Took a trip to Osaka to view the city. The Castle is just around the corner, and the great getaway for food is just 10 minutes by taxi. Couldn't have asked for a better location... although parking for car was free, it was extremely difficult to park a larger vehicle. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I thought the room would be bigger, but it was just slightly a few feet larger than the queen sized bed that was in it. It was good, comfortable, and the temperature was just perfect. There were absolutely no views from the side of the building I was in, except the hospital next to it about 100 feet away though. I would definately stay there again, regardless. It was a good night of sleep, with the basics I needed: Bed (check), toilet (check), hot and cold water (check), shower and tub (check), TV (check)... with extra's too, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to clean.

This is a capsule hotel. The room is sized as such. Also, all capsule hotels follow a set style: A public bath for showering (very common in Japan), a room for lounging, a separate for eating, a locker room to store your things/ change, and of course, your tiny capsule to sleep in. I have stayed at a few capsule hotels in my time and this is a good one. The place is clean and conveniently located in Namba where the social life is. It also offers a capsule hotel service for women which is uncommon for capsule hotels in Japan. It is not the best capsule hotel I have been in but it is a good one.

No wifi, is all I can say. That's the only negative I could find! Folks at check in and front desk were friendly and helpful, location was awesome. the room had a smoky smell from the restaurants and bars in the building though, that's why I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. The room did have an air purifier, and that helped though.

I have to admit that this hotel was super clean, and was in a great location - a short walking distance from the Universal City subway station, Universal City Walk, and Universal Studios Japan. Honestly, my only complaint was that they had no room service and very little western food being served as a-la-carte. If you love Japanese food, than this won't be a problem for you. Fortunately, I was able to walk to the nearby Hard Rock Cafe to get some western food (hamburgers, chicken wings, french fries, etc.)

This was actually quite a surprise of a hotel find. The rate was very low considering what other large\chain hotels were charging in the area. I took a... chance and went with it since I was only in Osaka for 2 nights. Boy was I happy with having chosen this hotel. The rooms are larger than the average hotel in Japan, possibly by double. The bed was the largest best I have ever even seen in Asia (a KING bed!), and the service was great. The location couldn't have been better, it was right next to the Tennoji Transit Hub, which is essentially where all the trains in Osaka come together, with a mall on top... perfect! I would stay there again anytime. My flight back to the US was at 18:30, so I asked for late check out, and the front desk allowed it, at no additional charge. great location (<5 minutes) from major JR station which makes it convenient to connect to other locations. Very clean and price was great. Room was good size for a Japanese hotel. Our room had 3 twin beds and was clean. All the ammenities were there. They also had toothbrushes and combs in case you forget yours.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located directly opposite one of the entrances to Tennoji Station, which is accessible by both the JR Loop and the subway, and is a short subway ride away from the Namba entertainment district. I had no problems communicating with the staff in English. My room was a non-smoking double room with a seating/TV […] area, which was clean and simply appointed, and quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. Wired internet was available in the room, but I used the free WiFi access (ask the front desk for the login info) from the lobby. The hotel itself is very attractive, and has exercise facilities and restaurants. The local area includes a park with a zoo, the Mio department store, a shopping mall and several small stores, restaurants and bars, so there's lots of options for food/drink for all budgets. Can't fault this hotel at all. Our Superior Double room was HUGE by Japanese standards. It is diectly oposite the JR Tennoji staion with a direct train to Kansai airport - takes about 40 minutes. Tennoji has lots of night life, plenty of shopping and good access to other areas of Osaka. The hotel is less than 2mins from the train station. It is not exactly near to Shin-Osaka where you travel out of the prefecture but it is on the loop line and offers accessible to major locations. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The design is contemporary and makes the overall experience comfortable.

First of all, thank you to Hotels.com for offering a very cheap price for a wonderful hotel. Other website offers 2-3x the price you gave. The location of the hotel is very accessible from anywhere you come from. It has 3 train lines accessing the hotel. If you are coming from Kansai Airport, take the JR Lines and exit Tennoji Sta (east exit). If you […] are dragging luggage, there is a lift right side after exit before the MIO dep't store. Go to B1 and push/drag your luggage to the basement entrance of the hotel. If you are coming from shin-osaka sta ( Bullet train Shinkansen) take the midosuji line, then exit and go to basement entrance of the hotel. There are 2 big department store beside the hotel, the MIO and Kintetsu. All peole/staff we met were very friendly and nice. 周りは賑やかだが、ホテルは静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。レギュラーシングルだったが十分な広さだと思う。チェックアウトは12時なので、翌朝ゆっくりしたいときにはおすすめ。

JR就在正對面，B1直連地鐵，非常方便房間很大、床也很大，很舒服 :) 只是清潔過後的床鋪不是換新的床單、床包還有我住2晚只拿到1天的報紙雖然有點小缺點，還是挺滿意的啦！^^

房間不至於太小,兩大一小住差不多,飯店服務人員還滿親切的!!但是並不是所有的服務人員英文能力很好,但不錯的是還有一位會講中文的服務人員,不過並不是整天都在飯店的!!飯店對面就是JR車站,飯店直接電梯坐到地下室就會通到另一線的地鐵"御堂筋線"地鐵,大致上這飯店的位置還滿不錯的!

가족여행으로 TWIN ROOM과 DOUBLE ROOM을 하나씩 이용하였는데 방이 예상보다 무척 컸음. 더블룸 침대 역시 KING SIZE침대.교통이 매우 편리하고 지하철 역에서 호텔 지하 1층이 바로 연결. 주변에 백화점등이 있어 전반적으로 편리함. 다만 난바, 오사카역 등은 도보이동이 아닌 지하철 이용해야 함.

久しぶりの大阪滞在、天王寺もかなり便利になり　飲食店も多く迷うほど良さそうな店がありました。　キタやミナミほど　人も多くなく楽しい滞在でした。　ホテルも清潔で快適、コーヒーカップがない事、部屋が暑かった（西日？暖房？）事を除けば非常に良かった。

房間很大，比一般日本飯店大許多，帶小孩睡一張床也不顯小，房間配備很讚，還有加濕器與空氣清淨機，尤其附近超多百貨粉好逛，而且餐廳也很多，隨便找一家就是驚人美味!!!

地點方便，在地鐵天王寺站上方，對面是JR天王寺站，便於轉乘Haruka特急，旁邊則是近鐵阿倍野站，空間舒適寬敞，唯一美中不足是床組略嫌不夠舒適。
