This little hotel has location, location, location! It is less than 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, & Tempolo Adriano. It is about 15-20 minutes from the Coliseum, the Forum, and Vittoria Emmanuelle, around 25-30 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, and a half hour from the Vatican. Seconds away from the main artery Via Del Corso, you can’t get a better location for a more reasonable price. The front desk staff is wonderful and Tomosso in particular will not hesitate to recommend the best restaurants and tell you how to get to all the sites within Rome. He recommended fabulous restaurants and mapped out a walkable itinerary of sites daily for us. If you don’t care to walk, the hop on hop off bus is two minutes away. What really sets this hotel apart is the 5th floor outside deck with a panoramic view which is used for breakfast in the morning and a possible night cap at night. What a way to start and end a day. It was beyond gorgeous and really a delightful highlight to a memorable stay in Rome. The rooms are big enough to accommodate two easily and are clean and neat. The only difficulty I encountered was that I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi but instead used the downstairs computer. Some of the rooms on the upper floors are only accessible by a short stairway which is difficult with heavy luggage. Other than that, our stay was perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We did not get information that payment by card was not accepted. The breakfast was poor, bread from yesterday, cerials too sweet. The juice was more like lemonade than fruit-juice.

Had a great experience. Our triple room was clean and bed very comfortable, including pillows. 40 inch hd tv with all the sky channels with the options to switch to English language. Filled a form with time and choices for breakfast . Arrived on time and plenty of food. ( Italian style breakfast) . Front desk nice and helpful. Near American embassy, hard rock cafe' , villa borghese park( very nice!) . Would stay there again and reccomand it to friends and family

Room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed and there were no drawers in which to put clothes. The buffet breakfast, however, was outstanding and the location very convenient. Front desk staff could be friendlier. The room was much smaller than the photo for that level of accommodation

"OK...but needs work"
If you are just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel is fine. This is NOT a vacation accomidation.
"Take it off your list"
The description is a complete miss representation. This is a cheap motel in the middle of nowhere with no convenient transportation to the airport or the city. This is not worthy of 3 starts. The rooms are dirty and smelly and the beds are roll-away beds.

we found it in excelent condition but absolutly you need a car to go there.

si tratta di un'ampia struttura formata da vari fabbricati indipendenti.Raggiungibile praticamente solo con un'autovettura. Roma è lontana e lontano pure l'aeroporto di fiumicino. Le stanze sono ampie e comode,ma la pulizia delle stesse è approssimativa. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di carta sul pavimento della stanza ed è rimasto lì per tutti i tre giorni […] di permanenza. Il personale allareception è disponibile e gentile. La struttura si avvale di comodi parcheggi interni. La colazione è semplicemente ridicola da pensione,non certo da albergo tre stelle. "Flot hotel - dårlig placering"
L'Oasi ligger på landet mellem et par små byer, på en vej parallel med motortrafikvejen, som gør at det er lidt tricky at finde. Støjen fra motortrafikvejen fornemmes ikke. Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme - fik bl.a. lov til at låne en PC med printer til en ombookning af fly. Vores værelse var stort, med 2 ekstra opredninger, men intet bord at […] sidde ved. Desuden ville et lille køleskab være at foretrække. Værelset var pænt og rengøringen tilstrækkelig. Komplekset er bygget op i 3 etager omkring en indre gård. Swimmingpool er placeret udenfor komplekset. Adgang til swimmingpool skal købes på dagsbasis. Det er muligt at bestille aftensmad på hotellet, men man skal ikke forvente den store kulinariske oplevelese. Drikkevarer er dog inkluderet i prisen. Det største minus ved hotellet, er placeringen for enden af Fiumicino Lufthavn (Leonardo da Vinci), som ikke bliver nævnt i 'brochuren'. Flyene ankommer som perler på en snor i dagtimerne, og gør det vanskeligt at samtale udendørs. I nattetimerne er det et fantastisk roligt sted. Er man til hav og strand, kan Ladispoli (ca. 15 km.) anbefales. Man har dog konstant en fornemmelse af, at hele området er med lukkede strande for Italienere, og det er da heller ikke helt nemt at finde en offentlig badestrand. Menu-kort er sjældent på andet end italiensk, så henvend dig til det unge personale, der som regel taler et minimum af engelsk. Insufficiente per quanto riguarda la pulizia, per tre giorni consecutivi carte e contenitori vuoti non sono stati gettati, pur essendo stati lasciati in evidenza, così come pezzetti di carta sul pavimento. La colazione è pessima e scarsa. Brioche insufficienti per i clienti, pane gommoso, marmellatine (2 tipi) e burro, niente altro. Una sola macchina […] per erogare bevande calde, fermata poi una mattina per pulizie della stessa. Prezzo esagerato considerata poi l'ubicazione dell'Hotel, nessun mezzo pubblico per raggiungere roma o la metro. Solo una navetta a prezzi esagerati, messa a disposizione dell'hotel per il centro di Roma oppure un taxi. Il servizio bar rimane chiuso sino alle 18.00. Quello della piscina era chiuso o in allestimento. L'unico punto positivo, il silenzio totale per due notti, La terza è stata invece rallegrata da gita studenti, che non avendo un posto dove trascorrere la serata, hanno stazionato in giardino ridendo e scherzando sono a tardi. "Buono per un pernottamento"
E' sulla Via Aurelia da Roma verso Civitavecchia, non lontano dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino, però è necessario avere un auto propria o a noleggio. E' un complesso residenziale ricettivo che ha camere ed appartamenti. Personale cordiale e gentile. La stanza è nel complesso più che buona e pulita. E' un pò infastidito dal rumore degli aerei in avvicinamento […] a Fiumicino, ma dopo le 23 è raro udirli. C'è una piscina, ma di sabato a giugno era chiusa. Il ristorante non funzionava, comunque in zona vi sono varie opportunità. La colazione è di buon livello a buffet. Read more
