A limpeza deixa a desejar, estado de conservação insatisfatório, do quarto é possível ouvir tudo que acontece no corredor (crianças gritando à noite, funcionários conversando às 5 da manhã). Tive goteira no quarto mas felizmente a troca de quarto foi rápida e fácil. O café da manhã e o buffet são bons, o prato a la carte não.

O Marupiara é muito bonito, e é isso que justifica mais o seu valor. No entanto, o serviço e o conforto são apenas o suficiente para não se comprometerem. Há uma mistura entre funcionários muito atenciosos e outros não. O conforto no meu quarto eu achei beirando o aceitável, abaixo do que eu esperava pelo custo da diária. O mesmo pode se dizer das refeições. […] Mas é um hotel muito bonito e com uma vista maravilhosa para a praia do Cupe (muito bonita, mas perigosa para banho). Devo salientar que o hotel fica mais interessante pra quem tem criança (o que não era o meu caso), porque tem muita atividade e espaço para elas. Read more

Apesar de ser localizado na frente para a praia, a praia do Cupe apresenta um mar muito bravo e impróprio para crianças. O quarto apresentava uma iluminação que impossibilitava realizar algum trabalho à noite. Fui cobrado indevidamente pela utilização do frigobar.

O Marupiara é um ótimo hotel, próximo de tudo, mas é preciso pegar um táxi para chegar ao point, mas leva menos de 5 minutos. O box e o chuveiro do banheiro estavam meio velhinhos.
