was made clear to the hotel that we had 2 adults and 3 daughters (9, 10, 14). The hotel is new and has a clean appearance; however, after checking into our room, we realized that they allowed pets because there was what appeared to be a faint cat urine odor. Additionally, housekeeping does not clean the rooms daily; only clean towel were provided. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the atmosphere in the hotel put a bad cloud on the rest of our vacation to Paris and Euro Disney. The Chessy is not cost effective when you take into account that they only allow two people per standard room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good economy hotel."
A reasonably priced hotel close enough to Disneyland so that you can be there in five minutes by train but not too close so that you pay a premium. Also great if you want to get to the outlet malls which are a 10 min walk away. Hotel staff were friendly and spoke more than enough English for us to be understood. The restaurant attached to the hotel […] served good food in a nice atmosphere. The only negative would be the showers. They were poorly designed resulting minimal water pressure and what water did come out kept soaking the bathroom cabinets which resulted in a damp musty smell all the time. What on the outside and in looks great presents one disappointment after another. Checking in delayed by 45 min. First. as the elevator from garage was broken. When calling front desk no relation or support. Finally at front desk a large tour group checking in. Each had to be handled one by one with pre-arrival preperation. Room (junior suite) was […] nice with enough space for the four of us. But room cleaning was miserable. The small kitchen was not cleaned at all during the three days we were there. The breakfast at the hotel was so bad we ate out the last day rather than having to eat the free food they offered. The coffee was cold and when we asked for a warmer cup they wanted to charge us. Last but not least there is a lot of construction next door that will get you out the door early. Location close to Disney and only 45 min from down town Paris was perfect but absolutely sure there are better options out there. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Easy access to Disneyland Paris"
I liked the way everything you might need was in the room. Wine glasses, shelves in the bathroom, a large makeup mirror and hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall right over the sink, complete kitchen tidily tucked away behind classy cabinetry. You could even choose a different kind of pillow if your pillow was not to your liking. Very comfortable […] and well appointed. Very short walk to the train station. "Nice and peaceful stay"
I read the horror stories from previous lodgers and am happy to report that my stay was quite good and peaceful. There was a large construction area behind and my room was on the side facing the street but the rain and wind meant no construction so peace :-) It must be noted that if you are on the 1st floor overlooking the street it can get noisy in […] the morning with traffic if you have the window open... Hotel was great, rooms were clean, and the staff were quite friendly. It was definitely better to stay here as opposed to staying in Disney World. There are some nice cafe's, restaurants behind the hotel and best of all a mall just 5 mins away for some last minute shopping :-) My recommendation for traveling to paris. Take the Metro and purchase a day pass (Mobilus for 14E) Best investment you can make :-) If you are going to charles De Gaulle , take the RER to Marne La Valee and then buy tickets on the TGV - you'll get to the airport in 9 minutes !!! "Hotel close to Disneyland"
Overall I enjoyed my stay clean rooms, nice staff, good location with a mall down the road. I do wish they gave a better explaination of the hotel like I had no idea you put the key into the holder right at the door I thought I had no electricity, didn't understand the idea of getting a ticket for breakfast, they only had 2 irons for the entire hotels […] they really need to get more of those. The night manager was terrific he could here my distress when they had no irons available one morning he actually went home and got his personal one for me that was very very nice. "Nice Place to stay"
I stayed at the hotel in the period between the 25-28 dec 2011 with my daughter and I. The Staff was very helpfull and the Hotel was very fresh. Although sometimes the breakfast buffe ran out of some items due to the greediness of some people, People took more than they needed and then they didnt eat it. The surrounding area it looked fresh but didnt […] have the time to explore it, it would be nice with a supermarket that sells grocerys or some fresh bread. The only negative aspect is that the hotel is missing a fitness centre and a swiming pool. I stayed at Relais Spa from October 5-8 2011 with the sole purpose of going to Disneyland Paris. I didn't wander around the neighborhood to know too much but I do know they had shopping only a few minutes away. I also didn't eat at their restaurant so I don't have an opinion on that. As for my room it was perfect! I had a junior suite. Inside the room […] was a double bed - very comfy and a tv. Also had a living room area with a fold out couch, tv and kitchen area stocked with a micowave, stove top, coffee and tea maker, sink and dishwasher. They also had your basic pots, pans, and utensils. The room also had 2 bathrooms. i really enjoyed this room! As for the location it couldn't be any easier to get to. I was coming from Paris and I took the RER A right to the station (about an hour) and walked up the street to the hotel - 2 minutes tops where you pass several places to eat. . As for going to DIsneyland it's one stop on the train - maybe a 4 minute commute. If i ever go back to Disneyland Paris this is where I will stay - no question. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"avoid this hotel"
The worst hotel ever. Nice rooms but it was a comedy of errors, or just four days of errors. And they did not care a bit. Customer service? None. For this price, it should be decent, but it was worse than hotels at 1/4th the price. Bath facet was broken as we checked in. Internet did not work and they would not help. They made us feel like it was inconvenient […] to use internet. I slept until 9:30 the first day--I had flown from California! But no one can eat except on their hours, so nothing between 10am and noon. NOT EVEN COFFEE! When I asked where to eat, they did not know! No coffee in the room. 2nd morning, the room shook, loud noise--so loud I could not talk to my girlfriend who was in the same room--that loud. We called and they blamed the city, yet no one was working outside. They would not move our rooms. It was again, my fault, not the hotels. More bath problems, and the worst according to my girlfriend, the hot water was no where near close enough to hot for her to bathe. All hot, no cold, and still just luke warm. And the water pressure was pathetic--the worst I have seen in any house or hotel. I can't believe they charge this much and that Disney (a minor owner I understand) allows it. Yes we would have moved but it was Design week so no other hotels. Do NOT spoil your trip by chosing this hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Not suitable for Families with Kids"
What's the point to have a Spa and Swimmingpool, but not allow Kids under 18 to use it ... in the vicinity of Disneyland !! We were also disappointed that there was NO Room Service at around midnight, after we returned from the Disneyland Show, despite the Restaurant still open and serving other guests. We also did not get the Kingsize/Double bed we […] booked and when we finally moved after 2 nights to another Suite which had a Kingsize bed, we were charged € 90.- extra. Also the Internet was very slow and often disconnected, which required multiple and tedious Login with complex Code ( not just Room Nr. and Name like common in many other decent Hotels ). "Very handy for Disneyland Paris and local shopping"
Party type: Family of 4 (inc two children (6&4)). Had a junior suite; small but handy kitchen area (inc small dishwasher), twin beds and sprung loaded, comfy'ish, sofa bed. Two loos, laptop safe, table & chairs. Pool (Spa) available to 18+ only. No experience of hotel dining as we ate out in evening and had continental-style breakfast in room (local […] supermarket avail). Negatives based our experience - dirty bed linen (in places), not enough cutlery/crockery for family of four (despite asking and hotel didn't seem bothered!) Positives (for us) - comfy, quiet, clean (exc bed linen), no outside traffic noise, smart internal decor, easy check-in, English speaking staff. Excellent location for Disney. Location: 5min walk from hotel to Val d'Europe train station then one stop (3min) to Marne la Vallee which is a 2/3 mins walk only to Disney entrance. Trains every ten mins or so. At time of travel single ticket around €1.50 but you can buy book of ten single tickets which is easier for multiple adults or children across multiple journeys to /from park.
