Very anticeptic - strictly business. Kind of out of the way, not within walking distance of anything. New - everything works - food at hotel fair. Go here if you are on business, not for entertainment. It is perfect for getting stuff done without distractions.

Over all it was good. Since i was there for a n=oone night stay the area was not an issue, if i was there longer i would like to have been in a different area, but i felt the area to be safe, and that is what really counts

It was very easy for me to travel to the downtown US consulate for the visa interview. Just located across the street to the Banff trail ctrain station. And drops off in front of the consulate. Free breakfast helped in a great start of the day.Very friendly and informative hosts. just one hour from Banff Rocky Mountains. Beautiful place. Very good deal for me it was

"Close to airport"
The hotel was very nice and the restaurant top notch. I suppose the only thing lacking was a free breakfast that most hotels now offer.

We only spent 7 hours at the 4 points sheraton in calgary during an overnight layover on a flight home. we were very satisified with the ease of making the reservation, the efficiency of the front desk staff on checking in and checking out, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the overall attractiveness of the hotel. The front lobby area as well […] as the hallways and our room. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. We were very impressed during our short stay there. We stayed here only one night, as a stopover hotel (after a late flight arrival in Calgary), before driving to Banff. Decent hotel, clean, and close to Calgary Airport. Rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, but nothing too spectacular. Bathroom fixtures were a bit old. Overall, nice enough for a night or two.

Great hotel from when you drive into the parking lot. Great dining on location, very clean, comfortable rooms, easy to find, and at a good location, close to many of Calgary's sites to see and things to do. Hassle free internet and modern at home feel technology in your room.

The main photo for the hotel on the web site appears to show a large, luxurious pool. But, I am not sure now what that picture is supposed to be. I want to clarify that the pool is actually a very small rectangular pool. It appears to be roughly 20' X 10' and 3' deep. The best thing about the hotel was that it really is brand new. The rooms are spacious […] and very clean, but the furniture style is similar to Ikea. The food at the restaurant is very good but expensive. The hotel is perfectly fine, but I had expected a big pool and the decor seems cold to my taste, so I probably would not return to that same hotel again. Read more

I'm glad I choose the Four Point Sheraton in calgary. the great service at the front desk was great, they understand that guest most likely got off a flight or going to Travel. the overall service was outstanding.

The beds were super comfy. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean and well decorated. It was excellent value for the price. The restraunt food was very good but our waiter did not seem to be to thrilled about seeing us come in at 10pm.

"Our stay"
The rooms are nice and new and large. However, we couldn't get wifi, couldn't control the heat during the night, and the water stopper in the tub was stuck. I had to hold it manually.

This hotel was moderately convenient to the airport - though with an "airport hotel" title, I would have thought closer. The hotel is well appointed in that it is modern, there are plenty of commissary items to choose from in comparison to many hotels today, though my room was not in the greatest condition. The bed was made in a very sloppy fashion, […] to the point you could likely question whether or not the sheets were even changed. "Enjoyed my stay very much!"
Comfortable room, plenty of space, beautifully decorated. The only remark I noticed are the doors that are quite noisy when you exit the room. It was a bit annoying to hear people get out their room... I had a wonderfull night and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel seems to be lacking hot water. After one person took a short shower there was no hot water. Just running the tap in the sink, I noticed it did not get hot. When I mentioned it at check-out the girl did not seem surprised and was not apologetic. In fact, the hot tub was not even hot. Ric's Lounge, in the hotel, has good food.

comfortable bedding. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. However, the person who handled the booking (from a centralized booking service) was quite impatient. A few light bulbs in the swimming pool area needed to be replaced.

"Four Points gets 5 Stars!"
This was my first time staying at the Four Points by the Sheraton. I've stayed in quite a few hotels including the high end Sheraton's and the Four Points was fantastic + a great deal. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place on the north end of Calgary.

"Great hotel for the price"
I have stayed at this hotel for 2 years in a row on my yearly trip to Calgary. the first year the hotel was fantastic as it was brand new. This year our room was not cleaned very well when we checked in, there was urine on the toilet seat and 7 or 8 long strands of hair under the pillow. The Manager was quick to move us to another room but it was a […] bit disappointing from the year before. Even with the cleanliness issue, the new room was great and I would definitely stay there again next year. In addition, the restaurant is quite good (both service and food). It is also nice to have both a Tim Hortons and McDonalds within a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Read more
