      This was by far the best hotel my daughter and I stayed in during our Europe vacation. The room was large and clean, the bathroom ladies was designed for us. Large standup shower very large separate tub, towel warmer and large sink and was very clean. The price is really good for this quality.

      Great place but a bit off the center of the city - but closer to Industrial area of Origgio. Malpensa is about 45 KM away with a very good Malpensa-Milan Express train service available to Seranno and Linnate about 60 KM away. Milan Station is about 45 minutes away by taxi on a good day. Train service from Serrano to Milan (close to hotel) is infrequent. Service provided is excellent with the staff being cheerful and helpful. Breakfast is good as in most of Europe (unlike England!). Great room size and well maintained.

      My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel last week. This hotel is in a great location and thoughtfully desiged in a modern way. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the location is great, near Corso Como, one of the more fashionable areas in Milan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

    The employee were rude, arguing with us anytime we interact with them, they were not cleaning our room and I have a pictures so I can prove this hotel was anything but 4 stars hotel. We are intending to do everything in our power to prove this hotel make our trip heel while we needed the most having a peace!

    Response by Residence Biancacroce Milano We are disappointed that one of our guests had a less than satisfactory experience at our hotel. Our owner did meet with these customers and we had tried to solve the problems to the best of our abilities. The Residence Bianca Croce has had over 1700 customers in 2010 and we have not received complaints until this incident. We hope that it will not deter you from staying at our hotel in Milan.

    Free Wi-Fi, helpful staff and great price. But, it is close to nowhere. The only option to train station (airport) is taxi in the early morning. But it is good if you want to experience the local life in Milan.

It is not a hotel so do not expect a hotel service (no restaurant, very few staff).The rooms were basic but adequate, the beds were reasonably comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was a very tiny kitchenette. There is no supplies in the room so make sure you bring your own […] water, tea and food. The neighbourhood is boring, there is nothing to do and nowhere to go, not even any nice restaurants, you will have to drive to find a decent place to eat.     I found the hotel excellent value for money, especially considering that Milan tends to be quite an expensive city for hotels. Our room was clean and provided a good amount of storage, which along with the kitchenette where we could prepare some basic meals and store food, meant we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a good location, with the surrounding neighbourhood fairly quiet and some excellent coffee shops, bakeries and ice cream shops close by. It also has good transport links to the city centre - the Amadeo Paladini tram stop is less than five minutes from the hotel and provides a convenient link to the city and the rest of Milan's excellent public transport network.     We stayed overnight on our way to Barcelona during our transit in Milan. Due to the flight delay, we reached at midnight rather than 2300 hours. The reception was closed by the desk guy was available to provide us with the keys at the unearthly hour. Although he was not very happy (understandably) to be kept awake he was professional.     Taxi from Milano Linate airport only about 10 minutes away and cost 12.50 euro. Gates closed in the evening so secure, residents are given a key to get in and out. Went for the Italian Grand Prix & was about 30 mins walk to Milano Lambrate train station where you could catch trains to Monza. Staff friendly, and spoke varying degrees of english. Maids […] even folded our PJ's! Room just right for a short break. Small kitchen with a sink & hob, but fine for a small bit of cooking/heating water in pan for a cappuccino! Utensils were provided along with some cleaning products. Was grateful for the chilled bottles of water in the fridge on our arrival as it was late evening. Jotta pääsi vastaanottoon, piti portilla osata löytää noin sadan summerin joukosta se missä luki pienellä "reception".     所在小区环境很好 宾馆房间的条件也非常完美 房间很大卫生间也很大还有厨房唯一不足的是淋浴室实在太小了 人在里面根本不能转动 另外 地理位置十分不好 离最近的地铁站步行需要三十分钟左右 但是性价比还算高 所以还是比较满意的一次住宿

    Очень хороший вариант бюджетного отеля. Большой плюс - мини-кухня в номере (есть холодильник, плита и необходимая посуда). Порадовало наличие собственной бесплатной парковки, а также расположение вдали от дороги, хотя район сам по себе тихий. В номере чисто, полотенца меняли каждый день. В общем, нам все понравилось.

    他のレジデンスは土日は休みだけど、ここは休みがありません。毎日掃除に来ます。周辺には美味しいパン屋や肉や、barも五分歩くとたくさんあるし、反対のバス通りにはジェラード屋さんもあります。中央駅には5番トラム、ドーモには54のバスがいいです。ベットのスプリングが柔らかいのではじので外して寝ました。そこ以外はトイレットペーパーも調理用のスポンジや洗剤もありました。換気扇が動かないので言ってみたけど修理は来なかったのが残念です。（通じたかしら？）ホテルの人はみんなとてもフレンドリーで快適でしたよ。

    Molto essenziale per un 4 stelle, senza fronzoli, la camera è adeguata come dimensioni ma un pò "grigia", invece il cucinino è minuscolo e in due non ci si entra. Nel complesso lo consiglio a chi come noi trascorre la giornata fuori e in hotel/residence torna per dormire.
