The office was closed and after calling the number on the door a security was able to let me and my family into a room but not until getting all of the information from my credit card and drivers liscense. The room was clean. Well maintained. But was in need of upgrades and the bed was uncomfortable. Needed more pillows than just two. Room was very very small. My living room would cover the whole room and bathroom.

Stayed for a soccer tournament. BEd was ok. Water pressure was ok, water didn't get hot enough. For the price, it was what I expected. Front office staff friendly, and delivered extra set of pillows and blamkets on time.

This appears to be more of a long-term stay facility. It is not well equipped nor has the amenities for someone just spending one or two nights. The rooms were terribly small and there was no counter space whatsoever in the tiny bathroom. The rooms did not have coffee makers even though there was a stove top, a small refrigerator and a sink. There was […] ONE ice machine for the entire facility (which is quite large) and you had to pay $.25 for a bucket of ice. The office is only open from 8:00 am to 10 pm so if you're leaving early (which we did) we had to let the cleaning staff take the keys to our room which we were returning. Overall, I was disappointed in this property for the money we paid. I've paid as much for a night's stay at another express or one of the numbered places and had more room and amenities. Think we saw a baby cockroach while there.....the only other thing was that its more like an apartment complex then a hotel because it had a lot of LONG term residents. You could tell because there were Christmas decorations in some of the windows still and we went there in June..

The price offered was very reasonable. Since we were only going to spend the night and leave early in the AM, we figured it was worth the chance on staying. Outside looks Nice , but it is a Tourist trap. A guest got killed crossing street the night we stayed. It is an EXTENDED STAY HOTEL that means you might have undesirable neighbors. Some permanent residents had their doors opened at night and they can give the people from the TV show Hoarders a run for their money.

Overall not bad. Could use some counter space in kitchen and bathroom. Room was clean. You do need to bring some of your own things, coffee pot, bowls, flat ware if you plan on eating in your room. We would stay again. Good location and price.

Have you ever been in suite that had no cutlery, plates, coffee maker, ice tray. Not a pot, absolutely nothing. Why is it called a suite. The receptionist was very rude and offensive when I questioned her regarding the lack of dishes etc.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff was helpful and it was nice to have the kitchenette in the room. The bed really needed a new mattress, not comfortable at all. The rest of the room was pretty good. Hot water in shower. Needed to ask for towels because they did not do housekeeping the entire time we were there for 3 nights.

We arrived and left to visit friends right after checking in so we didn't really look at the room. Returning after late after dinner, we found many "normal" items missing. Only one towel, no hotel or area information, no tv channel listing, My wife had a dr's apptmt in Tucson so we left quite early - never to return to this facility!

Do not stay in this hotel. It is an extended stay which means one section of the hotel is for those who live at the hotel and the other section of the hotel is for guests. We get to the room and there weren't piilow cases on any of the pillows- just stained pillows. The toilet was clogged and did not flush, the water in the shower didn't get hot. After an evening out I came back to the room and my key was deactivated and I was locked out of my room. Room service did not come at all during the entire 4 days. Coffee was only available from 8-10 am. Did not havecoffee cups for 2 days. mattress comfort was ok. I declined room cleaning for one day which was no problem. However, my room cleaning was skipped one day during my stay. Front desk clerk was very nice.

The room cost was low but I was disappointed in the quality of the room. The room was dirty. Housekeeping did not show up for two days so we used towels from the second bathroom. During the middle of the stay, the key card did not work and the office closed at 10:00pm. When we booked our reservation we expected a Suite as listed in our reservation. Upon arrival & check in to our "Suite" it was no bigger than a small bedroom with a very small bath off the kitchenette that included no pots, pans, dishes, glasses or silverware. We had to go to WalMart to purchase needed items including a coffee pot. Nothing was mentioned […] in the room description. A maid arrived very early each morning to ask if we needed anything. She took our garbage & exchanged our towels. Our bed linens were never changed during our stay for 8 nights. The floors were never vacuumed nor the bathroom cleaned. The floors were dirty. The outside of the hotel had banners quoting "Under New Management:" No credit checks, no deposit required, rent one night, weekly, monthly. Lots of traffic noise from highway & patrons of the facility. Loud music, very noisy. Nice swimming pool & spa yet we could not use - full of young children even tho the sign read, no one under the age of 14 permitted. Do not book with this "Hotel". Read more

In my 40+ years of travel this is absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. In the 5 nights that I stayed there the room was not made up on 3 days. On the last day I called at 2 pm and they said it would be made up soon. I called at 4pm and they said it would be shortly made up. I Called at 6 pm before going to dinner and they promised […] that it would be done right away. My reservation at this hotel was on February 19, 2011. I was surprised to see there were no curtains, no pictures on the walls, no cups, no coffee maker. It felt like being in a dorm room. But for the price, my mom and i had two separate suites, with a half kitchen, which made up for the no-frills appearance.

We pack all of our own utensils, including a coffee pot, in order to prepare meals and we are frustrated that there is no space […] for toiletries in the bathroom. It is convenient, when we have a 2-room suite, that there are 2 bathrooms which saves time in the morning. There is some confusion on the reservation website that a suite can be 2 rooms or one and it is not clear, in fact, seems very misleading. As long as we are prepared for the discomforts in advance, it is practical for our needs and we will probably continue to use the facility as the rates are among the best through hotels.com.
