I based my LOW rating on my 3 night stay in Mar 2012: 1) The lobby on my floor had a rotten smell. 2) Air conditioning has no dial for temp control, just FAN ON or OFF. 3) Bed sheets are old and thin; bath towels are grey instead of white color. 4) The hotel is old and need rennovation badly. I picked this hotel due to the reasonable price and being close to the main subway and high speed rail stations. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel & room and the level of service. There is a good night market a couple blocks away and a nice park on the river that is only a few blocks away.

The location is great as it is right next to one of the famous night market. The front entrance is disappointing as it is really hard for a car to stop for a moment to unload the luggage. We did not want to make any police report since we cannot provide any proof but the hotel did not give us any proper explanation in the end. Broadband was amazing. TV was disappointing as only limited channels available. Bathroom is badly designed. It is so dangerous to get in and out from the bath tub thanks to the bad design. This hotel has nothing to do with the Hyatt chain, despite its name. However, overall it was a nice hotel and I would stay there again. It was clean, fairly well maintained, and conveniently located. The hotel seems to be geared mainly toured Asian tourist groups, as the television stations only had Asian language programs. Also, the breakfast buffet […] featured mainly Asian selections, though there were a few western dishes. Still, the buffet was good and had a large variety of different daily choices. The room info listed that they have Sleep Number beds, but we certainly did not have it in our room. While still comfortable, it was not what was advertised. The other odd thing was that there was no clock radio in the room. I liked the location of the hotel. It's a 5 minute walk to the underground city shopping mall and another 10 minute walk to connect to the Taipei Main MRT station and the high speed rail station. The MRT is an inexpensive and convenient way to get around the city, and the high speed rail is a quick and convenient way to get to the airport and other parts of the island. Read more

I was very pleased with the hotel and would go back again. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, great breakfast (take your pick of Western or Asian), good location near Taipei Main Station. Only one problem: Some loud guests passing by in the hall woke me up at night ... but that could happen anywhere. I'll stay there again next time I'm in Taipei.

Goog location! Near the MRT. And clean. Housekeeping work is good. Breakfirst buffet is nice, as well. But the other parts didn't offer when I order. One time I order ice at 11pm and reception talk to me that 'restaurant is close so you buy at convenience store on yourself''. I stay in 3 nite. And refrigerator is not working on whole last day.

Had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and the service staffs were friendly and helpful. However, the rooms smelt a little bit musky at the start, probably due to inconsiderate mainlanders smoking in the rooms. It is a 15 to 20 min walking distance to the nearest mtr or train station. Wifi is only available at the ground floor.

Please change the name of the hotel as Fortune Haiyatt instead of Fortune Hyatt as listed on your hotel. The hotel is not a Hyatt Group hotel as it seems to be. 今回でこのホテルに2度目の滞在だが、今回は窓なしの部屋だった。 前回の滞在（窓あり角部屋）が良い印象があった分、落胆が大きかったところもあるのだが、部屋のティッシュ箱にティッシュが入っていない、トイレットペーパーが残り少なく予備が置いていない、冷蔵庫はあるものの電源が入っていない、セーフティーボックスが開かないなど、、何度かスタッフに電話をしたり呼んだりして対応してもらった。 たまたま泊まった部屋だけがそうだっただけなのかもしれないけれど。。 他に関しては可もなく不可もなくといったところだった。

11/13～11/17まで（4泊5日）、妻と二人で泊まりました。建てつけの悪い古いアルミサッシなので、かなり外の車やバイクの騒音がストレートに部屋に入ってきます。うるさくて快適な夜は過ごせなかった。部屋も狭く窮屈でした。バスタブの排水口から下水の臭気が逆流して一日中換気扇を回さないと部屋まで臭くて頭が痛くなる。朝食は中国の団体旅行者で大混雑で寛いで食事ができない。バーゲンセールの大混雑のデパートのようでした。大混雑で空席を探すのに戸惑っても全く案内は無し。白人の観光客も席がなくてウロウロしていました。ここは中国の団体旅行の定宿のようです。朝食は中華のみであまり美味しくはありませでした。少しケチってこのホテルをとったのですが失敗でした。お勧めできません。

优点：前台服务人员MM的服务态度都非常友好，不厌其烦回答各种关于行程的问题，态度好到让人都觉得有点不好意思。酒店离宁夏路夜市大约10分钟路程，步行即达，晚上也不用担心没地方吃东西，超多小吃可选择。缺点：酒店房间非常狭小，有点压抑，空调开了噪声太大，关了又有点闷热，房间灯不够，有点暗暗的感觉，传说中的早餐也没有其他人描述的那么多花样，在捷运中山和台北车站之间，走路要挺远的。只有有线宽带，听说这个价格可以租到很好的MOTEL酒店，下次应该不会再选择住了。

家族４人でスーペリア ファミリー ルームに宿泊。フロントも部屋もきれいで、宿泊の快適さについては全く問題なし。朝食バイキングは十分ではあるが、３日泊まると飽きがくる。部屋には、インターネットのジャックとケーブルがついていたが、なぜかうまく接続できなかった。（松山空港であらかじめ登録しておいた）TaipeiFreeの無料無線LANのアクセスポイントが近くにあったので、窓際から接続できた。ホテルの向かいにはコンビニが、数分歩けば夜市があり、便利な立地。

夜市に近いという理由で選んだので、ロケーションには満足した。向かいにはコンビニもあるし、台北駅、中山駅も徒歩圏内。部屋は古くはあるが清潔で、不快さは感じなかった。ただ、廊下の音はダイレクトに聞こえる。8階に宿泊したこともあって通りの音は気にならなかったが、夜中に酔っぱらいが廊下で騒ぐ音や、シャワーを使い出した際の換気扇の音で何度も起こされた。また、朝9時過ぎに「部屋を掃除して下さい」のサインを出して外出したが、午後3時前に戻ってみると手つかずのまま。フロントに電話するとしばらくしてスタッフが来たが、バスルームの掃除とタオルの交換だけして、掃除機をかけることもなく、ベッドメークをすることもなく帰って行った。私たちが部屋にいたためなのか、普段からそうなのかはわからないが、帰ってきて部屋がきれいに […] なっていないのでは、サインを出した意味がない。スタッフの数が足りないのだろうか。次は別のホテルを探そうと思った。 Read more
