Although the hotel staff were gracious and extremely accommodating, the "up sell" at the front desk was a bit much...wi fi, breakfast etc. The bathroom had a mirror with rust spots all along the edges. Liked the in bath clothes line. Room was spacious though the light buttons were a bit hard to figure out. Security is quite tight at all Indian hotels with checks of luggage, metal detectors, car inspections including bomb-sniffing dogs. Nevertheless, the security detail was quite pleasant.

the stay was great , the location is perfect , nice breakfast , i felt a bit noisy the hotel , as the location is in a very busy area , i asked to change the room , after 1st night , and the stuf was great to move me to the back side .The bell boys are the BEST , SUPER, very friendly and helfull with the locatioon and direction .

Being a new hotel that just opened recently the quality of service from servers at the 3 restaurants I ate at needs improvement. On multiple occassions it took a long time to receive the bill (up to 20 minutes), drink refills or other requests. The main buffet restaurant could offer more western options as well because sometimes this was very limited depending on the day. Aside from restaurant service improvements the hotel was excellent.

Staff unfriendly, except for the poor attendants, room dirty, no fridge and no television. I asked reception to call me a taxi so as I can see Mahabalipuram which is about 6 klm from the resort!!! (expect to be charged IR 200 one way or walk) my response was taxi can be found at the Crocodile Park 300 mtrs up the road. The power kept going on and off... […] Unbelievable I have never experienced anything like it. The only saving grace was the next morning a friendly younger, smartly dressed, good english speaking guy assisted me to catch a Taxi back to Chennai... Unfortunately I didnt get his name Read more

Stedet virker baseret på familier, der onsker en rolig badeferie, men er ikke egnet for personer, der vil ud og se sig om.
