Very busy hotel,excellent service given by very friendly staff. Good choice of food menu all reasonably priced. Only thing to be aware of need to be able to climb stairs especially if situated on 2nd floor.

Room was small. No bath tub just shower. TV was a first edition 17" iMac with a TV converter. Served a purpose as an over night stay but would consider elsewhere for a longer stay. Breakfast was OK. Not much different from a nice Premier Inn only double the cost. Hotel was clean.

This hotel was in a perfect location right at a bus stop. The room was a bit small for American standards (no place to do yoga) but it was comfy. I stayed for a week and the staff was always cleaning the building. It was such a nice environment! The food was really good and the chef was always around.

I found the room convenient for my stay. It was near where I wanted to be and good value for money. The bed was old and the springs could be felt as you lay on them. I don't believe we still have hot and cold taps in sinks; very annoying. Room was very cramped, but did the job.

Good location - walking distance to shops & supermarket. Good food in hotel restaurant, even did room service from orders placed in restaurant. Good breakfast. Safe parking on site. Would recommend for business travels Not so good as three flights to my room would be difficult if not able to climb many stairs, but lower floor rooms available.

room lovely, staff friendly, location fantastic and food exellent. our first trip to manchester and we got lucky with the choice of hotel nice and quiet surroundings and only a short trip by tram to the sights of the city and if you need to know anything ask the very helpful staff

This is a lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and go out of there way to offer excellent service. Breakfast was very good,. The location is perfect for Manchester City Centre, Old Trafford and and Trafford Centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back again.
