Great outside shisha bar with BBQ buffet area. Great service, friendly staff. Very close to airport. Free wifi. Got an upgrade for free. Downside: Roof top pool and spa were closed due to maintenance. Hotel is relatively far from city center. NB. Stayed for one night with GF.

This was a good deal. The price was right and the hotel was convienantly located close to the airport. The staff was very friendly. The room was modern and very clean. The only drawback I saw was the hotel did not have a bar or shuttle service to the airport.

I booked a stay at this hotel because it is within walking distance of my favorite mall in Dubai, the City Centre Mall. I first stayed there because of a 12 hours layover at the airport. When I was checking out, the front desk called housekeeping to look in the room to see if I had used any mini bar items and whatever else. This made me feel like I […] was a criminal suspect! Housekeeping said I had opened 2 of the 10 A.E.D bottles of water. I DID NOT! The lady at front dest had me sign a form saying I did not open the bottles of water! Outrageous! DUSIT THANI HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH RESPECT! About 9 days later I stayed there hoping for a better experence. The check out was horrible. THEY MAKE THE GUEST FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL! Again the front desk called housekeeping to inspect my room for any deficiency. OUTRAGEOUS! NO OTHER HOTEL IN U.A.E., GERMANY, OR SPAIN HAS TREATED ME WITH SUCH DISRESPECT! This is my second review of this hotel this year. My most recent stay was not as good as my first. Two things brought the experience down. One was that the bathroom in the room I was given had the strangest bath/shower situation. I could clearly see the outline of the shower stall that had been removed, but All I had was a bathtub with an shower head. […] No shower curtain was provided and it was a very small tub. It was impossible to shower without getting water all over the bathroom! Second, I paid for the breakfast buffet at the time of booking. Having stayed there before, I assumed that the quality of the breakfast had not changed. I was wrong. The breakfast was more of a continental style breakfast than the traditional buffet breakfast served at every other hotel in Dubai. For the cost, it was a horrible value. In fact I was upset at this and did not take breakfast, even though I had prepaid. I expressed my concerns to the staff, but they just gave me blank stares. This is still a good hotel in Dubai. It isclose to the airport, easy to get to, clean, comfortable, free Internet and very affordable. Just check the room for a proper shower curatain and NEVER prepay for breakfast! Read more

I usuall stay at another hotel located by the Dubai airport, but that hotel was booked the night I needed. I selected the Dusit because I was familiar with the chain and it seemed almost as close to the airport as the other hotel. What a great choice! This hotel is very stylish and relaxing. The staff was great, the room was much better than expected. […] There was an iron and board in the room without me having to call housekeeping. The use of the Internet was actually free, unheard of in Dubai where this is usually twice the US rate for its use. The buffet breakfast was extensive and priced about the same as with other local hotels. Off street parking was free as well. The hotel shld look into the air condition in the room. It felt stuffy during the first couple of hours after checkng in despite setting it to the lowest thermostat setting. Overnight stay en route back to UK. Great value for money and upgradrd to a larger room, (mini suite). Most comfortable bed we have ever slept in and the free wi-fi was a great bonus. Very few Hotels in Dubai offer this, charges are usually pretty excessive. Will be staying here next time that's for sure.

The hotel was advertised on Trivago bookable through Expedia as the Dusit Princess Suha City Hotel, Having stayed in Dusit hotels before they have a good reputation and similar to Sheraton standards. However the Suha City Hotel is no longer part of the Dusit Group and is independant, the standards are less. Breakfast was delivered to my room at a cost of 70Dhs, which was good value except they forgot to send the fruit juice. On check out, housekeeping was informed to check my room and to my surprise they wanted to charge me for evian water that I was accused of drinking, even though there was none in the fridge, I had to sign a declaration to say I did not take the bottle of water. I have stayed one night in Suha city hotel in Dubai. The reception staff were nice and cooperative, got my room upgraded to superior room. The room looks exactly like what is displayed in the photo. It is comfortable, with a large bathroom and comfy bed. One little thing which was a negative notice is that there was a small stain in the carpet that […] needs to be cleaned since the carpet in generally looks new and clean. And the bed throw is also not clean and has a large red stain which I immediately threw it away. The buffet Breakfast, which is not included in the price, was ok, not much choices, but ok, kids eat for free. The staff at the restaurant was very nice. The location is excellent, especially if you are flying out of Dubai, as it's only a five minute drive to the airport. This hotel was simply excellent. Service was fantastic! Such friendly, kind, helpful staff. Obviously well paid as they never seemed to expect or ask for tips. Just generally willing to help out. Location was very close to airport, right next to Deira City Centre and the metro station there, and close to Deira and Dubai Creek. 15 minute ride to most […] other locations in Dubai. 15 mins from Burj Khalifa. Food sounded good but I didn't try! My room was big, clean, well equipped, had an amazing shower with a huge shower head that delivered rain-like water over a massive area. The bathroom was new. Everything was new. I had free moderate-speed wifi in my room. The bed was huge, comfy and new. The room was excellent! Fully equipped. The best part of the hotel was the usually empty roof-top swimming pool and gym. The pool is heated to 29 C and the spa to 35 C. VERY STRESS RELIEVING! I took many dips each day in this pool, it was brand spanking new and so nice. Could have been a bit deeper and longer but I wasn't complaining. The gym in particular was very impressive - the whole range of equipment you would ever need, treadmills, bikes, free weights, weight machines, benches, you name it. Awesome. Usually empty. Convenient. Towels and water. I loved it! All in all a great hotel, especially if you need to get there straight away from the airport. Taxi was 25 dirhams (20 airport fee + 5 actual driving). Most taxi drivers don't know where it is but tell them it's opposite Deira City Centre Residence and 100m from Ibis and Novotel near Deira City Centre. They know those landmarks, and take a map, and walk the 100m yourself. Most taxi drivers I met could not read maps for some reason! Maybe it was my map. Dunno. Read more

Våran hotellvistelse på suha city hotell var helt underbar. Har absolut inget att klaga på. När vi kom till hotellet tidigt på morgonen, trötta efter en lång flygning ordnade dom snabbt så rummet blev klart. Fräsch pool och fräscht gym var pricken över i:t. Rekomenderar alla detta hotell!
