Mahogany lobby and grand old 5 star hotel with beautiful pool area and chef for individualized omelets or noodle soup at breakfast in addition to the grand buffet. The tuk tuk drivers are available at all hours right in front of the hotel. The city is just 10 min tuk tuk ride to town or 35 min walk. If you do not mind being away from the action a bit this guarantees quiet nights. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great value for the price. It is close to both airport and Siem Reap center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, service is excellent. Their restaurant is good too. If I were to visit Siem Reap again I would not look for other hotel.

Wonderful staff, fabulous little pool, very attractive rooms, plenty of amenities (free daily water, bathroom supplies, robes), free pick up/drop off from bus or airport, very good breakfast. $2 tuk tuk ride to the night bazaar. good prices for day-long tuk tuk driver and guide for angkor wat. very close to the archeaological park, and a very short ride to the night bazaar area. an all-time favorite bargain find.

A bit away from the center of Siem Reap. If you want to be near activity don't stay here. If you want a bit of a relaxing environment this is the place. Staff is very nice, restaurant is ok to good, the pool is excellent and the rooms very good. I would stay here again.

The hotel is comfortable but had problems with ants. Booked two rooms one was very spacious and the other one very small. The breakfast included was very low quality. "Lin Ratanak Angkor not so close to the centre"
A very well presented hotel with great rooms and friendly staff. Although the canal taxis are close by the hotel is not close to the MRT so if you don't like the water taxi you at the mercy of tuktuk bargaining or take a normal Meter Taxi. Advice steer completely clear of the so-called "hotel taxi" they are private cars and complete rip off.'s.

"love the hospitality"
The hotel staff are really nice and very friendly. They make you feel so welcome and cared for. My friends and I also enjoyed the freebies that came with booking online (transfer to the airport, fish massage, ride to the town, etc). Would come back to this hotel again.
"Hotel Lin Ratank in Siem Reap"
Stayed here July 2011 for over a week. Excellent service and very good value for money so we extended the stay twice. Location is a little removed from the main restaurant area but only a 5 min tuk tuk ride away. Good swimming pool.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were amazing. The facilities were amazing. Cambodia is amazing! The service that Cambodians in general provide is top notch. But this hotel staff went above and beyond for every little request. I asked them to help me with multiple things and was never refused any of our needs and they always did it with a smile. From […] check-in, where they ask for your reservation and passport then asked you to sit in the lobby as they prepared all the paperwork. They made you feel like you had arrived at a hotel that would pamper you. A few minutes later they would come up lead you to your room with a key in hand and voila you were all checked in. It was also nice to not be right in the center of town. The noise in the center of town would have been annoying. Mostly cause of what I call the war of the music. All the restaurants on pub street blast their music, so that it was a mash of top forty hits. I must of heard Miss Perry at least 8 times within an hour cause of this. Having the pool at the hotel was key to our functionality of late afternoon Angkor Wat touring. Our tuk tuk driver was kind enough to drive us back to the hotel at noon and we would eat, then go swimming and shower and go back to the temple refreshed and comfortable around 2pm. The breakfast buffet was not overwhelming yet had a great selection. They also provided us with a packed breakfast for free on the mornings that we wanted to see sunrise. Oh and the Spa. This hotel actually is quite far to the heart of town, but it's only take you about 5 mins ride by 'tuk tuk' (known as taxi). I would recommend this hotel to others, because the service was good, and inside the room is big and wide space for you to walk around. *P/S: Remember arrange your airport transfer while booking the hotel, because you will be […] charged highly by the airport taxi booth. $30 per ride and is just only takes you about 15 minutes time or less to arrive your hotel. 我们带着个3岁男孩住在这个酒店七天时间。卫生条件不错，热水很好很大。房间装修有点老旧，但房内干净，被单被罩和浴巾都还不错。有电热壶和冰箱，可以把买的饮料什么的放进去，随时都有冰镇的喝。最妙的是酒店的游泳池，每天下午或傍晚，儿子都要在泳池里玩很长时间。酒店出门不远就是个当地的菜市场，买水果和吃的东西很方便。市场门口有个现烤猪肉和鸡肉的小摊，东西不贵，味道不错。

"Treated like a royalty"
This hotel is a very good deal. Stayed here for 9 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Treat you like a royalty! The pool area is wonderfull and very clean. The breakfast buffet is good. Ok prices for dinner in the restaurant. 1-2 $ with tuktuk to get to the pub street. I reccomend this hotel to anyone!
