All of the staff were really really nice and hospitable, I don't know if it's Greece thing or just the hotel, but I would love to stay there again! Once thing though, there was a slight odor in the bathroom, it's not even a big of a deal but I'm just a person that loves to smell good all the tiime so that was only thing I didn't like about. WE STILL ENJOYED A LOT DURING THE STAY!!!!!!!!!!!

a five-minute walk from the airport bus stop , a seven-minute walk to the central area, and a 12-minute walk to the harbor, the hotel is fine. accommodating staff makes the stay enjoyable . computer is slow.

It proved to be a perfect place to recover from jet lag..an acceptable bed, spacious room, interesting but clean, functioning bathroom (our first intro to an EU bathroom where toilet and shower are VERY close) and great adjoining patio with view of the harbor. Great location near the port and restaurants. The negatives with the room were steep spiral staircase to our top floor unit (can be challenging with bags) and no communication pre-arrival about where to park. Overall, the location and room were perfect for a one-nighter and gave us great exposure to Chania.

George is great. We arrived so late at 1130pm and well past the check in time, but we called him and he was happy to check us in. He was friendly and helpful. We only had a short stay at Niriis but it was great. Location is ok, too far to walk into hania but easy to access if you have a car or to take a bus. Room was big and clean and SO cheap. Vores hotelvært George var fantastisk hjælpsom og hotellet lå meget fint tæt ved stranden og i tilpas afstand til indkøb mv. Busserne kører lige på hovedvejen og det tager ca. 10 min med bus til Chania. Jeg kommer igen!

En mycket trevlig och bra vistelse. Hotell Niiris överträffade våra förväntningar på ett enstjärnigt hotell. Borde ha minst tre stjärnor!! Stayed at Niiris hotel for 7 nights with my friend. the room was clean and very good. The service from the hotel manager George was excellent. He told us about all attractions and things to explore on Crete. He also had "beach stuff" that we borrowed, very nice. The hotel is located just 200-300 meters from 3 beautiful beaches. Me and my boyfriend had a great stay at Niiris Hotel. The owner George is the perfect host, helping us with questions, telling us about good and affordable trips, and he also have alot of beach stuff that we could borrow for free. The house is not a five star hotel, but the service is and the rooms are perfect if you look at the price you pay compare […] to some others, the rooms got what we needed, fridge, toilet, shower, beds and air condition. It's located 2-3 km outside Chania which we liked, there was more space on the beaches (bigger and nicer) and cheaper beer and food at the restaurants, there is no problem to visit Chania, buses goes every 20 minutes for 1,10 euro and George will tell you how it works :) He also e-mailed us in advance, first with a welcoming letter, then to let us know the taxis were on a strike that week which really helped us. I wouldn't doubt for a second to go back! We had a great stay and we thanks George for that, especially for sending us on the trip to Elafonisi, so beautiful! Thank you George! nous avons effectué le tour de la crête en voiture et nous nous sommes arrèté 3 nuits au Niriis hotel il a ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne nuit, chambre propre, petite cuisinière et possibilité d'avoir la climatisation (en extra) pas de petit déjeuné le matin mais les grandes surfaces sont à proximités donc pas de soucis à ce niveau la cet hotel […] est proche de la mer mais le point le plus positif c'est le gérant qui vous explique tout les endrois à visiter de la crête. sans lui notre séjour n'aurait pas été pareil donc ça vaut bien un 10/10 Read more
