The Riad was great but the neiborhood was not that good, It's really hard to find this place, there's no any sing at all and It was really scarry to walk from the place the taxi droped us off at 9:00 pm to the Riad, the only direction the taxi driver gave us was take this way and walk 300 meter straight but we found many little streets and got so confused till we found some kids and ask them for the Riad and 3 of them lead us tho the main entrance of the Riad, we pay them 5 Euros but they keep asking for more money. The service was just great, the brackfast was good, but after 3 days we had almost the same a lot of carbs and low in protein.

If you have stayed at Ibis before, no surprises. This hotel is about 6km out of the city center - perfect if you have a car and you've had enough Riads and the Medina - this hotel is in a quiet suburb. Room can be a bit noisy in the morning as the sound carries through the hall. Food was SPECTACULAR, we had two meals a day and even left the Medina to return to the Ibis because the restaurant was so tasty.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Riad Nesma, and we enjoyed our stay there tremendously - it is very close to all the sights in the medina, the staff was very friendly, and the freshly squeezed orange juice you had to start your breakfast off with was delicious - furthermore the staff served you a nice pot of mint tea whenever you felt like it - also a real treat. Considering that it is categorized as a budget riad, you get really good value for your money.

The riad was very close to the Jemaa el Fna so very easy to find and enjoy that during the day or evening. The service was top notch, right from the beginning when they were waiting for us at the airport through to the last morning when they prepared breakfast early for us as we left for our desert tour. This riad was beautifully clean, situated right next to the main square. It's totally true what others have said too...you make the 2 minute walk from the chaos & mayhem of Jemaa El Fna sqaure to the calm traquility of the riad- a total haven. Staff were lovely and freindly. Breakfast was a traditional form of pancake/crumpet/pastry style offering with […] a host of different jams. Very pretty hotel and extremely helpful staff. The only thing I would suggest is (if you are coming from the airport) to book a cab through the hotel - you WILL have trouble finding it otherwise. Hyggeligt lille Riad under 5 minutters gang fra Djemaa el Fna. Personalet er virkelig flinke og seviceminded. Det kan dog være meget svært at finde i første omgang uden hjælp, så book evt transport gennem hotellet. Så sørger de for at du/I kommer godt frem.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce riad fin Octobre 2012, il correspond exactement aux photos. Toutes les chambres ont une décoration différente, nous étions personnellement dans la chambre Jamila, qui est la plus grande du riad, la décoration est soignée, la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, le lit est fait tous les jours d'une manière différente et originale. […] Le personnel est discret mais disponible et chaleureux (Merci Aziz!). Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le patio ou sur la terrasse avec tous les jours des confitures différentes et des pains ou "viennoiseries" typiques ainsi que du jus d'orange pressé. Quelques petits bémols : riad très difficile à trouver, il se situe au fin fond d'un labyrinthe de ruelles, ce qui lui apporte néanmoins le calme en étant toutefois tout près de la place Jemaa El Fna (2 minutes à pied), donc il est grandement conseillé d'imprimer un plan détaillé avant de partir ! Autre petit bémol, il est écrit que ce riad dispose d'un hammam et de massages, pas tout à fait correct : le propriétaire a 2 autres riads aux alentours et ces installations se situent dans un des 2 autres ! Enfin, il est à noter que le bassin extérieur n'est pas chauffé, impossible donc de s'y baigner fin octobre. Mais concrétement, très joli lieu à proximité de tous les monuments à voir de Marrakech, très pratique donc et très agréable de rentrer au calme tous les soirs ! Read more

Lorsque vous arrivez sur la place jamaa El fna, le riad n'est pas très loin, trouver seul est compliqué. Il faut demander son chemin. Il y'a des petites ruelles à parcourir mais le quartier est calme. Super service des deux employés présent. La chambre est plutôt bien entretenue ( sauf le jet de douche, mais comme tous les hotels pratiquement), le lit […] est fait d'une manière original et les serviettes sont placées egalement de façon insolite. Hermoso Riad. Limpio. Decoración Impecable. Servicio impecable. Muy atentos!!!!. Los desayunos increíbles y con cosas muy ricas! El patio-jardín es hermoso!!! Los chicos que atienden son muy buena onda. Volvería sin ninguna duda

Bonne prestation d'une manière générale. Toutefois l'accueil du gérant français, quelque peu stressé, est un peu expéditif. Ayant l'habitude de séjourner dans des riads, nous avons regretté par exemple de ne pas être accueillis, comme la coutume le veux avec un thé que l'on a globalement dans ce type d'hébergement.

Personalet og servicen var helt i top! Rigtig fint og godt vedligeholdt hotel, der ligger tær på alt. Dog anbefales det ikke at bo der i vinterperioden, da der var koldt overalt og hotellet ikke har varmekilder.

Riad trés bien situé, reculé des rues bruyantes et enfumées, il est trés bien entretenu. L'ensemble du personnel est trés agréable et au petit soin, les petits déjeuners sont exceptinnels avec des confitures maison et des patisseries différentes tous les jours. Le ménage des chambres est effectué tous les jours avec beaucoup de serieux, le lit est fait […] tous les jours de façon differente. nous avons passé 5 jours vraiment trés agréables et nous recommanderons cet hotel à nos Amis. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Heimelige Atmosphäre. Wir fühlten uns als wären wir bei Verwandten zu Besuch. Das Riad zu finden ist allerdings eine Kunst. Man muss sich extrem durchfragen. Nicht einmal die Einheimischen kennen den Weg, der durch ein Labyrint zum Ziel führt. Dort einmal angekommen lohnt sich der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr.
