This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.
Location.
Situated on a Cancun beach, this all-inclusive property is close to La Isla Shopping Mall, Yamil Lu'um, and Acuario Interactivo. Area attractions include Playa Delfines and El Rey Ruins.

Me Cancun The All Inclusive Revolution has a full-service spa, 3 outdoor swimming pools, a health club, and a steam room. Complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is available in public areas. There is a 24-hour business center on site. Guest parking is complimentary. Event space measuring 1687 square feet consists of a conference center, a ballroom, conference/meeting rooms, and small meeting rooms. The staff can arrange tour/ticket assistance, wedding services, event catering, and currency exchange. Additional amenities include a children's pool, spa services, and a fitness facility. The property has designated areas for smoking. A total renovation of this property was completed in July 2006.

Fueron varias situaciones incomodas: Llegamos temprano al check-in y a pesar que la entrada es a las 3 pm nos dieron la habitación hasta las 4 pm. Los meseros desinforman y te tratan mal al pedirles u ordenarles comida, te ponen trabas y mala cara. En realidad el hotel NO ES TODO INCLUIDO, tienes que pagar por ciertas bebidas, comidas y servicios. Pero […] esto no te lo dicen, POR CADA BEBIDA TE HACEN FIRMAR UNA CUENTA, esto es tardado y de mal gusto. Deberian abrirte una cuenta y firmar al final. Cada vez que pides algo del bar te miran detenidamente la muñeca (ya que ahi te ponen la pulsera) para checar si estas en el hotel. Esto se me hace de mal gusto. Las camas de alberca se cobran pero no te dejan estar con mas de 3 amigos ya que si ordenas mas de 4 platos al restaurant te cobran los extras!!! Inaudito! Paso algo curioso, un amigo ordeno una cerveza "tecate Light" al venir el mesero le trajo una "tecate regular" que por que NO habia otra y cuando mi amigo pidio otra "tecate regular" le dijo que le tendria que cobrar la siguientes por que las "tecate regular" no entran en el todo incluido!!!, desinformacion!!!! En general te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor y no con amabilidad. MAL por el servicio al cliente. Read more

"ME Cancún. Bonito hotel mal servicio y poco mant."
Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas pero es una lástima que no les den el suficiente mantenimiento, los elevadores fallan, y en general el hotel ya se ve un poco desgastado. El servicio es malísimo, el personal se ve que no está capacitado y la comida no es muy buena. Haría falta que la administración prestara más atención a esos detalles.
