The staff is rude and crude. The hotel is approached by a dirty flight of steps over a shabby bank in a rough neighborhood. The reception is a little cubby hole in the wall . The picture of the hotel is photoshopped and the reality is, it is a very shabby, rundown place. Avoid this place. "Do not stay in this hotel."
We had booked for 3 nights but left after 2 nights. We would have stayed somewhere else but couldn''t find anything else. The hotel is right by an extremely busy 4 lane main road with traffic going by all day and night. It being India cars and lorries sound their car horns day and night. Our room was right by the road and the conditions of the windows […] are so poor that they provide no noise barrier at all. We asked for a room away from the road but nothing was available. The staff were unhelpful. The condition and upkeep of the room is very poor and I would not recommend anybody to stay there.
