"El Hotel es atendido por gente no capcitada"
Hable al hotel pra confirmar la compra y me dijeron en primer lugar que ya no habia espacio, de una manera hasta burlesca por parte de la recepcionista,llame a oficinas centrales y me dijeron que me corresponderian a lo cual tuve una hora despues que llamar nuevamente, en esta ocasion se me dijo que el Gerente tenia el caso y que me corresponderia, […] volvi entonces a llamar al Hotel de Montana la misma persona me confirmo que si yo tenia una reservacion "Ni modo , se me tenia que dar una habitacion", nunca hable con el Gte. La comida es mala, probamos una carne y un postre. La Habitacion es bien sencilla , con dos botellas de agua de las mas pequenas, no hay gaveteros, no hay aire acondicinado unicamente un ventilador de techo. El lugar es muy bonito pero lo atienden personas que no saben como tratar huespedes. Read more
