      The room was comfortable and clean. You could not beat the location and the view from the lake view rooms!!! It was a very memorable and very enjoyable visit!!! I can not say enough about the hotel and the hotel staff. The staff spoke many different languages which made interacting with them a breeze. Great hotel! I do plan on returning to it in the future!!!!!

      Wonderful staff, very helpful. My wife broke her dental retainer the day we were leaving for Zermatt, the staff found her a dentist, made the appointment, and we were on our way within a couple hours, they were so wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. The expense of the hotel and Geneva in general is a little shocking, but rate we got through Hotels.com was amazing. Way to go hotels.com!

      Excellently located near the train station, though a bit of a hike to the attractions of Geneva such as the old city and the lake front promenade. Still, we were permitted into our room early, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean and well-sized with a good shower!
