Comfortable room, polite and courteous staff and yummy breakfast buffets. The shuttle sevice to sea world was also helpfull. Entering from the highway is tricky, and the area is not pedestrian friendly but overall great hotel.

Our stay was not awful but far from great. Our sheets were not changed just readjusted. They hotel could not provide change for their laundry machine use. They had no extra wash cloths as we( my kids and my wife) had to reuse the only ones they provided. They were supposed to replace 2 tables in our room because of sharp edges on both but we never got […] them. Mind you we were there for 4 days. We called to the front desk to ask for more dry off towels. They didn't want to bring them to our room so we had to go down to the front desk and get them ourselves. Like I said the hotel is very nice, close to Seaworld where we were going for our family vacation. But service could use an upgrade. Read more

Room was large enough for 6 people, 2 queen beds and a pulll out couch. No rrestruants within walking distant but a short drive and there are plenty. AC worked great and show was hot. I would stay again.

Other than getting a room the check in process I would recommend this hotel. It must of been an off day??!!!. First room we were given not ready for check in second room the key card was not activated. After everything was settled we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the room and service but wasn't happy that they had just steam cleaned the room so our floor was pretty much wet. They said it would take 2-3 hours so we had to leave for a bit. That evening when we returned it was a little damp but was ok to stay. They didn't have another room for us to move too. We would stay there again.

This hotel was very clean, it was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and SeaWorld. There is also a shuttle service offered. I was expecting way more. Had a funny smell that stayed in our clothes until we got home, tub did not drain-called desk twice, and hot breakfast is one waffle iron that you cook yourself one at a time after standing in line for 30 min.

Very nice. My only complaints were when I asked for extra blanket, the front desk said no. Ridiculous! And the bathroom was right in front of beds, kinda inconvenient, but I liked the separatation of toilet from tub (two diff areas ). Breakfast was good but got very crowded the later you got there. It was nice to have the availability to wash clothes […] but there was only one set, so you had to wait your turn. Oh and I LOVED the little touch of having a make up remover wipes in bathroom. We paid for a suite, but the rooms were unbelievably small. The bathroom was a foot from the bed with sliding doors, very awkward. This is the first hotel we visited without a bathtub, we were simply surprised.

Satisfied overall but the chemical smell for sanitizing was too strong for me as an early check in. More staff required at front. It seemed that they are too busy and trying to take most of phone calls but missing some of my calls for early check in.

I was disappointed in the quality of this SpringHill Suites. First I had reserved a suite with a King Bed and Sleeper Sofa. The bed was a Queen, and the sleeper sofa a full. The room had not been properly cleaned. The previous guest room key was on the floor. What does this say? The room had not been vacuumed. If the room wasn't vacuumed, what else […] had the maid missed? The room was booked for 4, of which I paid extra for the additional, but only 2 towels and washcloths. King suite is relatively small, bed is not really king, rather bigger Queen, and it's quite soft. Breakfast is lack choice. Stain found on sofabed.

Rooms were great but the breakfast was not as good as last year food not maintained and the garbage overflowing. When I saw the cleaning ladies cleaning the tables they were not sprayed individually and were not sanitized. It was just wiping the dirt from one table to the next- since this is a family place there are kids hands and food everywhere. The […] floors were not cleaned with a standard microfiber mop so dust was sent everywhere. I mentioned to the front desk but they didn't give the impression to care or realize the importance. Hotel was great and minutes from SeaWorld. Everything was cleaned, washed, neat, colorful here. The breakfast was standard complimentary but the texas shaped waffels were a cute touch. Hotel were a bit on the quiet side but did their jobs efficiantly round the clock. the surrounding lots to the hotel don't offer much of a view and there is a Wal-Mart […] as the closest neighbors towards the interstate. The room seemed modern and updated, but there were lots of little issues to deal with...the shower door was crooked so had a big gap at the bottom which meant water got all over the floor, the maid had not bothered to check the refrigerator when she cleaned the room and there were several cups of beer and leftover food from the last guests. There were […] signs warning about shady pizza vendors who put flyers under the door and multiple warnings about not leaving belongings in vehicles, which means they've had break-in issues in the past I assume. I live in Houston and take my kids to Seaworld often, this has been by far the best hotel we have stayed in. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the kids had a great time in the pool. I will definitely use them again!

We enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms for nine of us (6 adults and 3 children) and had plenty of room. Only complaint is that each room had only two wash cloths and we had to ask for more, but they were quickly provided. The indoor pool was also smaller than expected, but pleasant.

Price was right. The breakfast is very limited to making your own waffle, powered eggs, and cereal. It is also a very crowded area to try and eat. The rooms were clean, but the beds are not very comfortable. Also, expect for them to put a hold on your card for 50% of your room cost for incidentals.

Had a few issues with hotel. One was they tried to charge an incidential charge per night but was removed. Second issue was the cleaning service never left bath towels, hand towels, nor bath cloths.
