Our room was clean and newly decorated. In fact the painter was still working in the hall outside our room so there was the smell of paint in the air and noise. We didn't care for that. Our room was gorgeous and the entire property was a very nice historic experience. A couple of times a day we requested ice for drinks and were given a bucket full!! Very modern and nice bath.
