We were going back to Charlotte NC. From the moment tbat we steped into the lobby area, We were greeted, taken care of. The hotel management to the person that carried our baggage to our room I felt that I was coming back to friends. I will stay at this hotel when ever I am in Naples. It was an outstanding short stay. What a palace.

Right by the train station. Nice hotel, efficient. On a busy, noisy street. They were nice and let us keep out luggage overnight while we went down to Pompei.

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Probably not really a 4 star quality hotel, however. Walking distance to all of the major historical attractions, or an easy cab ride to somewhat more distant spots. Not a stylish part of town, but that did not matter to us. It is located on a small piazza that is pretty grungy, but Naples is a bit of a grungy place.

The staff was extremely helpful. Our room was quite spacious for European standards. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. It looks a little sketchy when you first arrive, but inside is very nice. The only problem we had was that our room was very warm even though it was cool outside.

The location of the hotel is great if you want to be near the shopping districts of Via Toledo and Via Chiaia, as well as Teatro San Carlo, the funiculare, and the historic Spaccanapoli. Large lobby, free internet...Salvatore and Giuseppe at the desk could not be more gracious and helpful. Naples can be intimidating to many, and - as a female traveling alone - I was totally at ease in this area. A phone as well as TV speakers in the bathroom lent a very upscale feeling, and I appreciated my upgrade to a very large double room. The rickety plastic shower panels were my only complaint, and the staff assured me that upgrades are coming soon.

Hotelliin mentäessä tulee olla jo tietoinen, ettei henkilökunta puhu englantia kuin hyvin auttavasti. Elekielellä selviää. Hotellissa on pieni kylpylä mutta paljon ihania hoitoja. Uima-allas/baari alue oli kolmen tähden hotelliksi todella hyvä ja viihtyisä. Illalla oli ohjelmaa allasalueella ja tunnelma oli todella mukaansa tempaava. Aamupala oli taas […] kehno, ei ollut paljoa valinnanvaraa. Hotellista jaksaa hyväjalkaisena taivaltaa alas kylän keskustaan(satamaan) ottamatta ylihintaista taksia. Read more
