We had a fabulous stay at Margarets Forest. Even though it was right in the centre of the town, we felt as if we were in THE forest as all the units were surrounded by trees - it was just wonderful. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable with more than enough linen. There were a total of 8 family members and with the two units, there was […] more than enough room to feel very relaxed. The check in was fast and the staff extremely professional and friendly. The apartment itself was average, the layout is a bit strange, with bedrooms downstairs and lounge room/kitchen upstairs, a bit sparsely furnished. But it was clean and beds were comfortable enough. It's located in the middle of the town and shopping and eateries are within walking distance. It is a self contained unit with washing machine and dryer and even dish washer. There's also a balcony and a BBQ pit for the unit where you can do your own bbq in the privacy of your unit.
