This is a nice hotel to 'land' at after a long flight, however their free pick up from the airport did not show up, and they would not reimburse us for the taxi we had to take- so I would not count on them if you are just arriving and want a reliable pick up. We arrived at 2 am and had to find a taxi.

Our stay here was excellent. The staff here are so helpfull and genuine. We moved here from pecatu to be closer to the main kuta area and were not disapointed. It is about a 5 minute bike ride to kuta and also close to the airport however there is litttle to no noise of aircraft. The staff went out of their way to help and provided a very friendly service […] to us while we were there. The breakfast is much better than other places we stayed and the free wifi in the rooms was a good touch as allot of places here do not offer this. The hotel was clean and looked like it had undergone a modernising revamp in recent times. It is an older hotel but still modern and very comfortable. I would reccommend this hotel to families as there is a pool with some activities for kids but it is also good for couples or business people staying in the area. We never had a problem with noise or anything else. If we ever returned to bali there is no doubt that we would stay here again. Price was fantastic and we were very suprised with how nice the place is. There is a store called Krishna up the road which i reccommend for tourists looking for souveniers at about a third of the price you would pay anywhere else ( paintings, carvings etc ) Read more

Comfortable, clean room with soft bed, flat screen TV, and small deck overlooking the pool (we were on the 5th floor). Welcome drink was something like a gin and tonic, which was a nice change of pace from the usual fruit drink. Staff was helpful and polite. The Aston Inn Tuban is a comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Kuta. The rooms are intimate and comfortable. If you do require 2 separate beds then you may need to stay elsewhere. We got a room with 2 beds and they were still placed side by side, virtually connected. If you are not an early riser then I highly advise getting a room above the first floor […] because the breakfast starts very early and is very noisy! I'm a deep sleeper and could hardly sleep past 7am because our room, though convenient for the pool, was directly outside the breakfast area. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the locals working at the breakfast buffet always had a smile on their faces. Overall we definitaly enjoyed our stay, and the pool, with floating barstools, was extremely beautiful for this level of accomodation. Definitely recommend with the exception of noise at breakfast time. A tip for getting to and from Kuta: Be sure that you don't use imitation Bluebird taxi's to ride to and from Kuta. There are many many fakes that will hassle you for your business, but will be 3-5+ times as much. Simply asking "have meter" in the taxis made things much easier -- and ALL metered taxis to/from the main Shopping mall center in Kuta was ~$2 USD (or 20,000 Rp). Read more

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. They provide a free shuttle service. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The room I had was very decent and the pool area and bar is pretty cool as well. Their were no downsides to this hotel, its affordable, nice and in a good location.

For a dirty city overpopulated with tourists, Aston Inn was a quiet, quality hotel away from the main strips of Kuta in Bali. The staff was courteous and professional, and the rooms were clean. The plus came with free airport shuttle service, especially in a city full of soliciting taxis. Even for being a little far away from the attractions, tour services […] know the hotel well enough to make pickups hassle-free. The only gripes I had with the hotel were the unreliable wi-fi and the bad keycard reader for my room, which the staff quickly corrected. If you are looking for an extended stay in Bali, this hotel may not be for you. Any major eateries, beaches, and attractions are a few kilometers away, so taxi transport is a must. Also, this hotel is not for anyone who is looking to be near any action in town, since walking on the streets towards Kuta and other places is a chore in itself, with numerous road repairs, rubbish piles, and open manholes. We had pre-arranged a hotel pick-up (complimentary) which was easy to co-ordinate and all went very smoothly and without any hitches. Check-in at Reception was quick and easy. Aston Inn is very close to the airport and was very quick to get to after a late night flight into Bali. The reception staff were efficient but I had to call down to get some basic information such as check-out times and WiFi codes which provided at check-in. Aircon in room didn't work initially but was very quickly fixed and didn't cause any problems. […] We were leaving at lunchtime the next day so didn't have time to fully explore the amenities but the pool is lovely and in the centre of the hotel so very quiet but has a pool bar so looked very relaxing and welcoming! The only downside to the hotel is the noise from the main road and the entrance into the hotel which our room looked onto, not every room shares this view so would be worth saying you wanted a room on the pool side of the hotel. We stayed for around 8 days. Great service from the staff and so friendly. Hotel was very clean and they have staff very dedicated to maintaining, wiping down floors constantly. Downfall is the location of the hotel - it is about a 1km to Kuta (around 15-20 mins walk - if you don't mind not having footpaths some of the way). Facilities and staff were excellent. We like to walk and its a 30minute walk to Kuta beach or $1 in a cab. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and Adam the manager. The spa was affordable, modern, clean and masseur was a trained professional. Food was delicious. 深夜着の飛行機でバリ島入りした際の初日だけ利用しました。 事前に送迎のお願いをしていたのですが、当日飛行機が大幅に遅れ、イミグレ通過が予定より1時間以上遅れたにも関わらず、担当のスタッフは待っていてくれ、しっかりとホテルまで送ってくれました。 スタンダードな部屋を予約したのですが、部屋は広く、ベットも大きく申し分ありませんでした。 気になった点としてはお湯の出が悪かった事です。 その他は朝食もプールを眺めながらゆったりと食事ができましたし、スタッフの対応も悪くなく、このクラスのホテルとしては合格点かと思います。 ただ、バリリゾートを満喫する為に長期滞在するにはちょっと不向きかと思います。

深夜到着のため、空港近くのホテルなので選びました。空港から5分くらいですぐ到着したし、空港にも送迎してくれて、助かりました。少しですが日本語のわかるスタッフもいましが、ほとんど英語でのやりとりになるけど不便はなかったです。朝食付き、インターネットフリーのplanでした。ホテルのアメニティーもきちんとしており、シャワーや浴槽にもお湯がはれたし、トイレの水もきちんと流れたので、またバリに行った際は利用したいと思いました。

酒店位置没在KUTA最繁华的地方，从KUTA走路回酒店至少要半个多小时，离机场最多10分钟。酒店的装修中规中矩，房间较舒适，缺点是好像有一半的房间都能听到街道上和酒店大堂前的汽车声，不过对睡眠很好的人应该不存在什么问题；房间内还有免费的WIFI，早餐教丰富。 如果是整天都去其它地方观光的话，这个酒店是个不错的选择；但如果想享受更好的度假时光，这个酒店就不是首选。

値段はreasonableですが、サービスと部屋の設備、清潔度は良い。朝食はシンプルで値段相応だが、スタッフの対応は良い。receptionの対応も明るくて良い。ｋｕｔａの中心まで歩くと20分タクシーで5分程度。早朝５時半のcheck　outであったが、朝食（サンドイッチとジユース）も用意してくれた。空港までの無料送迎もあったので、最後まで快適に過ごせた。また利用したい。

空港から近くて、安くて便利です。 が、クタから少し離れており、移動には少し時間がかかります。 WIFIが部屋で使える点は評価できます。もう少し安定して早い接続速度であれば、なおよしです。 部屋、ホテルはとてもきれいで快適です。 また利用したいです。
