This was a great place to stay, far enough away from the local night life yet close enough to take a simple stroll into the street markets. The staff was very friendly and helpful and would recommend this location for anybody looking to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life!

It was a very nice hotel. In comparison to the hotel we stayed at in Phuket for the same price, we were thrilled to be here. The rooms are clean, hotel is right on the beach, completely relaxing and the staff took great care of us. We were happy to stay here and will do so again.

The hotel is located up on the hill from Ao Dalam Beach so expect a bit of a walk uphill. The walk is not that pleasant either- trash piles head high on both sides and of course, the smell of sewage. You get to walk over a bridge where the run off from the "poo garden" flows right into the ocean by the beach. The hotel was built in 2012 so it is in decent condition, but give it a year or so and it will end up a dump like the rest of the hotels on phi phi. We stayed in a fan room which while it wasn't cool, it wasn't that hot. I thought the moskito net would work fine but when we woke up on the morning, there was blood stains on the bed from the moskitos that had bit us thoughout the night.

Be sure to know the location of your villa.We were unhappy with the villa that was reserved for us both the location and no view at all we looked out to the back of the Villa across the path.. The manager who spoke English very well was instrumental in getting us an upgrade( for an increase in nightly rate) . After an initial rocky start we enjoyed our stay.It's a hilly resort I would not recommend it to anyone not in shape and is walking distance to the town which provided many restaurants and local entertainment.The long boat crews provide tours of the ocean sights,

There might be 2 rooms that are sea view and the garden view rooms have bushes to look at which are in front of the path that goes from road to beach -- not a peaceful garden. Rooms were OK but NO dressers/ drawers or hooks for towels and wet bathing suits. Bathroom was the shower. No toilet paper down the toilets on this beach. Hotel was OK - staff […] were helpful if you had the time for your request to pass between 3 - 4 staff before getting an answer. Patience with this usually won out. Beach is only useable at high tide because it is full of coral at low tide. The nights were the worst - noisy, noisy NOISY. The beach is a party beach and every 4th hotel had live music until the wee hours and every hotel has a bar at the beach with blaring music. Not restful at all. So no - the rooms are definitely NOT soundproof as the advert states! The hotel properties are long and narrow and so the next hotel is right at your window. It was very easy to get into Salandin the town, and we did that several times. There are numerous SCUBA places in town but it is a little pricey here. Much more than expected! If you don't want to relax and you like the parties then you might enjoy this hotel. There are lots of hotels up and down the beach for restaurants. Just be warned the advertising for this hotel is a little over the top - exageration at its best, but there was nothing horrible about it. Just a little disappointing for what I expected. Read more

Nice place, nice restaurant, expensive tours(so buy them in other agencies. Room p12 has a peculiar small door to e bathroom, and I knocked my head on it repeatedly. Staff work very hard in 14+ hour shifts it seems, an no representatives in the reception after 22:00. So one night our ac broke and we could get hold of no one.... We had a mixed experience at this hotel. Hotel service was very good, but the room we were given for our first night smelt awful from the toilet. We kept the bathroom door close to minimise it, but you had to hold your breath to use the toilet & we chose not to shower in there because although it looked good, newly renovated with clean tiles etc, the […] toilet smell was really off-putting. Second night the room was fine, no toilet smell & way less pokey room. Some of the rooms are close to the road which could be noisy, your experience at this hotel could be very different depending on what room you get. The beach was very close, nice chilled vibe in evening, food at their restaurant quite good too, you're near lots of other places to eat too, so other options available nearby on the beach. Recommend for families & couples but would ask for no toilet smells & not room near the road in making booking. Read more

The hotel was over my expectations, very clean and comfortable houses close to the beach. AC, tv, fridge (with free water), nice bathroom and a small pool. The staff were vary friendly and helpful with taxi arrangements, motorcycle rental and helped us with booking of hotels around other Islands.. The location was in the middle of Lanta, at Klong Kong […] beach. The beach was pretty okey, abit rocky, very few people compared to long beach and a nice bar with some pillows to kick back with a beer at! For the money this hotel is top, ill highly recommend it! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Les scooters loués à la journée sont en très bon état et les managers sont très arrangeants. En basse saison, tous les services ne sont pas proposés, mais cela se comprend très bien. Koh Lanta est une île magnifique et beaucoup moins touristiques que ses voisines ! À ne pas manquer !

Ok, det kanske finns folk som skulle kunna uppskatta det här, men jag gjorde det inte. Hotellet ligger vid fel strand, vid lågvatten ser det inte roligt ut, mkt stora stenar, tvivlar på att det är soft att bada här, provade inte ens. polen är inte het. stugorna städades inte på 3 nätter, vet inte om man måste säga till. våran ena solstol såg ut som […] den spolats i land efter en jorden runt resa. restaurangen var lite seg plus att du alltid får 2 notor, en för mat (går att sätta på rummet) och en för alkohol (måste cashas direkt). vi bodde precis vid vägen (sk garden view) och det finns inte mkt i närheten direkt. hela stranden tror jag är fel val, long beach levde lite mer. man kan hyra moped på hotellet billigt iaf, och vespan var fräsch och pigg... kanske funkar för barnfamiljer på tight budget som bara vill kunna bada och gräva i sanden. Det har vært et svært behagelig opphold på dette stedet.Hyggelige,blide og serviceinstillte ansatte, rent og ryddig og veldig fin beliggenhet ved sjøen. Middag på stranden med sand mellom tærne. Romantisk :)

la chambre que nous avons réservés ne correspondait pas du tout aux images vu sur le site. Le ménage n'a pas été fait, d'autant plus que nous avons prolongés notre séjours... La réceptionniste n'est pas aimable.

Situé au centre de l'île le Lanta pavilion resort est proche de toutes les ballades sur l'île.Agréable ,calme,très bien entretenu ,notre séjour de 5 jours s'est bien déroulé sauf et ça personne n'y peut rien il à plu énormément !!
