Well The Whole REASON Why I Came to ITALY...Well This is the Last of the Four (4) Cities I Visted in ITALY...Rome, Florence, & Venice...Those Three (3) were About Seeing ITALY...This Wasn't... Although my Two (2) Free Days I did See alot of Tornio...The Main Train Station is RIGHT Across the Street...NO NOISE FROM IT AT ALL... All the UPSCALE SHOPPING is Really Close Bye... Her LAST Christmas Gift Came From one Of Those SHOPS... The HOTEL Staff was AWESOME... and Very Helpful...My Only Problem was Trying to Hard Boil an EGG every Morning...On Each of the Three (3) Times I Try I Fail Really Bad...The Bathroom was REALLY BIG...The Bed was Comfy...I really Enjoy My Stay here and Would So Again...The One NICE and AWESOME thing that the HOTEL Does...my Plane didn't leave Until 5pm and They Kept my Luggage in a Safe and Lock Up Place While I walk around one Last Time Wasting Time Before I Left For HOME :( Their is Part Two of This review which If I did it Right Should be Post Below this One :)

Nice and simple for the price. Bathroom not the newest, but fair enough for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Area was quite industrial, but a few simple places to eat close by.

The hotel was ok. It worked for the one night we were there. The bathtub looked fantastic as it was extra deep but it didn't appear clean enough to use.

Das Open011 ist offiziell kein Hotel sondern ein Hospel. Daher werden Dienstleistungen die in einem Hotel üblich sind im Ospel011 in Rechnung gestellt. Dieser Hinweis ist bei der Buchung nicht vemerkt. Ansonst vom Aufenthalt im Allgemeinem, persönlich als gut eingestuft.

Ho trovato la stanza doppia spaziosa e pulita, con letti separati. Il personale è gentile e alla reception mi hanno fornito le informazioni richieste. Per il costo della stanza c'è un'adeguata offerta, solamente il cappuccino della colazione erogato da un distributore automatico era imbevibile.

Friendly staff and big rooms. Towels and a TV set are not included (you can rent them at the reception). Breakfast is not much to talk about either (youghurt and cheese cost extra). The hostel is situated about 2 km north of Turin city centre, but you can easily reach it by a bus (line 11) that stops very close to the hostel. Avantages : le personnel parle anglais. Il n'y a pas de parking mais on peut facilement trouver une place à quelques mètres de l'entrée de l'hôtel. Il y a une séchoir dans la salle de bain !!! Inconvénients : Tout est à régler en supplément (serviettes de bain, wifi) et il n'y a pas de gel douche et de shampooing, prévoir d'en emmener même pour un […] séjour d'une nuit !!! Le petit déjeuner est restreint et très classique (petits pains, beurre, confiture, café, thé, chocolat). Aucune isolation pour le bruit dans les chambres (on entend tout de la rue et des chambres voisines surtout) !!! Les lits ne sont pas très confortables (mal au dos). Le personnel n'est pas très sympathique. Un soir nous sommes rentrés un peu tard (minuit !!!!) et il n'y avait personne à l'accueil. Nous étions donc enfermés dehors. Nous avons sonnés plusieurs fois et quand la personne à l'accueil a bien voulu venir nous ouvrir, il n'avait pas l'air content du tout, il nous a vraiment mal regardé !!! Qu'est ce que ça aurait été à 4h du mat' =) Pour finir, le quartier est très mal fréquenté et fait même un peu peur =( Read more
