The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are the most comfortable we've seen in a long time and the loan of wine glasses for the bottle of local wine we purchased from their offering was a nice touch. We will make a point to go back.

I stayed with two 12 year old girls for two nights while they participated in a state tournament. We had a king studio with sofa pull out. While the space was not huge it was well designed to allow for privacy. We were all satisfied with the breakfast choices...there were even walnuts and cranberries for the oatmeal! I am very picky about cleanliness […] and they pass with flying colors. Even with all of the other tournament (there were actually two different state tournaments going on) parents and kids in constant motion the common areas, pool and work out area were always immaculate. The front desk was friendly and helpful with directions and helping me book an additional night at the last minute. We may even come back purely to check out Wenatchee. We always stay here when we visit my mother in law who lives in Cashmere. The hotel is very clean with nice spacious rooms. A nice complimentary breakfast buffet is served & since we stayed over Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, they even had a complimentary happy hour & dinner. The staff is nice & the views of the Cascades are gorgeous.

This is an awesome hotel to stay. Great convenient location. The breakfast, managers reception and milk and cookies make it a fine family getaway place for any event in the area. My car brokedown in Wenatchee last year and came accross this place by the repair shop so had to go back when I wanted to visit the area again.

Hotel was perfect for families. The room was spacious and clean and nicely laid out. Only complaint was the thumping in the early morning from the upstairs room. Floors seemed pretty thin. The pool and hot tub, breakfast and evening milk and cookies were all very nice. And the staff was extremely friendly. We will stay here again

We had a large group - 7 families - meeting here for New Year's Eve. The staff was so friendly! They went out of their way to make sure all our rooms were close to one another. Every single staff person had a nice smile and greeted guests in a friendly, welcoming manner. The facility was spotless. Everything was new and up to date. For New Year's Eve […] they offered a complimentary happy hour which was an unexpected surprise. Our group asked if we could take over a small section of the lobby to celebrate the new year and the staff's response was "of course!" I came to this hotel to get a weekend away with my girlfriend to relax amidst the busy holiday season and had a wonderful stay! The location of the hotel was really great - down the street from Wal-mart and Target in case you forgot anything, 30 minutes from Leavenworth, and not more than 10-15 minutes from the Wenatchee area wineries and tasting rooms. […] They even had coupons for free tastings at a couple of wineries! The room was in great shape, though the couch was not at all comfortable (so we didn't use it). The doors were interesting sliding door types and the toilet was separate from the shower, which I guess is good if someone needs to urinate while someone else needs to shower. The beds were great though and the TV was good, but I wish that the room came with a DVD player. We managed to borrow one because we had called ahead about it. Noise-wise, you could hear noise from the hallway quiet clearly but not from neighboring rooms, so not too bad there. Breakfast in the morning was a good spread (sausage, eggs, breads, pretty good muffins, waffle makers, juices, oatmeal), but you've gotta come early because they have a hard time keeping up during the late morning rush. There are also Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and milk in the evening! We had one other pretty minor issue - the King bed room we reserved was "out of order" so we got 2 Queens instead for the same rate. Came here for a romantic weekend with the husband. Neighboring rooms were a little loud and we had a hard time with the Wi-Fi and finding a "guide book" for fun in the neighborhood. But other than that had a great experience. The rooms are very modern looking and the lobby served milk and cookies at night. Would definitely revisit.

We stayed at the Springhill Suites in Wenatchee because the accommodations seemed a better value than any of the hotels in Leavenworth and it was only 25 minutes away. We were not disappointed. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, waffles, meat, oatmeal and fruit and was better than most hotel complimentary breakfasts. Coffee was available 24 hours […] per day in the lobby. The rooms were large and clean and well appointed with a desk and sofa bed and closet with dresser. The toilet and shower were in different rooms, which was slightly inconvenient, and there is no bathtub. The beds were a little too firm for my liking. The hotel is not in the most picturesque location, but once you are inside, it's an escape from the outside world. The pool was clean and the hot tub was large and HOT. I have stayed at many Wenatchee motels, and most are outdated and uninviting. When I could find a room ONLY in this motel, I was concerned. Imagine my delight when I found a brand new, four-story motel that rivals a contemporary motel in New York City. Beautifully appointed throughout in restful greens, blues and turquoise, with calming frosted glass […] and decor. Inviting lobby, worth hanging out with friends. Missed the free breakfast because of another meeting, but wished I could sample. The motel room was well designed, with efficient use of space that felt expansive. Great couch and work table, plus well-lighted desk. Toilet and sink as separate room from large, walk-in shower and sink--easy to share for a couple. Absolutely gorgeous room! Very nicely laid out , lovely interior design, excellent bed. The staff were fantastic. The location is excellent - can walk to just about anything. I would suggest, however, getting a room on the back side (not facing the street). The traffic is kind of loud. Basically in a strip mall but clean, cool and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good and they have a nice lounge area out front to sit in the sun and enjoy your coffee and muffin. Centrally located, about a 30 minute drive to Chelan. It snowed overnight almost 4 inches. The next morning all cars in the parking lot were cleaned off by the maintenance crew at the Springhill Suites. It was so AWESOME as I was unprepared for snow. I'm sold and will be staying there everytime I go over. Service and cleanliness is fabulous!
