I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest hotel I could find that was close to Roppongi and Shibuya. I did not have high expectations, but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean! Its small and cozy. The subway stations were about a 10 minute walk. Theres really no sights or good resturants very close in walking distance. The hotel staff was nice. They have great vending machines and a cheap washer/dryer. I would definitely recommend this hotel since hotels can get very expensive in Tokyu. This one was a good price!

Location.
Situated in the heart of Yokohama, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen is close to Yokohama Stadium, Yokohama Marine Tower, and Yokohama Cosmo World. Also nearby are Landmark Tower and Yokohama Museum of Art.
Hotel Features.

It was a very pleasant stay! Spacious room and clean. Would stay again, on my next visit to Yokohama, Japan.
"great value for the money"
The hotel is two train stops from the main Yokohama station. Take the Kannai stop. go out the south entrance walk a block (going past the baseball stadium) and make a right hand turn and the hotel will be on the right side. You have to get to the lobby on the 3rd floor. Everyone speaks English. There is a laundry on the 10th floor, Only inconvinence […] is that ICE is on the 8th floor. Staff speaks English, Chinatown 2 minutes away around the corner. There is a small mkt downstairs. You don't have to spend a ton of money for a nice place. This is it. Bed is a queen. There is an internet station in the lobby for free (20 min limit). I couldn't get my netbook to access my Hotmail acct. but I could do so from the lobby. If you want cheap sushi, there is a kaiten sushi (conveyor belt sushi) 1 block from the Kannai station. go out the central exit and to the right there is a street with a number of resturants on it. the kaiten sushi is a few doors down on the right. "Only 1 year old and feels old"
Brand new hotel i thought it would be super clean (its Japan afterall) but arrive into hotel to find top doona cover with stains. Even though the bedsheets were clean the doona wasn't a pleasant sight. We asked for a change of rooms, and they kindly did so without question. Rest of room very clean (only 1 year old) Hallways are very dark, not enough […] lighting. Its opposite baseball park and 10 mins from station. Chinatown 2 minutes away. Read more

アレルギー体質なので、部屋の中の空気清浄機がありがたいです！ また、中華街で食事したあとの食べ物の臭いも、部屋に置いてあるファブリーズで消せるのも、助かります。 当たり前だけど、部屋は清潔で綺麗だし、ホテル全体の色使いも落ち着いていて大人の雰囲気。 この充実の設備とサービスでこの価格は、満足出来ます。 気に入りました。また利用させてもらいたいと思います。

"ダイワロイネットホテル横浜公園"
友人と横浜で遅くまで飲みたくて利用しました。中華街は目の前ですし関内からも徒歩圏内。便利な場所でした。 1階の入り口が少し分かりずらかったですが、部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

Das Hotel liegt nah zu einer Bahnstation (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß - wenn man nicht so viel Gepäck bei sich hat wie wir! Den Hafen mit einem herrlichen Blick erreicht man in ca. 10 Gehminuten, das Chinatown von Yokohama erreicht man auch in ca. 10 Minuten. Direkt am/im Hotel ist ein kleiner Supermarkt für die notwendigsten Dinge des Lebens. Das Zimmer ist […] mit einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet, Tee wird vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmeretagen können über den Lift nur mit einer Zimmerkarte (Schlüssel) erreicht werden, sodass sich tatsächlich nur Hotelgäste in den Etagen aufhalten können.
