      This place was close to the airport, the front desk was very helpful and friendly and gave us a Geneva transport pass so we could freely get to the airport the next morning. It's convenient and located just off the Rue de Lausanne which has a fair amount of restaurants and bars and is about 500m from the train station. Rooms were quite nice, the showers are a little weird with a half glass but overall it worked really well for us.

      The room was comfortable and clean. You could not beat the location and the view from the lake view rooms!!! It was a very memorable and very enjoyable visit!!! I can not say enough about the hotel and the hotel staff. The staff spoke many different languages which made interacting with them a breeze. Great hotel! I do plan on returning to it in the future!!!!!

      Wonderful staff, very helpful. My wife broke her dental retainer the day we were leaving for Zermatt, the staff found her a dentist, made the appointment, and we were on our way within a couple hours, they were so wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. The expense of the hotel and Geneva in general is a little shocking, but rate we got through Hotels.com was amazing. Way to go hotels.com!

      very good hotel, however the free airport shuttle doesn't work after midnight.

    When you visit Geneva, you expect overpriced hotels, being a frequent visitor there. But this one takes it a bit too far. The size of the room was sufficient for a single bed and for standing along it. Was easy to see small holes in the bed sheets. No heating controls seen in the room, was a bit too cold in March. Bed was marginally comfortable considering […] even “budget hotels” of Geneva. A soap and a sachet of shampoo was all there is to toiletries. Breakfast was based on a bread hard enough to chip your teeth. As a positive aspect: staff (except the manager/owner) was pleasant. I stayed there because of business visit close by, stay away if possible. Read more
