      A little loud in the mornings due to the small space for kitchen and guest rooms, the night staff is also a little less pleasant then I expected

      The hotel itself was great. The room was clean, service was exceptional and the staff was very helpful. There are three malls under and right next to the hotel that make it very easy to do any shopping you need to while in Delhi. The only problem I had was that Saket was far from everywhere I needed to be in Delhi, which was my own doing. It took about 45-1hr to get to the airport from this hotel, 45 mins to Cannought Place, 1hr to Noida.

      Extremely friendly staff and management. Great location - central for sightseeing, which can save hours in a taxi, depending on what you want to see or do. Hotel is in older former government building ( I was told) but clean and maintained. Tiny ancient elevator was quaint but not an issue for us. Only 3 story hotel so not even required all the time.

    Expensive for the quality. Do not expect a typical American hotel. This is India! The hotel is located strategically in the shopping mall area where you can get to a food court walking. This is nice. If you are doing business in Gurgaon, the hotel has a terrific location. If you are on vacations and want to visit Delhi, the hotel is located 35 minutes […] from Delhi in metro or 1 1/2 hours in car - the traffic is horrible and it is easier to get the metro, which is clean, new, safe and has excellent service for just 20 to 30 ruppies each way. If the purpose is pleasure, better stay in Delhi. Gurgaon is quieter than Delhi; but far from the touristic attractions. The hotel is just a big house with few rooms. Pictures don't show what the hotel is, but still a good option if you are traveling in an economic budget and had no problem with the lack of comfort for a few days. Service in India is Great and this hotel is not exception. People is so kind! Read more
