"Surely, this is the most amazing B&B in Ireland!"
We were completely amazed by our stay at the Brookhaven House. It was quite simply perfect. What made it perfect? Well, there was a friendly, caring hostess; the room was packed with quality amenities (including a plate of fruit and chocolates on our pillows); the bed was unbelievably comfortable; and our breakfast of scrambled eggs and oak smoked Atlantic […] salmon was a delicious way to start off the day. What a marvelous stay we had at Brookhaven House! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice place and great owners."
Lovely place all in all, really nothing to complain. They also dried my soaking golf gear over night... WIll be back. Easy access Waterville golf.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Beautiful rooms and facilities. Breakfast was quite the spread! Close to Waterville, Waterville Golf Links, and many options for walks and beaches. A lovely beach resort town to be experienced in the late spring/summer. The proprietor was extremely helpful - a fountain of knowledge! Would definitely recommend Brookhaven House to anyone visiting the […] Ring of Kerry! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We typically stay in hotels but decided to try Brookhaven Guest House out while in Waterville in March. We could not have been happier! Mary was so kind and the home is great! Rooms are a nice size, the tea and biscuits were superb and we liked it so much we stayed an extra night! Can't wait to go back.

Mary Clifford has a unique skill of being completely professional and very familiar. You will not be disappointed by your stay or the lovely town of Waterville. Be sure to check out the Skellig experience on Valentia during your stay. Obviously the golfing is great!

The absolutely lovely welcome by Mary told us we were going to enjoy our 4 night stay here at Brookhaven. Our room was beautiful, with the most comfortable bed and everything we needed. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful; always served with plenty of smiles from both Mary and Sheila. The chocolate on our pillows each night was a delightful little touch. Mary was a mine of local information and she went out of her way to make our stay here so wonderful. We so hope to return one day.

Mary was wonderful and the accommodations were outstanding. We were a family of 4 (two teenage daughters) and we spend one night at Brookhaven. My girls were mad that we didn't spend another night there.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Mary was a wonderful host. She was friendly, informative and helpful. She made several calls on our behalf to line up a boat out to Skellig Michael. We had also mentioned in passing that our trip was in celebration of our 10th anniversary and on our last day Mary and the staff left us a bag of chocolates and a Happy Anniversary note. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The chocolate on the pillow each evening is a nice touch. Breakfast was good. I really liked the pancakes. While the wi fi in the bedroom was off and on, it worked fine in the reading/sitting room, which was a comfortable place to relax. If you stay at Brookhaven, be sure to visit with Lilly, the dog. Convenient to the town of Waterville, the golf links, and Portmagee and the Skelligs.

Simply amazing ... this is the conclusion that my husband and I drew after spending a night at this lovely guest house. Everything was so perfect: the view was quite stunning, our room was huge and filled with amenities, the bed was extraordinary, a plate of fruit on the side table and chocolates on the pillows were a welcome and tasty treat. Our hostess was most gracious and generous, preparing the kind of breakfast that I wished I could offer to our friends back in the States. We truly couldn't have been happier with our stay at Brookhaven ... the only problem was that we couldn't stay a couple of more days!

We enjoyed this B&B very much. A very warm welcome and helpfull owners. The beds are great and the rooms very spacious. Breakfast is wonderful. Not only continental but you can have pancakes or a Irish breakfast choice of things). A great B&B when you're in the neighborhood.

We were greeted by Mary with a lovely smile and immediately followed by tea and cake. Mary is full of knowledge on the local area and we used her knowledge on where to eat and where to go etc. The bedrooms were spacious with lovely comfortable beds. Where else is your bed turned down for you and a chocolate left on the pillow. There is ample parking at the house which has a beautiful view across the bay. The breakfast was brilliant and we cannot fault this bed and breakfast in any way. It really was brilliant.

I stayed at this B&B for the Irish Seniors Golf Championship at Waterville Golf Club.It is only a few minutes drive from the golf club and so was a great location. Waterville is very scenic a lovely place to visit. Brookhaven is not home from home as I said above-unless you get a wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice, unless you have your bed turned down for you in the evening,a chocolate on your pillow and fresh fruit and chocolate biscuits left in the room for you-I need to have a serious chat with my 'staff' back home. Mary Clifford was friendly and efficient when I booked and I was met with a smile and tea and cake on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble during my stay, the room was large and spotless, the views from the guest house lovely. There is ample parking and I would stay here again without hesitation. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area look no further and just book up here. Thanks Mary for a great week!
