Nice hotel to stay, only the spa is full of couples, so if you like to swim not easy between all the couplesGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not suitable for Families with Kids"
What's the point to have a Spa and Swimmingpool, but not allow Kids under 18 to use it ... in the vicinity of Disneyland !! We were also disappointed that there was NO Room Service at around midnight, after we returned from the Disneyland Show, despite the Restaurant still open and serving other guests. We also did not get the Kingsize/Double bed we […] booked and when we finally moved after 2 nights to another Suite which had a Kingsize bed, we were charged € 90.- extra. Also the Internet was very slow and often disconnected, which required multiple and tedious Login with complex Code ( not just Room Nr. and Name like common in many other decent Hotels ). Bottom-line, not recommendable for families with Kids or people who expect to get what they pay for !! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel, close to a train station and mall...."
Very friendly hotel, staff were really polite. I didn't try the hotel restaurant as it wasn't Halal food. I love the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam (Hammam) and jacuzzi.. Excellent!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel - great location"
We stayed here while visiting both Euro Disney and Paris. We found Val d Europe a great base to do both. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the RER line A station and less than 5 minutes to the huge Val D Europe shopping mall - we found this useful as it was easy to go and pick up items at the start/end of day from large Auchan supermarket without having […] to pay inflated prices at Disney. Mall also has a large food court with a wide range of restaurants and ever type of shop from high street to designer. Getting to Euro Disney is easy - one stop on the RER which takes only a couple of minutes. Getting into Paris takes about 30 minutes but this didn't bother us. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very well suited for the purpose of our visit"
We were staying in Val d'Europe to visit our daughter who works at Disneyland Paris. Very convenient for communications into the park but also for travelling into Paris. The staff were great, very welcoming, made up for my poor French by being willing to converse in English to help me out. Room rate was good and the room we had was very spacious. Don't […] expect any decent view the hotel is slap bang in the middle of a built up area. The facilities in the room were fine - only gripe was that the kitchen (yes there was a kitchen - sink, microwave, two hot plates, a kettle, a coffee machine and a dishwasher!!) was not kept supplied with coffee - so ran out part way through the visit. All told very enjoyable stay at this well appointed hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Affordable and Fantastic Disney Hotel Alternative!"
A freind and I were visiting Disneyland Paris for the weekend and tried to find a good quality but value for money hotel. The relais spa chessy was perfect. Just one train station away from the park. Very good quality of hotel, room, food in the hotels' brasserie and service. My freind and I would definatly stay again and suggest it as a fantastic alternative […] to the Disney partner hotels that are incredibly expensive! Fantastic! "Location good, service not good, room not clean"
Location was very good. Restaurant staff are rude, and reception unwilling to help. Disappointed with the room , had empty beer cans on balcony and the room smelt of damp with dust.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very handy for Disneyland Paris and local shopping"
Party type: Family of 4 (inc two children (6&4)). Had a junior suite; small but handy kitchen area (inc small dishwasher), twin beds and sprung loaded, comfy'ish, sofa bed. Two loos, laptop safe, table & chairs. Pool (Spa) available to 18+ only. No experience of hotel dining as we ate out in evening and had continental-style breakfast in room (local […] supermarket avail). Negatives based our experience - dirty bed linen (in places), not enough cutlery/crockery for family of four (despite asking and hotel didn't seem bothered!) Positives (for us) - comfy, quiet, clean (exc bed linen), no outside traffic noise, smart internal decor, easy check-in, English speaking staff. Excellent location for Disney. Location: 5min walk from hotel to Val d'Europe train station then one stop (3min) to Marne la Vallee which is a 2/3 mins walk only to Disney entrance. Trains every ten mins or so. At time of travel single ticket around €1.50 but you can buy book of ten single tickets which is easier for multiple adults or children across multiple journeys to /from park. Good selection of shops around area inc a couple of restaurants, pub and shopping centre with good shops and big supermarket for anyone wanting DIY dining or just bits n pieces! "Pleasant Modern Hotel"
Close to Disney, nice location, clean, new and modern. Nice adualts only Spa with very expensive treatment. As expensive overall as you would expect for the area. Good Points - Nice Room, Good location close to Shopping Centre and Euro-Disney. Bad Points - 4* Hotel that asks for €20 deposit to use an Iron, Pre-Pay you parking and hotel tax on arrival?? "Handy location for Disneyland and Val d'Europe"
This hotel in Chessy is a good choice for those who want to be near to Disneyland and slightly away from the Park. It is within walking distance of Val d'Europe train station which is one stop from Disneyland, and a direct line to Paris. We found the hotel clean and staff helpful. We did find it surprising when we booked a taxi for our departure, and […] an unmarked van arrived with no meter and a fixed rate of 90 euros for our trip to Orly Airport. This was the choice of the receptionist on duty at the time, and possibly a direction from the management of the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"not family friendly and unfriendly receptionist"
we booked this through hotels.com because kids wanted to have a hotel with swimming pool.on checking in at the reception, the chap at the counter was very unfriendly and said hotels.com should have told you this spa and swimming pool is only for adults no kids allowed. we said if this is near disneyland paris surely should be family friendly he was […] with the attitude that i don't care and blamed hotels.com rather than be atleast somewhat apolgetic that a mistake has happened. other than one girl at the reception this entire hotel lacked the warmth we had from our earlier hotel which was 2 star and didn't had any swimming pool too... not recommended ever again. Junior suite Room was spacious and well equipped with plenty of storage. General hotel facilities were good and particulary impressed with pool which was modern and smart. "A great stay close to Disneyland Paris"
Excellent - in fact, I could not fault it. We had 5 nights - we had to spend more time in room than planned due to seasonal flu! Very comfortable, clean and every facility you could possibly need. The room was very large and the neat and quality kitchenette was a Godsend. Access to Spa facilities was excellent. Close to Shopping Mall and La Vallee was […] walking distance. Totally enjoyed my stay at the Relais Spa Hotel. Nice accomodations! My room included a kitchen-great for making my own snacks! "Couple visiting Paris and Disney"
Hotel was in excellent location. Literally 5 min walk to station which was 30 mins to Paris centre and 1 stop to Disney. Hotel staff are not the most welcoming, we were told only one of us allowed at check in at the desk as they were expecting a group!! No one came in for over 30 minutes! (one of us would have moved if they arrived, but first thing […] they asked was who is checking in the other has to wait over there!!) Not the best first impression. Also as many reviews state, you have a kitchenette, but instructions on check in say you have to wash everything up and take rubbish out. Hotel is not sure whether to be self catering or a 4* hotel that it states it is!!! We would wash up if facilities were there, but how are you supposed to know that you need to pack some fairy liquid and washing up cloths if you are checking into a 4* hotel like it states!!! Also Crockery supplied but no cutlery, again what are you a hotel or self catering? Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Very pleased with hotel. Only complaint would be the fact that mydaughter could not use pool as she was under 18. This seems odd for a hotel 5 minutes from disney.Genuine Expedia guest review
"How come this is a 4*"
The hotel is new but it's not well maintained. There was nothing like a four star hotel. Which four star cleans room once in 6 days? The room was very dusty and the garbage had to be thrown all the way down in the basement parking lot. The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly and no one was willing to help. There was poor internet connection in the […] rooms. No dry cleaning service and iron table was also lend at 20 euro deposit. Altogether it's nothing like a 4* hotel. "Fantastic hotel & service"
A lovely hotel very close to EuroDisney. We had a Junior suite which was a perfect size, very clean & with a kitchen & balcony! My only discomfort was the pillows were too large & wifi log on was via a net login (rather than router direct). Stayed here while we were visiting disneyland. I regret not staying here my entire paris trip cause the hotel was so nice compared to what you get near paris. "Don't expect to feel welcome..."
This hotel has such potential! As a family with two children we booked this hotel for the pool & closeness to the train station to access Paris. On our first day we were told that under 18's could not use the swimming pool; so disappointing! - the train station was within a short distance. We arrived late at night & after travelling, needed a drink […] - there was a kitchenette (very useful) but no complimentary tea, coffee, water etc.... & the kettle had no lead so was useless anyway. For a four star hotel the welcome facilities were terrible! A couple of days later we overheard another person asking reception for their complimentary items to be restocked and were surprised when they were quite rudely refused, now realising that we should have had some on arrival after all, we asked for ours and explained the situation; we were given some grudgingly! We hadn't booked breakfasts but one morning my husband and children went into the hotel bistro for one; this was a problem (although it wasn't busy); they had no seats... my husband pointed out the array of spare tables. Once seated the service was... terrible, one poor lady was trying to help customers while two men were 'busy' dusting crumbs off seats in another unused area. They returned feeling like they had just been an inconvenience. I don't usually complain, however the majority of staff would benefit from customer service training - a big thank you to those few who did manage a smile and did not appear unhappy to help! "Another enjoyable stay in Relais Spa Chessy"
Hotel and staff at the desk were very nice. I stayed here the last time we went to Euro Disney & the standard was still as good as the last time. It's only around the corner from Val d'Europe with the brilliant Auchan shop for all your self catering needs.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location for Disney"
My partner and I stayed here in March for three nights. The hotel is in a perfect location for easy access to Disney, being just one stop away on the train, the station being just around the corner from the hotel. Staff went to great length to organise our stay. We had a junior suite for us and the two kids and my parents had an executive room next door with a connecting door between the two rooms. The breakfast was very bad with poor service as well as poor quality of food. We upgraded to a Junior Suite and while the design etc was very good the fittings such as comfort of the bed and showers (low water pressure) was disappointing for a supposedly 4 star hotel. Having a small kitchen was very good. We did not understand why all the soap containers […] were empty and they did not want to fill them. Location is good so very convenient. There seemed to be lots and lots of staff at the reception desk but very little staff to clean rooms and so on. "Ideal for Disneyland"
Stayed at the Relais Spa in November in a premier room. The room was small but adequate, useful kitchen concealed in lobby way, even has a small dishwasher! Spotlessly clean, microwave/ dishwasher looked untouched, this may be due to the notice which can be found in the area detailing extortionate amounts payable if any items are found to be damaged! […] Bathroom was a good size with bath and shower over, daily supply of towels and toiletries provided. We found the shower screen to be quite inadequate though which resulted in a very wet floor after every shower. Beds were very comfortable and linen was clean and white. Beds are made daily but linen is only changed once a week. We found all staff to be very sociable and helpful, all spoke good English. The bar area was lovely but very expensive. The surrounding area is pleasant and felt very safe. There is a shopping area close by that housed a variety of shops catering to all budgets. To the back of this there is a small retail shopping area for those who have rather more to spend! The train station is very close and is one stop away from Disneyland, central Paris is a few stops in the opposite direction. Not much in the way of evening entertainment though, there is only one pub/cocktail bar but it is quite expensive. In all we found the hotel good value for money, however it is more suited to those visiting Disneyland than central Paris, and for those who prefer a quieter evening. "Lovely stay (couple)"
I stayed here with my girlfriend when visiting Disney Land and Paris. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from Val d'Europe station which is a 5 minute metro journey from the Disney land entrance so extremely convenient, this cost us 3.50 euro about £1 each way per person. There is a huge shopping centre on your doorstep plus outlet village with various […] resturants. We were greeted politely and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and a good size, the 'kitchen' area was a very nice touch with a kettle, coffee machine, hobs plus sink, fresh coffee in the morning at our own pleasure was lovely. We did get a twin room though and after asking if we could change got told that the only was to get a double bed was to get a junior sweet, The beds didn't have latches to make them into one bed either which would be the only fault of the hotel. The bath was a lovely size and the shower was almost a rain shower but with a non static shower head. The lounge/Bar area downstairs was comfortable but I don't think they are used to making very many cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel to families or couple and I think we will be staying here next time we visit, though calling ahead about the twin bed situation.
