I loved my three night stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Seattle Kirkland the hotels staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable:) I would highly recommend it and when I'm in Seattle again I will be staying here:)

We booked it on a last minute because we didn't have enough time to make our ferry to Victoria. The rooms were new and clean with comfortable beds. there is a coffee machine in the room and we had their continental breakfast in the morning that was great. There is a pancake machine and scrambled eggs, yogurt, hot buns, cereal, juice, coffee, and more. I would stay again .

Great hotel for the price.

"Beautiful view"
Great - went out of the way to see to our needs! Lovely view of river & woods. Saw deer one evening.
"hotel is Unsafe in Monroe"
The heating system is very unsafe, fumes door does not lock from inside. Activity around hotel drunken and profanity with speeding car. Window open with no locks. Had to find a new hotel at 11:00 Manager misreprested the area of the hotel when asked.

"Pretty good"
Immediate smell of most likely some synthetic smell which I can hardly tolerate. Would like to see black out curtains...could see traffic lights at night from both directions. A viewer in the door would be good, as well as a inside lock on the door.
"Made for movie Motel"
The motel was in the middle of a run down mobile home court. The lock on the door not secure. Had to block the door with a heavy door. It should me used for slasher movie.
"Great location and thats it"
The hotel was in a great location I.E. from the race track and in town. But despite the clogged shower train, No A/C, uncomfortable bed, and Shower Towels the size of Wash clothes, and sharing the location with a trailer park, the hotel was recently remodeled / Built (10 rooms) it wasn't that bad. the best part about it was its location and cheap price […] (but you get what you payed for), im glad i didn't plan a vacation there and was only there for two nights. "Update on last review - specify which room!"
when booking with this motel, please keep in mind that the single bed rooms are in better condition and quieter. these are the same ones facing the river. they are farther from the road and the surrounding residents are quieter. the rooms with double beds are older and louder. one of the beds was firm while one of them was kind of busted. then the […] heater kept coming on randomly. and there is no wifi in that area. so when booking specify that you would prefer the newer rooms and ones with wifi and you should have a great stay. "Inexpensive and clean"
if you are accustomed to motel 6 and super 8, then you will be pleased by these accommodations. this is clean and quiet. i had to visit family in snohomish and this gave me an affordable comfortable option close by. keep in mind that there are longer tenants on the property. this does not seem to affect the stay in anyway. would be nice if the desk […] had extra toothpaste or something like that but luckily about 500 feet away is an Albertsons, a Starbucks, and everything one might need. "monroe motel"
check in was simple and easy the clerk was friendly. i didn't like my room at all. The tv barely had any visible channels, the bed headboard was loose that every time i move it bangs against the wall, there was no ac but an old dirty box fan, the only thing that looks new was the bathroom but the shower water was a bit dirty. i tried to take a bath […] and the water runs light brown. yuck! The bed pillows were flat and the bed was hard as a rock. The only things i liked about this motel is that it had wireless internet access and it was close to some shopping areas. Read more
"Clean and Quiet"
Monroe Motel was great. Definitely cleaner than typical what is typical in that price range. Room was also extremely well maintained (recently pained).
