The hotel is run by an exceptionally helpful and kind staff. The rooms are well maintained and very clean but the bed was just a bit firm for my taste...Hotel location is very secure and nice but it is about a 5-10 minute cab ride to parque lleras or poblado and about 15-20 to the center, which means a lot of cabs (luckily they are very economical). Had a great stay here though and the night doorman is especially nice and helpful, great guy to chat with.

Honestly, location and style of hotel was great. Hotel staff and service was absolutely horrible! Besides on staff member named Daniel, every single staff was unfriendly, extremely unhelpful and displayed poor ability of knowledge. I was disappointed with this hotel!

This is a modern hotel converted from an industrial building with an attentive staff. The location near Parque Lleras is convenient but the partiers in the parque can be very loud on Friday and Saturday nights. There is also construction work underway at an adjoining building right now that can be disturbing.

The good: It's right next to Parque Lleras, so it's great if you plan on going out there. It looks nice and modern. The staff are very nice and attentive. The bad: The floors are made of cement which gives the hotel a cold feel--not homey or comfortable. My room's floor wasn't clean, as evidenced by the layer of dirt on the bottoms of my feet from […] walking around after getting out of the shower and before putting on my socks. The ugly: The noise. The hotel was designed for it's modern look and not for comfort. It is made of cement, steel and brick. There is no insulation so sound resonates throughout the hotel. I'm a very deep sleeper but each night I woke up to some noise--a group of guys coming back from a night of partying at 4am, couples and their sounds of ecstasy 2am, people leaving their rooms at 8am, etc. Read more

Werd ook uitgevoerd, alleen de verrassing volgde op de creditcard (zonder bij de reservering hiervan melding te maken); 75000 COP, nog duur ook voor lokale begrippen. Llegue al hotel a realizar mi check-in y no sabian de mi reservacion , ademas cuando iba a hacer mi check out, Me preguntaron ami de que forma la pagina les iba a pagar mi estadia a ellos....ademas me cargaron todo a mi tarjeta de credito a 1 cuota! sin preguntarme […] antes!. La atención de la recepción es muy mala, un señor displicente y mal encarado. Además no tenían disponibilidad de parqueadero, supuestamente por mantenimiento y nunca se preocuparon por ayudarnos a reserver el inconveniente o costear los gatos que nos tocó asumir por esa falencia. A pesar de ser un Hotel maravilloso no lo recomedaría por servicio.

Auch wollte ich mal ein sogenanntes Designe.Hotel ausprobieren.Sehrgut fand ich im Badezimmer die Trennung von Wanne und Dusche. Das Bett war hervorragend und eine Wohltat.
