      This hotel lives up to its expectations. It's clean and quiet in a very convenient locale. Complimentary in-room Internet service and morning breakfast in the lobby area are much appreciated as a business traveler. Room is small, but not unlike hotels in other major cities, and the room is cleaned and refreshed daily. Excellent overall value and would stay there again.

      The hotel is very convenient for Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea but had to take a bus to the airport, which is about an hour drive and cost $24 per person. It was across the street from the Disney Train which gave us access to the subway for getting around in Tokyo.

    Rooms are small and just about perfect for budget / student travelers. If you're looking for great amenities, this is not your kind of place. However, if you need a clean, quiet room as a base in Tokyo, for a short stay, this is ideal. Close to Ikebekuro station, Yamonte line, only about a five-seven minute walk.

    This hotel is in the middle of a very bustling area, Ikebukuro, and there is plenty to see and many place to dine and shop as well. It is only 5-6 minutes from the Ikebukuro train station which is very convenient. The hotel room I was in which is an non-smoking single room, was clean but a little small, it was alright for me since I did not spend too […] much time accept for sleeping and clean up there, plus I did not have a lot of luggage. If you have a lot of luggage, you might be struggling for space to move around in there, you might have to choose the bigger semi-double room. It has a self service laundry, but the operational time was a little restricted. It has breakfast service but I did not use it, so cannot comment on that. There is free wired Internet access in the room, and also a PC and printer set-up available for guest free of charge at the lobby.     Everything with the hotel was 'as it said on the tin' but I was put in a smoking room despite asking for a non smoking room. The room was also very small. I am used to small hotel rooms in Tokyo but this one had to be seen to be believed.

    very closed to JR Ikebukuro station just 300 m. away and very convenient to go shopping around Ikebukuro area. The room is a little bit small but suit for single traveller with medium size suitcase. It's nice that the hotel staff let the guests borrow their wifi device for free because they have just LAN in the room.

    時間外の荷物を預かってくれたり、宅配便の手配をしてくれたり、旅行中のあると便利を体現してくれるホテルです。　特にレディースフロア利用だと加湿器や脚マッサージ機もあり、アメニティの充実はこのクラスのホテルとしては特筆もの。　若くてきびきびと働くスタッフの方もとても感じがよかったです。ぜひ次回もお願いしたいと思っています。

    服務不錯,離池袋車站也蠻近的,唯一的問題是明明就是訂無煙房(No Smoking room),但是給有煙房(Smoking room),跟人員反應後說沒房間了,因為語言也不太通所以就沒繼續爭取了!

    食事券が２日ついていたはずなのに忘れられていてこちらから指摘するまでデポジットを提示したにもかかわらずわかってもらえず、一日しか朝食を食べれなかった。　支払いも終わっていると用紙に書いてあるのに未払いと言われクレジットで生産した後やはり二重請求だったとわかったのはちっと残念。　胸に研修中とされている人が対応することが多く結局二度手間になる感じがした。　立地条件は悪くなくホテルの室内は普通なので料金設定も悪くないと思いますがダブルで予約されていた部屋もセカンドダブルと研修中の人が案内したので・・管理不足と納得しました。
