It was a fantastic stay for under $100, the beds were the best I have ever slept on. Didn't wake up once. I loved the shower!! Breakfast was complimentary and pretty good as well.

Every year we go to Chimp Haven and have enjoyed staying at this hotel. It has several stores and resturants near by. The indoor pool is a nice added bonus.

Fresh and wonderful experience. Breakfast choices were hot and cold including bacon, sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles... Great selection. Also many movie channels. I'll be back!

We were met with some complimentary water bottles, the room was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and everything worked as advertised. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good with an ample selection of "healthy" and "less healthy" items. Although we arrived at the buffet near closing, the lady made fresh items for us. She understood […] one of us was not present and went the extra mile to make extra items! She was absolutely outstanding! We did not have the time to use the pool, but we saw that it looked very nice and it included a hot tub. The staff at the counter were also very courteous. Walmart and a cheaper gas station were nearby. Overall, this was a great surprise! It was very hard to find anything available as it was Superbowl weekend. The only markdown was the neighborhood. We missed a street, and our navigation took us through a trailer-park, which is just down the street. So, if you come from the highway, turn at the gas station before the Walmart. Room seemed a little small with two queen beds. Not much room to move around. Neighborhood not the greatest but okay. Room was clean and bed was a lttle hard but okay.

The room was supposed to be non-snoking and it had obviously been smoked in. Even though there were many open rooms on floors above, staff would not let me change rooms. Also, I left a book and called as soon as I got home, but they "couldn't find it". I was not overly impressed.

The room and all staff was excellent, but I was told by hotels.com that the location I booked had truck parking,( I am truck driver and drive a tractor trailor) and when I arrived it took me over an hour to find some where to park my truck.

My family was moving from one city to another and needed to spend the night after a hard day of moving a household. This hotel provided that and more. We were able to check in and proceed to the pool and relax. The hot breakfast was a true hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, sausage and the usual breakfast fare.

Which brings it to a grand total of three (3) times being charged for one (1) hotel stay. Needless to say the issue has yet to be resolved. We had a wonderful stay here. It is a brand new hotel, and very clean. It has an indoor pool and hot tub that opened at 5:00am. We went down very early and had the whole thing to ourselves! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I enjoyed my stay however I arrived early - check in starts at 3 and I had driven 3 hours and arrived at 9ish. There were absolutely no rooms available as they were completely booked the night before. This was a problem I've never ran into. I've been late and early before and had no problems with check I waited for […] about 15 more minutes and was finally told a room was ready! I was placed on the 1st floor which I thought was convienant at the time. Bc the hotel is so big they offer other exits/entrances other than the front that are located on different parts of the hotel. People were walking around the hotel etc literally right outside my window which was very uncomfortable. Another issue being on the 1st floor was the distance to the lobby. Extremely loud in the morning! I like to sleep in and it was impossible. There was some type of motorcycle shindig going on so a lot of gentleman taking up the lobby space and being very inconsiderate. Enjoyed the hotel experience. Had to wait for about 15 min. for shift change before I could check in. The beds were not as comfortable as I was expecting. I had to ask for the room to be serviced so it would get cleaned. We enjoyed the pool even though it was cold and the hot tub was nice and extra hot.

Overall a satisfying experience. Bed was a little on the hard ( firm ) side for me, but others may like it. Went to eat breakfast at 9 a.m. ( served until 9:30 ), and found most things empty. Asked the hotel server about putting more food out and she said she was not going to be making more. That breakfast was almost over. I told her we were told it […] was served until 9:30 and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I inquired with the front desk about this and they said she would be making more, that breakfast was not over yet, and quickly went and corrected the situation. I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and just loved it! As soon as I got there the front desk staff was friendly and quick. It took only 5 minutes to get my keys and head to my room. I made special requests because my son has Autism and they went out of their way to assist me. They gave me all the information I would need and told me where everything was […] located. The room was clean and brand new - I felt like I was staying in a $400 a night room. It was just an amazing experience. I do recommend bringing your own pillows because you have to pile 4 of theirs up to get some firmness under your head. Otherwise, the actual bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home!
