The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included buffet breakfast consisted of eggs, cold meat, cereal and fresh baked croissants. This hotel is great value! It is a 10 minute walk from the Mestre bus/train station, next door to a supermarket and close to kebab/pizza restaurants and some pubs. It is very easy to get into central Venice. There is a bus right across the street that comes every 10 mins and takes about 12 mins to get to the main bus station in Venice. It costs a little over a euro one way and you can get the ticket at the reception (along with vaporetta tickets). Keep in mind though that st.mark's square is about a 35 min walk from Piazalle Roma ( the bus station). Unless you want to lug your bags through the narrow, busy streets and (many) staircases of Venice and pay a fortune for a dump, I would recommend staying in the Mestre area and this hotel was great value for the money.

We stayed 1 night only and were very happy with the hotel. Dont forget to get you key from Hotel Luca as the Casa Dolce has no reception. The feeling of the hotel is as you were resident of Venice. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was fantastic. Everything looked exactly like the photos onlone showed them. The staff were wonderful. I ended up staying an extra day and had to move to their sister propoert Villa Stucky which was just as outstanding as the Villa Foscarini and they even moved my loggage for me while I went sightseeing. Breakfast was to die for, the pasteries […] were just out of this world. I would reccomend both hotels and will stay again if I have the chance. Read more

"Hotel Villa Foscarini"
This is a great place to stay, specially when visiting Venice. Train is 5 min walking distance away from the hotel, takes 20 min to Venice. The hotel is kind of luxury. Airconditioning beautyful interior and surroundings. Nice little town Mogliano with a few but exellent restaurants. The staff is just great, frendly englishspeaking young fokes, smiling […] and very helpful. "Villa Foscarini"
Perfekt läge om man vill besöka Venedig, men slippa besväret och kostnaden att bo där. Tåget tar ca 15 min till Venedigs station, och är jättebilligt. Detta hotell ligger precis vid tågstationen, och personalen gav oss tågtidtabellen vid incheckningen. Personalen var mycket trevlig. Hotellet är precis så vackert som bilderna visar, och det var en ren […] fröjd att vistas där. Vi var två vuxna och två barn, och vi fick ett vackert rum med loft där barnen sov. Massagedusch i föräldradelen och badkar med tassar i barndelen. Vi hyrde bil, och det var inga problem att parkera på hotellet (gratis). Klassisk italiensk frukost - fräscht. Vi såg mängder av människor som släpade sina tunga resväskor längs Venedigs smala gator och upp och ner för broarnas trappor, och vi var glada över att vi valt att bo i Mogliano Veneto istället, då vi bara behövde en handväska med lite vatten med oss in till stan!
