Arrived late at night with young children but reception was very unfriendly. In fact reception staff were rude with their demands of payment and identification up front. do not mistake this for a family hotel, children under the age of 18 cannot use the pool at any time.tea & coffee in room on arrival but not topped up for rest of the stayGenuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely place to stay"
My family had a lovely stay here. We stayed in the junior suite. The room and the hotel in general is very clean and fresh and the staff were quite helpful and pleasant. My only 'but' is the fact that children are not allowed in the pool. Other than that it was lovely.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Couple visiting Paris and Disney"
Hotel was in excellent location. Literally 5 min walk to station which was 30 mins to Paris centre and 1 stop to Disney. Hotel staff are not the most welcoming, we were told only one of us allowed at check in at the desk as they were expecting a group!! No one came in for over 30 minutes! (one of us would have moved if they arrived, but first thing […] they asked was who is checking in the other has to wait over there!!) Not the best first impression. Also as many reviews state, you have a kitchenette, but instructions on check in say you have to wash everything up and take rubbish out. Hotel is not sure whether to be self catering or a 4* hotel that it states it is!!! We would wash up if facilities were there, but how are you supposed to know that you need to pack some fairy liquid and washing up cloths if you are checking into a 4* hotel like it states!!! Also Crockery supplied but no cutlery, again what are you a hotel or self catering? Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Very pleased with hotel. Only complaint would be the fact that mydaughter could not use pool as she was under 18. This seems odd for a hotel 5 minutes from disney.Genuine Expedia guest review
"How come this is a 4*"
The hotel is new but it's not well maintained. There was nothing like a four star hotel. Which four star cleans room once in 6 days? The room was very dusty and the garbage had to be thrown all the way down in the basement parking lot. The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly and no one was willing to help. There was poor internet connection in the […] rooms. No dry cleaning service and iron table was also lend at 20 euro deposit. Altogether it's nothing like a 4* hotel. Fantastic base for a trip to Disney, just 5 minutes on the train for about 2 euros. Also surrounded by bars shops and an outlet centre.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Fantastic hotel & service"
A lovely hotel very close to EuroDisney. We had a Junior suite which was a perfect size, very clean & with a kitchen & balcony! My only discomfort was the pillows were too large & wifi log on was via a net login (rather than router direct). Astonishingly excellent service throughout our whole stay - well done!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great value for money"
Stayed here while we were visiting disneyland. I regret not staying here my entire paris trip cause the hotel was so nice compared to what you get near paris. Really lovely staff except on staff member. When I explained how rude he was to me to the front desk manager the next day an apology was very quick and very sincere.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't expect to feel welcome..."
This hotel has such potential! As a family with two children we booked this hotel for the pool & closeness to the train station to access Paris. On our first day we were told that under 18's could not use the swimming pool; so disappointing! - the train station was within a short distance. We arrived late at night & after travelling, needed a drink […] - there was a kitchenette (very useful) but no complimentary tea, coffee, water etc.... & the kettle had no lead so was useless anyway. For a four star hotel the welcome facilities were terrible! A couple of days later we overheard another person asking reception for their complimentary items to be restocked and were surprised when they were quite rudely refused, now realising that we should have had some on arrival after all, we asked for ours and explained the situation; we were given some grudgingly! We hadn't booked breakfasts but one morning my husband and children went into the hotel bistro for one; this was a problem (although it wasn't busy); they had no seats... my husband pointed out the array of spare tables. Once seated the service was... terrible, one poor lady was trying to help customers while two men were 'busy' dusting crumbs off seats in another unused area. They returned feeling like they had just been an inconvenience. I don't usually complain, however the majority of staff would benefit from customer service training - a big thank you to those few who did manage a smile and did not appear unhappy to help! "Another enjoyable stay in Relais Spa Chessy"
Hotel and staff at the desk were very nice. I stayed here the last time we went to Euro Disney & the standard was still as good as the last time. Definitely cheaper to stay here in a self catering room & get the train to Euro Disney. It's only around the corner from Val d'Europe with the brilliant Auchan shop for all your self catering needs.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location for Disney"
My partner and I stayed here in March for three nights. The hotel is in a perfect location for easy access to Disney, being just one stop away on the train, the station being just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel was great but the staff not very friendly. I would use the hotel again despite the staff. We found the menu in the restaurant very […] limited for choice and very expensive so we ate out every night. There are cafes and shops also around the corner in easy walking distance. "A perfect stay"
Staff went to great length to organise our stay. We had a junior suite for us and the two kids and my parents had an executive room next door with a connecting door between the two rooms. 1. No swimming pool. 2. Ask them can we check out 2 hours later than usual time(11:00AM), they only extent half an hour. We stayed 3 nights.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The breakfast was very bad with poor service as well as poor quality of food. We upgraded to a Junior Suite and while the design etc was very good the fittings such as comfort of the bed and showers (low water pressure) was disappointing for a supposedly 4 star hotel. Having a small kitchen was very good. We did not understand why all the soap containers […] were empty and they did not want to fill them. Location is good so very convenient. There seemed to be lots and lots of staff at the reception desk but very little staff to clean rooms and so on. Well located, less than 5 minutes from all local amenities - restaurants, shopping mall with big supermarket, train station etc. One stop away from Disneyland using local train (couple of mins). "Ideal for Disneyland"
Stayed at the Relais Spa in November in a premier room. The room was small but adequate, useful kitchen concealed in lobby way, even has a small dishwasher! Spotlessly clean, microwave/ dishwasher looked untouched, this may be due to the notice which can be found in the area detailing extortionate amounts payable if any items are found to be damaged! […] Bathroom was a good size with bath and shower over, daily supply of towels and toiletries provided. We found the shower screen to be quite inadequate though which resulted in a very wet floor after every shower. Beds were very comfortable and linen was clean and white. Beds are made daily but linen is only changed once a week. We found all staff to be very sociable and helpful, all spoke good English. The bar area was lovely but very expensive. The surrounding area is pleasant and felt very safe. There is a shopping area close by that housed a variety of shops catering to all budgets. To the back of this there is a small retail shopping area for those who have rather more to spend! The train station is very close and is one stop away from Disneyland, central Paris is a few stops in the opposite direction. Not much in the way of evening entertainment though, there is only one pub/cocktail bar but it is quite expensive. In all we found the hotel good value for money, however it is more suited to those visiting Disneyland than central Paris, and for those who prefer a quieter evening. "Lovely stay (couple)"
I stayed here with my girlfriend when visiting Disney Land and Paris. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from Val d'Europe station which is a 5 minute metro journey from the Disney land entrance so extremely convenient, this cost us 3.50 euro about £1 each way per person. There is a huge shopping centre on your doorstep plus outlet village with various […] resturants. We were greeted politely and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and a good size, the 'kitchen' area was a very nice touch with a kettle, coffee machine, hobs plus sink, fresh coffee in the morning at our own pleasure was lovely. We did get a twin room though and after asking if we could change got told that the only was to get a double bed was to get a junior sweet, The beds didn't have latches to make them into one bed either which would be the only fault of the hotel. The bath was a lovely size and the shower was almost a rain shower but with a non static shower head. The lounge/Bar area downstairs was comfortable but I don't think they are used to making very many cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel to families or couple and I think we will be staying here next time we visit, though calling ahead about the twin bed situation. "Nice room but more information please!!!"
The hotel seems new and there is construction around outside. We had a room at the front so this was not an issue. We arrived by train and came out of the station, despite having correct address and a map found it quite difficult to find even though it is literally 1 minute walk away (turn left). The room is nice with l'occtaine products in the bathroom […] and reasonable kitchen facilities but our main problem is lack of information. There is none. My sister and I r seasoned travellers and speak reasonable French but there is nothing not even how to get to Disney. Which you can see from the hotel. When we asked about options on how to get to the airport we were told taxi €84. Even though there r several other options. There r good shops a couple of nice bakeries and some ok restaurants within minutes and the area felt really safe. I would use the hotel again for Disney but do your homework first. Love the place. Very convenience to Disney and easy to get to city of Paris. Got a room with little balcony and quite impressed with kitchen area with full equipment. "nice location, somewhat dissatisfied with all else"
The location was great! Close to the metro, and one stop away from Disney. Also, a huge shopping mall was just a few minutes on foot. Although the neighborhood surrounding the hotel wasn't very safe (particularly for women). Also, when we got our room, there was dried blood on the bathroom wall, and it wasn't cleaned for the three nights we stayed. […] Also, the cleaning service in general was horrible. They re-made our bed with the same sheets as the night before; the bathrooms were not properly cleaned; and even the shampoo was of lesser quality than most shampoos in comparable hotels with 4 stars. check in went smoothly. first impressions were good. went down hill from there.Dirty socks were left behind the curtains. bedding was clean but torn and in threadbare condition. All kinds of dirt and dross found under the bed. kitchen facilities were good but no instructions(in any language)on how to use them.No tabs or washing up liquid supplied either.air […] con was noisy and only worked when card was in power slot.Walls very thin so could hear noisy neighbours!Bathroom was mouldy and leaked from one of the spot light fittings above the toilet.Receptionist inconsiderately left us waiting in our room for a technician who was never going to arrive and was quite insincere with her apology about not informing us that tech had already dealt with the leak before and that he did not need access to the room at all as it was a problem with the air conditioning.Would probably have given this hotel a better score if it had not charged such premium prices for it's facilities that I could not use anyway. This hotel is 3 star quality at best and the service is even lower in my opinion. Beautiful building, beautiful interior, staff was pleasant. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Plus it’s in a great location, I would definitely go back and recommend. Overall I give it a 5*!!Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean with plenty of room to maneuver in the single room that I had. I could even see Disneyland Paris in the distance. The wifi is free, but I could only connect one device to the wifi in the room, and the signal was extremely weak. This was the biggest frustration. The website is also a tad vague […] on how to get to the hotel. Get off the RER A4 line at the Val d'Europe station. Then turn left out of the station and turn right at the end of the road. "Great hotel, great location, comfortable beds!"
Great hotel, great location, comfortable beds, and really helpful staff. We had a balcony view of the Disney Studios which was a bonus as we could sometimes see the fireworks on the night. The shopping centre was literally a two minute walk away and as was the train station. There was only three faults we discovered with the hotel. One was that the […] TV only had one English channel and there was no way of changing the language on other channels or even English subtitles. Another was that on the bathroom cabinet next to the bath there was a giant patch of mould. The last fault was that we paid for a room with a double bed and got landed with two singles, however they were very close together and actually quite big and very comfy! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone panning on visiting Disney as it is only one Metro stop away and its 1.75 for single ticket each way. =D Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Outstanding for a Disney trip"
This hotel may have saved my honeymoon. After checking out of our first hotel within minutes (it was that dreadful), my extremely upset wife found this one and we high-tailed it over. The staff was fantastic, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and they even had free wifi (a rarity in Europe, as we discovered). Only a five-minute metro ride to Disney, […] and the stop is right around the corner. The ONLY negative - and this was something we found at many European hotels - was that they consider two twin beds pushed together a queen, which is not particularly ideal for a couple on their honeymoon.
