Direction: After arriving Three Rivers (coming from VISALIA/Hwy 198 East) continue on hwy 198 East, about 6 miles. At the sign "MINEAL KING"; make a right turn and drive less than 1 mile on Mineral King Road. You will see on the left hand side a sign "45317 RESIDENCE BELLEVUE". Slip down carefully this small private road. Please ignore the property on your left hand side, drive till the end of this small driveway, where the Guesthouse is located.
Three Rivers
Guesthouse is situated in the mountains, on 5 wooded acres, about 2.5 miles from southern entrance of Sequoia Natl. Park. Commanding mountain and river views.
Guest Stuido features: two bedrooms with one queen bed in each. A day room with futon. One full bath. All upstairs.
To keep it private, we do rent it only to one party in the same time, no matter if 1 person or max. 6 persons.
Several outdoor seating areas are available on the large wooden deck or in the backyard of the property.

A spa tub and a sauna (at special request and add. fee) are available, and a some fitness facility. The property offers complimentary dial-up Internet access. A Continental breakfast is complimentary to guests. During summer, the breakfast will be served outside on the deck.The staff can arrange express check-in and express check-out. Additional amenities include a library, multilingual staff (French, German, English), and barbecue grills. This is a smoke-free property. No pets accepted.
