Excellent service at the hotel with all the staff being very willing to satisfy the customers' needs. There was plenty of food and excellent service at the restaurant. Needs some better maintenance though.

I have recently stayed at this hotel and I loved every minute of it.Wouldnt change even 1 thing about it.All the staff has made my stay the best i can remember in ages.The hotel is very beautiful ,has loads of activities through out the day and 2 beautiful swimming pools and great outside settings and also inside settings.The restaurant inside is superb […] and the reception and the staff who works there are brilliant.They are also a family friendly so would deffinately recomend this hotel to families.What made my stay so good was that all the staff who works there are very friendly and they do want to get to know you and then they want to know what your needs are so they can get them right every and each time and day of your stay.They will find out what you favourite drink is and they will make sure that you always get it before you even ask for it.They will make sure that your stay is perfect.I would recomened this hotel to anyone and I will be returning myself there every time I travel to KOS.It is very important this day get good value for money and this hotel had deffinately got it.And on this occasion I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff there who looked after me.. Vi kom til Ramira Beach med store forventninger etter å ha lest gode anmeldelser. Ramira innfridde alle våre forventninger! Rene rom, flott beliggenhet, god mat og et personale som gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives. Vi tilbragte dagene på stranden, og servicen fra strandbaren var også upåklagelig. Была на Косе на конференции. Отель расположен в 3 минутах ходьбы от конференц-центра. Совсем рядом с пляжем. Так что легко успевала поплавать в море в перерывах (если времени было мало -- в бассейне). Общественные недорогие автобусы ходят до г. Кос (с кучей достопримечательностей -- античных руин) и до термальных источников (где потрясающие скалы нависают […] над дорожкой), да и по всему острову. Персонал искренне доброжелательный. Очень много семей с детьми (удобен отель для семейного отдыха). Звукоизоляция в номере хорошая. Милый отельчик. Питание меня полностью устраивало. Довольна на 100%. Несмотря на малое количество сна (гуляли в соседнем городе Косе или купались в море ночью) отдохнула превосходно. Посидели в баре другого отеля (5 звезд) на пригорке недалеко -- там, конечно, более дорогие интерьеры и пр. -- но там все как в других фишинебельных отелях по миру (и до пляжа с детьми будет посложнее добираться).
