very nice hotel with nice location , near to commercial center and shops, rooms are comfortableGenuine Expedia guest review
Very spacious rooms and close to shopping and train. Great hotel but only lacks wi-fi connection. ..very poor bandwidth. The Spa is amazing very clean facilities.Genuine Expedia guest review
We booked this hotel at the last minute. We were grateful to find a nice hotel in the Disneyland area. It was clean and close to train station but the internet did not work. For us this was the only way to stay in contact with the rest of our family staying in the area. The staff did not seem to care. They were also stingy on providing extra soaps, […] etc. Overall it is a nice apt/hotel but dont expect service. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great choice for EuroDisney visitors"
We stayed in junior suite, which is perfect for a family of four. The hotel is easy accessible and provides great choice for visitors of Disney parks, but also if you want to visit Paris is only half an hour from the city center by train. The staff is very friendly, we only had a challenge to get enough of towels as apparently the housekeeping was "gone" […] in the evening. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel - understand it is not full service"
This hotel worked out great for our visit to Disneyland Paris. Before booking, be sure to understand that this is not a full service hotel. There is not a daily room cleaning, only towel and trash service. Children under 18 are not allowed at the pool. There is a wonderful, large grocery store Auchan within walking distance so stocking the kitchen in […] the room is easy. The room was large and clean. The staff were helpful when asked. They worked hard to help with wifi and adapters and allowed us to store our luggage for the full day of checkout at no charge. Location was convenient to train station which serves Disneyland Parc. "Really great hotel"
The spa is nicer than the pictures suggest- great jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, pool- and nobody under 18 allowed. Spa-like atmosphere with soothing music. Workout room and locker rooms extremely nice. Room was great, nice kitchenette with granite, bathroom spacious and everything looked new. Very close to Disney, across from pretty open fields. Staff […] extremely friendly, plentiful, spoke English, VERY helpful. Only complaint would be internet was spotty, so I sat in the lobby in the big fluffy spa robe to get better reception. Very comfy furniture there, and nice bar. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A cheap hotel without any service!!!!!"
We were a family who wanted to take our daughter to Disneyland. When we reach the hotel, nobody welcomes us. after I asked for a bellboy, the staff told me that I have to take the luggage to the room myself !!!!! Imagine that we were travelling from Dubai to Paris and Disneyland and my next destination was New York. So I had four big suitcases and one […] carry-on and two back packs. Anyway, they gave me a trolley and I took my luggage to the room myself. Unbelievable!!! In the evening I was looking for a channel to watch the Roland Garros tennis matches. Unfortunately the eurosport channel was not working properly and watching TV was horrible. Their technician could not do anything. One evening I asked for an iron and an iron table. The reception told me you should come down to the lobby yourself and receive them and pay a deposit of 20 Euros as guaranty. At the end and before my check out the reception told me to wash all the dishes and glasses in the room's kitchen and the most disgusting part was taking all my rooms garbage to the parking level myself. It seems that I just paid for an apartment and not a four star hotel!!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent for Disneyland Paris"
We had a great stay at this hotel. It was nice and close to Disneyland Paris and a great outlet mall with a huge variety of high-end clothing stores. You really can't beat the price and location of the hotel. It was also a very easy RER trip into downtown Paris. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was a very nice size -- more on the American […] hotel room scale than an in-city European room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Please DO NOT GO!!!"
This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. This is a correction facility not a hotel. If you want a three stars hotel why would you pay for the four stars then? I'd rather sleep in any Disney hotel, it is going cheaper of you are going to Disney. From the first encounter they are rude, unclean, and unprofessional. This is the first hotel I […] see asks you to take the trash out, and asks for more money to clean the room and change the sheets, what is the hill I am paying the money for???? "Cool blue lights"
We wanted a hotel close to Disneyland Paris, with a little more room than the Disney properties. We stayed at this hotel two nights. We were very pleased with the room (the suite for just a small amount more than a standard room), but a bit bewildered by the location. It's very close to Disneyland, but the GPS takes you far out of the way. It's in a […] brand new part of Chessy, but dining options are limited. Our favorite element of the room was cool blue lights that illuminate the floor beside the bed....the switch isn't obvious. but it's worth looking for. Also note an added charge for parking. When you arrive, parking is directly below the hotel. Hit the button to talk to a reception for your entry if you don't have a key yet. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel - close to disneyland"
It was a great hotel. Newly build (or refurbished). It is in an adorable little town and only one metro stop away from Disneyland Paris. The rooms were very spacious and modern. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the areaGenuine Expedia guest review

"Perfect for the money."
In these days of Photo Shop its always hard to know if what you see is what you're going to get when booking a hotel. In the case of the Relais Spa Chessy, I'm happy to say the place was almost as nice as it looked in pictures on Hotel.com's website. The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered advice on places to go in Paris and how to get there; […] always greeted me with a smile whenever I came and left; and even assisted me in setting up a track phone which I purchased, not expecting the instructions to be in French. The room was small, but perfect for our needs. I didn't like how the key is needed to activate the lights and elevator though, but it was quiet and clean. The location, for the price, is great. Two easy blocks from the Val Europe train station, and another to a big mall with several good restaurants. The train takes about five minutes to get to Disneyland and about 40 minutes to get into Paris. It was a little dirty and the scenery not grand, but I felt safe riding it and enjoyed listening to the people -- some business professionals, some working class, and some families, speaking French -- a beautiful sounding language. Didn't eat at the on-site restaurant so I can't comment. All things considered, I would stay at the Relais Spa Chessy again and recommend it to a friend. Au Revoir !! "Shame on Chessy - 2 people per room"
Hotel Chessy is located near Euro Disney but it is not a family friendly hotel. During booking we requested two adjoining rooms to accommodate our three children. This request was not honored upon check-in. During booking, we made it clear that we were a family of five and when we checked in the hotel we were advised that we needed to get a 3rd room […] because the rooms only sleep two people. We called hotel.com to attempt to negotiate our arrangements and the hotel manager hung up the phone on the representative. The manager further refused to speak with us. After traveling nearing 11 hours with literally no place to go, we had to upgrade ONE of our rooms to a suite (paying the cost difference). The hotel staff was very cold and insensitive to our situation. Upon checking out, we were again questioned about the number of people in the room after it was made clear to the hotel that we had 2 adults and 3 daughters (9, 10, 14). The hotel is new and has a clean appearance; however, after checking into our room, we realized that they allowed pets because there was what appeared to be a faint cat urine odor. Additionally, housekeeping does not clean the rooms daily; only clean towel were provided. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the atmosphere in the hotel put a bad cloud on the rest of our vacation to Paris and Euro Disney. The Chessy is not cost effective when you take into account that they only allow two people per standard room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good economy hotel."
A reasonably priced hotel close enough to Disneyland so that you can be there in five minutes by train but not too close so that you pay a premium. Also great if you want to get to the outlet malls which are a 10 min walk away. Hotel staff were friendly and spoke more than enough English for us to be understood. The restaurant attached to the hotel […] served good food in a nice atmosphere. The only negative would be the showers. They were poorly designed resulting minimal water pressure and what water did come out kept soaking the bathroom cabinets which resulted in a damp musty smell all the time. What on the outside and in looks great presents one disappointment after another. Checking in delayed by 45 min. First. as the elevator from garage was broken. When calling front desk no relation or support. Finally at front desk a large tour group checking in. Each had to be handled one by one with pre-arrival preperation. Room (junior suite) was […] nice with enough space for the four of us. But room cleaning was miserable. The small kitchen was not cleaned at all during the three days we were there. The breakfast at the hotel was so bad we ate out the last day rather than having to eat the free food they offered. The coffee was cold and when we asked for a warmer cup they wanted to charge us. Last but not least there is a lot of construction next door that will get you out the door early. Location close to Disney and only 45 min from down town Paris was perfect but absolutely sure there are better options out there. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Easy access to Disneyland Paris"
I liked the way everything you might need was in the room. Wine glasses, shelves in the bathroom, a large makeup mirror and hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall right over the sink, complete kitchen tidily tucked away behind classy cabinetry. You could even choose a different kind of pillow if your pillow was not to your liking. Very comfortable […] and well appointed. Very short walk to the train station. "Nice and peaceful stay"
I read the horror stories from previous lodgers and am happy to report that my stay was quite good and peaceful. There was a large construction area behind and my room was on the side facing the street but the rain and wind meant no construction so peace :-) It must be noted that if you are on the 1st floor overlooking the street it can get noisy in […] the morning with traffic if you have the window open... Hotel was great, rooms were clean, and the staff were quite friendly. It was definitely better to stay here as opposed to staying in Disney World. There are some nice cafe's, restaurants behind the hotel and best of all a mall just 5 mins away for some last minute shopping :-) My recommendation for traveling to paris. Take the Metro and purchase a day pass (Mobilus for 14E) Best investment you can make :-) If you are going to charles De Gaulle , take the RER to Marne La Valee and then buy tickets on the TGV - you'll get to the airport in 9 minutes !!! "Lovely hotel&perfect for Disneyland"
The hotel is in perfect location for Disneyland Paris, very close to shopping centre, lots of restaurants. Walking distance to the train station and much easier commute to Disneyland comparing to some hotels with shuttle bus. Lovely spacious rooms, however not cleaned every day to a same standard as expected for 4* hotel, and on our first night we found-out […] the sofa-bed was broken, had to move the room after 9pm with two very small and tired children....sink in the bathroom in new room didn't work, but was fixed quickly, so overall we had a very nice stay and would probably come back again. "Very Nice Hotel"
Great Service if you have the VIP suite (which is on 2 floors with a loft style bedroom). Also, there is free minibar and car service, which is useful since the hotel is close to Disney, but difficult to walk there for small kids. The only downside (if you have kids) is the swimming pool is for adults only.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room were clean and comfortable. Hotel was very well located near the subway and the mall. Subway has a quick access to the Disney village and the mall with food court had plenty (economical and healthy food) to offer, away from crowded Disney village, where there could be wait for 30-40 for food. The hotel was the better option rather than staying […] at one of the Disney hotels which run like a factory. Room had a small kitchenette, to make meals, should you wish to. "Great hotel for Disney"
Love this hotel, half hour by taxi from CDG airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Kitchen area in room super. Restaurant food excellent for dinner. Breakfast good, nothing special, no choice of eggs. Had a nice breakfast in bakery next to station. Only disappointment was not being able to use spe after check out. We enquired about this when we checked in […] and were told we could use spa if it wasn't busy but the spa receptionist said it wasn't possible unless the hotel could extend our check out time. "Not as expected"
On arrival I thought the hotel looks modern, clean and overall I was impressed. Then I arrived at my room, 438, it had a damp/mold stain in the bathroom down the front of cupboard under the sink, obviously from the water from the shower, design fault I think. There are only 2 lifts servicing 5 floors, so you end up waiting a long time using these, it's […] best to use the stairs. The bed although massive felt broken, and rose up in the middle, I didn't have what I would call a decent nights sleep in the 3 that I stayed. The hotel restaurant 'Brasserie Flo' felt very posh, I chose the fillet steak and have to say I was dissapointed when the meal arrived, the steak was tiny and didn't taste as good as the price would suggest. I was that hungry afterwards still that I went and ordered a takeaway!! Overall I felt the hotel wasn't as good as it could have been. Maybe I was unlucky with my room but I would choose elsewhere if I were to come back again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel, perfect location!"
This hotel is just one stop (3 minutes) away from Disneyland Paris on the local RER train, and is probably quicker to get to than if you stayed at the Disney Santa Fe hotel and walked! In addition, it's less than half the price of the cheapest Disney hotels, has a great swimming pool, a hot tub, sauna, steam room and great apartment style rooms.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good hotel but poor staff service"
We had a connecting room and it was comfortable for my family of four. The room had a modern decor and the bed was comfortable. We had booked for room with breakfast but upon checking in the reception staff seem unsure and told us to check with the morning staff the next day. We showed him our hotel.com voucher and he gave us the hotel voucher. No […] problem on 1st and 2nd day, but on the 3rd, we were surprised when told our names did not show in the breakfast list! The bath tub in both rooms clogged easily and it was frustrating to use it. It seems that the hotel does not have the policy to replenish the shampoo bottle. When we approached the night duty reception staff, we were told that that was an apartment hotel and they do not provide beyond the first day. He told us to go and buy the shampoo ourselves at almost 9/10pm at night. He attitude was not helpful at all. Breakfast was okay but staff not friendly. They just stare at you with no smiles. Overall, the hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant are not very helpful or friendly. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best beds ever!!!"
What a fabulous hotel, so clean, the rooms were huge and even had there own kitchenette, super comfy beds and lovely shower/bath even a balcony. Hotel facilities were great, the spa and pool after a cold day at Disney was amazing. Recpetion staff were very friendly and accomodating. Location for Disney just one stop away was brilliant (you can actually […] see the park in the distance) and when the park emptied its thousands of guests at night, all fighting to get on shuttle buses we just strolled through the train station that was pretty quiet and were home in 10 minutes. Eating wise there are a good selection of restaurants nearby but you need to walk through the Val de europe shopping centre and out the other side into another part of the mall... go out the other side of this area again and theres even more choice! The seafood place was our favourite. Location to Paris was great too, we came from a very small hotel in paris after 3 days, but on reflection, it is so easy to commute on the train for 9 euros that for comfort we may choose to stay outside and commute in for the day, for value and cleanliness the Relais Spa is far superior. One note for the hotel was that we couldnt find a number to call reception anywhere in the room so we called room service who told us the recpetion number (something silly but could be added at somepoint maybe stuck on the phone) Will definatly consider booking in the future :) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

My second time at this hotel. The first time was amazing but this time I felt the room had fallen in to disrepair a little. Room was a good size for me and my daughter. Everything seemed clean. Breakfast was the normal continetal buffet - we only ate their once though (cheaper to grab a pastry at the bakery near the train station). Check out was very slow even though they had 3 people on the desk - we may have just chosen a bad time! Only 16 years and older can use the spa/pool […] which was a shame as we took our swimmers! Very close to disney which made a long day a bit shorter (than if staying in the centre of paris). Right near a huge shopping mall if you want to do shopping for food or clothes or anything! "Good facilities, perfect location"
Firstly the good points, the location of the hotel was perfect, a quick 25 minute walk to disney or one stop on the nearby RER station. The actual village around the hotel was brilliant a few great restaurants and bars with cheaper drinks and an enormous shopping centre and outlet. (There is a massive supermarket (Auchen) on the lower level of the shopping […] centre). We found instead of booking breakfast we went to the bakery over the road and ate in the room which saves a lot of money. The location is great if u want to go to paris too, jump on the RER to Chatlet les Halles station which is by the Louvre. The staff in the hotel were friendly whenever we asked them to do anything and we didn't have to leave a 250€ deposit on arrival as it stated on booking, just a credit card impression. Kitchen facilities great and the finish of the room was very good, modern and up to date. Others said the Internet was poor but we had a brilliant connection even better than ours at home and we were really far from reception. Bad points, the room was clean but probably not to the highest standard but then again this is a apart hotel so it's not really the maids responsibility to clean up after ur food etc. The beds were comfy but as they have wheels and are on a wooden floor they do slide apart slightly. If we were to go back to paris we would definitely stay here again as it is a perfect location in a village actually owned by Disney. The disney headquarters are actually next door.
