The hotel was very nice. We could however hear traffic as our room faced the highway. The stay was just ok. Breakfast wasn't provided and when we asked to see a breakfast menu, there were no prices on it.

Everything was satisfactory - nothing to complain about! The only thing hard to rate would be "Surrounding neighborhood". The neighborhood was not very fun or inspiring, but we did not look for that either - we wanted a room for the night and then be on our way. Included breakfast was enough for both a big adult and small child although it seemed small […] at first because it was not the "usual" buffet. This location provided good proximity to the airport and Heinz Field. If going to Pittsburgh for a Steelers game, this is the perfect place to stay - very clean rooms and facility with football-oriented staff.

Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Although the hotel is located along a four lane highway, we did not hear the highway inside our room. The fruit infused water in the lobby was a huge treat on a humid day! We would definitely stay at this location again.

Stayed here after a concert in Burgettstown, 17 freeway miles away. The area is pretty confusing, a spaghetti bown of roads. Very good hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Hotel was very easy to find. Yes I know some postings complained of it being inconvenient to get to due to the design of the road, but really this was a minor inconvenience at most. Very friendly staff from the front desk staff to the housekeepers. We were greeted by everyone we passed. The room design was comfortable and the bathrooms are among the […] best I've seen in hotels of this type. Our room was next to the elevator so we expected it not to be as quiet, but it was fine. No noise from other rooms or from the outside. Quite peaceful. The shopping area nearby has everything you could want including a cinema and a number of eateries. We had a great stay at this hotel. Beautiful property, very nice/new/modern decor and very clean. We booked two rooms which were assigned next door to each other with adjoining doors in between, which was just what we wanted. Nice comfortable beds and spacious rooms and bathrooms. We would stay here again. You could hear some road noise when trying […] to go to sleep since we were on the side of the hotel that faces the highway, but it didn't bother us much. Parking was a bit of an issue late at night since the hotel was full and someone with a big trailer was taking up a few spots, but a hotel staff member gave us her parking spot since she was leaving in an hour or so - very nice and friendly hotel staff. Also you can only turn right to enter or exit the hotel so a gps is helpful to help ensure you're approaching from the right direction and can turn easily into the hotel parking lot if you're not familiar with the area. It was nice place but room just a little too small for my liking. And when we arrived the fridge still had the previous guest food. Which stunk up the fridge and makes ya question how much above and beyond do they really go to clean the rooms.

I stayed on a Friday night and was very happy I chose this hotel. It was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The hotel is newer and is not yet showing wear. The front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful. It was convenient to have the bistro in the hotel and we enjoyed sitting in the lounge area for conversation. The hotel is directly across the street from Settlers Ridge where we went for dinner, shopping and to see a movie, so we loved the convenience. You do get a little freeway noise from the rooms on the back side of the hotel and the entrance to the hotel property is not especially convenient or obviously accessible. Surprisingly nice .. updated .. clean .. cafe food was even very good. Staff was great. We were on the first floor, near the ice machine, near a busy road, but it was still very quiet and peaceful.

Great experience. This five-story hotel perched right off the freeway is new, tastefully decorated, and very clean. They did not have our Expedia information referencing the included breakfast, but when I showed them the printout, they immediately gave us credit for four people.

My husband and I went to Pittsburgh to spend the three-day weekend with our University of Pittsburgh daughter. She prefers to stay off campus when we visit to enjoy our accomodations. This time, she enjoyed a very comfortable queen-sized bed and a clean bathroom with a great shower. The hotel is easy to get to off Rt 376. Convenient to Robinson Towne […] Center where we shop. Staff at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Even the complimentary coffe was good! Could have used more selection for breakfast, but it wasn't a problem because we were close to several breakfast restaurants such as Cracker Barrel and IHOP.
