We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

The location of the hotel is great and our room was perfect. We had a room with a sea view and a terrace. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city right on the beach. It's the best location in Palma, as in the center of the city there is no beach, only port. There was plenty of free parking right near the hotel (because it was winter and not a peak season). The only disadvantage was room service. We stayed in the hotel from December 27 until January 2. And starting December 31 the room service worsened. We ordered dinner to our room and they forgot to bring french fries. We called them, they said they would send someone to our room, but nobody came. The two consecutive days when we ordered something they also constantly forgot to bring some staff - french fries, bread etc. The tipping point was on the last day, when we were checking out. When we ordered room service we paid for everything right away, so upon check out we were surprised to see one of our dinners included in the bill. The receptionist told us that the waiter who served us wasn't there, so they couldn't check this. At the end they removed that charge from our bill and said they'll check it with the waiter. All in all, I'd give this hotel 4*. I would definitely come here again. The advice - improve room service.

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

Very Pleasant stay however some members of staff (Bar Staff - Antonio in particular) spoiled our vacation. Hotel was predominantly Spanish senior citizens (which was no problem for us), however we were constantly ignored in the Bar Area and the Dinning Room. Despite our complaint to Hotel Management the situation did not improve. Had a little trouble finding the place as the post code was not accurate, but taxi driver found it eventually (42 euros from palma airport). Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was decently big and clean, with a balcony and 2 twin beds placed next to each other, although i requested for a double bed. 1 bed was much softer than […] the other which was kinda weird. Only negative was that the room did not come with a kettle or a safe, you had to pay something like 4 euros a day for the safe, and 2 euros a day for the kettle. oh swimming pool was under renovation. it didnt' mention this in the description. Location was pretty good, less than 5 mins walk to palma nova beaches and the shops, and less than 10 to magaluf. The bus stop to palma city is about 10 mins walk away, so not to far at all. Die Wände waren so dünn wie Papier, sodass man jedes Wort der Nachbarn hören konnte. Das vermeintliche Doppelbett waren zwei einzelne Klappbetten, bei denen man nach einer Nacht jeden Knochen gespürt hat. Die Gäste im Hotel waren zu 99% über 60 Jahre alt. ++ 25 min from airport by taxi, a lot of activies and shops around, good sandy beach in 250-300m from hotel. 3 pools, one of them with small aquapark for children. Children programm and games, but mostly in English. Good food. - - you will here your neighbors very well since walls are really thin like paper.
