Location. M/S Amarante is a three-night cruise of the Nile that boards in Aswan on Friday and departs on Saturday morning. The cruise includes visits to the High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk at Aswan, Temple of Horus, and Valley of the Kings before ending at Luxor.
Features. The M/S Amarante has a sundeck bar and outdoor pool. The lounge has a dance floor and hosts nightly entertainment including belly dancing and cocktail parties. The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers views of the Nile. Also on board are laundry facilities, a 24-hour front desk, and a gift shop.
Guest cabins. The 37 cabins feature large windows with panoramic views of the Nile and have individually-controlled air conditioning. Cabins offer LCD televisions with satellite channels, direct-dial phones, safes, and minibars. Wireless Internet access is available (surcharge). Bathrooms include hair dryers.
