Over the Christmas break, I drove to Belgium to meet some friends at the airport. I had a terrible experience on the way to the hotel, but when I finally arrived, the staff were some kind and attentive that it entirely lifted my mood. The night desk attendant answered all of my questions helping me access the internet, find an ATM, and locate a convenient place to eat a nice meal. In the morning, a different desk attendant was kind enough to print out some important documents that I needed. The hotel employees were all more than friendly, they went out of their way to create a pleasant experience. The room was small, but the bed would comfortably have fit 2 when I only needed space for 1.

The hotel is located in a residential area, away from city center and sights. It was very clean and comfortable, but the occupancy rate was quite low. Had a lovely tub in the bath! I was traveling with three adult daughters, and we found the accommodations very comfortable.

Hotel needs refurbishing, room was spacious but very out dated, hallways need redoing also and room needs to be openend with old fashioned key which is ok but tells me that nothing as been done there over the past 20 years. Just an overnight stop in Antwerp. Hotel is on the outskirts - arrived mid-afternoon and took the bus into Antwerp, bus stop 200m away (2 Euros per person). Took a taxi back (14 Euros). Hotel is OK, not what I would call a modern 4*, more like a 3*. No restaurant facilities but staff were helpful. Rooms were clean but decor and furnishings are dated/tired. […] No aircon in room but there was a stand-alone aircon unit. Fine for an overnight stay. Decent rates though,so overall, fair value for money. Read more

Free parking makes this a good choice if you come by car. The historic center is a 10 minute bus ride away. The room was very big and with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was €14 extra but great if you like a full English style breakfast.

We hadden, met twee volwassenen en twee kinderen (12 en 10), een executive room geboekt. Bij het inchecken bleek was het volgens het hotel niet duidelijk welke leeftijd onze kinderen hadden. We kregen een appartement met in de woonkamer een twee-persoonsbed en in de slaapkamer een eenpersoonsbed en een stretcher (waarvan de lattenbodem niet helemaal […] compleet meer was). In het appartement hing een vreselijke rioollucht. Nadat we de kranen in de badkamer een tijdje hadden opengezet verdween deze grotendeels. Op het hotel staan weliswaar vier sterren waarvan maar daarvan zijn er 's avonds maar drie verlicht. Volgens de medewerker achter de balie is het City Inn Luxe Hotel ook inmiddels een 3-sterren hotel. Vergane glorie, de foto's op Exepdie geven een vertekend beeld. Read more

Prima hotel aan de rand van de snelweg. Goed bereikbaar met de auto en 's avonds kan men met de bus naar het centrum. De taxi is ook niet al te duur richting het centrum. De kamers zijn ruim en we hadden genoeg ruimte.

Vi var rigtigt glade for hotellet, som ligger lige ud til ringvejen, så det var let at se, da vi kom. Eneste minus var, at selve indkørslen manglede skiltning, så vi havde svært ved at finde det.

very nice room, large and comfortable beds. breakfast was not included in the prize and quite expensive. the hotel is NOT in the city centre, you have to walk to the zoo
