Great.. I had to stay over because a Delta flight canceled on me. I was very comfortable here, but the taxi fee cost me $31.50 each way. Maybe they should consider transportation for the guests.

"Amazing staff"
Had a few issues. Initially they put us in the wrong room and our room keys didn't work. The staff was very apologetic and corrected the issue immediately and even upgrade us from a superior king to a grande king room. The next room was pretty nasty stains on the couches furniture was very scuffed up. I went down to the front desk to ask if we could just move back to what we booked the superior king because of the problems in the new rooms and I honestly didn't think it was necessary to upgrade us in the first place. Staff again was very pleasant and even upgraded us again to a junior suite. This time the room was clean and extremely nice. Overall the hotel itself was very good. The shinning star for our experience was the staff A++.

"Great Location and Services"
The hotel provides excellent service with attentive staff. The hotel is also easily accessible from the airport via public transportation (MARTA). In fact, there is a subway station a couple of blocks from the hotel. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel.

"Great Stay"
Really nice hotel. We kept checking hotels.com and found a low price of $149. For this hotel that is a steal for 2 double beds. If you have time check out the Restaraunt thats inside, Saltwood. You wont be dissapointed. Just keep in mind that you have to pay $24 a day for self parking.

Great staff who were always available and asking how they could be helpful. We received text messages asking if everything was ok a few times which was nice. Restaurant was very nice and the food was very good at breakfast. Our room was lovely.

"Peachtree 2015"
I came in to run the Peachtree Road Race. All the hotels in Midtown were booked due to a very large national convention at the same time. I found this room at the last minute before flying to Atlanta and was able to use one of my free stays for it. It was an AMAZING place to stay for the race! Very upscale. The shower was amazing as were the room views

"Excellent customer service, great location"
We checked in late Friday of July 4th weekend to celebrate our anniversary in a part of the city we hadn't had time to explore yet. Marcel was there to help us check in, and was so pleasant at the late hour. He must have paid attention when we mentioned it was our anniversary, because not long after we settled into the very nice and very clean room, we had a lovely card he had signed himself and a bottle of champagne and glasses delivered to our room. The insert is intended for the couple to write their dreams on, then plant and water it. It has flower seeds that will bloom, like your dreams. Nice touch! The room service breakfast was so good. They have a cool bar in the lobby with great cocktails before you go out to any of the attractive restaurants within walking distance. There is a spa and fitness retreat we didn't have time to look into, but I've heard good things. All staff very friendly and seem to want to go above and beyond to make your stay special. Great weekend!

"Room Served Purpose"
Not much to tell. The room was ok, not spectacular. I'm not a fan of the room's color scheme...Just lacking in plush decor. Nice view on the 19th floor looking towards the Georgia Dome spanning to Midtown, but not the best. The tub was just blah for a hotel listed as number 3 out of 191 hotels in Atlanta. Saltwood, the restaurant, was exquisite. Not much vegetation in this area, so no relaxing courtyard to enjoy. I didn't have time to explore much more having stayed there so briefly and trying to seal a business deal.

"Nice but not worth the pricing listed"
I decided to get this room as a nice getaway for my fiance for father's day. The room was a little pricey but I figured that it would worth it due to so many people stating that this was a very nice place and that it is usually way more expensive. My fiance is really big on separate showers and bathtubs. Just a preference of his. Due to some confusion that I had about a month earlier with another hotel I decided to call and make sure that this hotel would be accurate with their room descriptions. I talked to 3 different people who all confirmed that the hotel was exactly as described online only to get into my room and see that this too was not exactly as advertised. The only good thing is that it was still nice compared to some other places. I guess that it wasn't that bad if you look at as being comfy and cozy but it was not worth the pricing that it was listed at.

"Midtown getaway"

"Wonderful hotel in Midtown Atlanta!"
We were attending the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival and decided to stay at the event hotel. What a smart decision! We were running a little late for our first function and I didn't think we would have time to check in. The front desk was fast and efficient and we even got an upgrade for being Expedia gold members! The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were amazing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There are many fantastic restaurants within walking distance of the hotel!

"Not again"
Hotel was mobbed for Atlanta's Food and Wine Fest. There are only 4 elevators to serve over 400 rooms on over 15 floors. Took forever to get to rooms. Very slow car valet because of crowds. Overworked bellmen got blamed for things out of their control which wasn't fair.

"Beautiful hotel in a nice area"
The room and the front desk staff was wonderful. My only pet peeve was housekeeping knocking on my door every two hours starting at 7 in the morning, even after I told her I was checking out at 12pm.

"Try something else for the price"
The room was very average for a Loews. The TV was older and all the channels blurry. The bathroom TV didn't work at all, we mentioned it twice before someone came to look at it. Then we were told it only got 9 channels. Towels were limited and took a while to get delivered. We requested a fridge that was never delivered, the parking was a hassle due to a key card that worked once in 7 swipes throughout the stay. However, the front desk was polite and pleasant and the neighborhood is a good location.

"Location, Location, Location"
Staycation experience for my wife and I. Location is perfect - easy walk to Piedmont & the Beltline. Great restaurants nearby. We parked the car on Friday night and didn't get in it until Sunday when we left. Walked everywhere. Great service & infrastructure. We'll go back here in 6-months for our next Staycation.

"Very comfortable, modern hotel in great location"
We really liked this hotel. Room was immaculate. Great bathroom. Felt luxurious but not stuffy. Our room was on the 11th floor and my only complaint (not the hotels fault really) is that we could hear every fire truck, police and/or ambulance siren that went by. That woke us up a few times. I'd definitely come back, just ask to stay on a higher floor. Bed was very comfortable.

"Not as good as I was expecting"
The first room they sent me to had no view except of the roof and the air conditioning units. So I requested another room which had a nice view, but was very small. The TV did not work and I had to call 4 separate times, before it was finally fixed 2 days later. The cleaning was just ok, they did not empty the trash cans which I would expect from a brand like Loews. The parking pass they gave us did not work so we got stuck in the parking garage until we could get a new pass. The staff was polite, but didn't seem genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. They never offered bell service for our luggage. We purchased this room through a 3rd party company and I felt like we were Class C guests and didn't warrant a nice room or extra attention.

"Understocked store but excellent rooms"
The front desk upgraded my room and moved me up to a higher floor with a better view complimentary which was very welcoming. Although admittedly this is not the fault of the hotel's in any way, but I slept funny and woke up with a major ache in my neck that lasted all day. So in the morning, I went downstairs to the gift store within the hotel to see what they had that could help. I got a small bottle of Tylenol but what I was really looking for was Bengay. I told the sales clerk "surely, I'm not the first one to ever wake up with a bad neck at a hotel, I don't know why they wouldn't stock Bengay?" she said she was unsure and that the concierge would be able to help you out and perhaps even offer a ride to the nearest drug store. So I went to the concierge and relayed the same story and he deferred me to the front desk receptionist who although was nice, was quite unhelpful. When I told her "Surely I'm not the only one to wake up like this?" she said "I'm sorry, but there's a CVS a few blocks away." and without showing me on a map (Google Maps did not pick up this CVS, so I couldn't use my iPhone) just told me left, left, right, etc. Either the hotel should stock Bengay, or at least offer a complimentary ride instead of expect me to walk with a neck I can barely move.

"Relaxing Stay in the Heart of Midtown ATL"
The Loews Midtown has a great location as it's easy to walk to the park and restaurants. I like having the keurig coffee in the room and a separate shower and tub. I loved the Exhale Spa and Yoga. It made for a very relaxing overnight stay.

"Great first impression!"
It was my first time staying here, and I was very impressed. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in midtown. Check in/out was quick and easy. The front desk clerk and valet were friendly and professional. As soon as you walk in at night, you immediately hear what sounds like an awesome party at the hotel bar, with great music, and people enjoying drinks and chatting. My girlfriends and I joked that we could just stay there instead of going out, because it looked so fun! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

Nice hotel.. In great vicinity of Atlanta nightlife and eatery! The view from my room was an incredible sight. It was overlooking Peachtree street, one of the main streets running through Atlanta .

"Nice hotel"
This is overall a very nice hotel. The only thing I did not like is the size of the rooms. For the price they are really small. I came to Atlanta with my kids for Cheersport Nationals. This is a nice upscale hotel but not really one for kids. Now for a quick getaway for adults only, this hotel is great.

"Nice hotel close to lots of restaurants and clubs"
This was our third time staying at Loews Atlanta. We had always previously enjoyed our stay. It was nice but not as nice as we had remembered. The room was tidy and clean but lacked a few things. There was supposed to be a beverage/snack bar but this time it was empty. Apparently it was being re-done? Along with an empty fridge, there was no wine opener- which is okay but when we called down to ask for one it never showed up. The room service assured us it would be right up and as an hour and a half approached we called back down to check and they apologized saying it would be right up again. It never came. We ended up having to take our bottle down to the bar and have them open it for us. The bathroom is nice, we like the tub and separate shower with the flat screen TV on the wall-except that the TV was almost broken, barely hanging on there. It just looked like it was cheap and going to fall apart at any moment. We would have to say for the price it was a little disappointing. Now, one week later I realize on my bank statement that we were overcharged. I am aware that there is usually a deposit held on your card and then returned but only part of it was returned. After just now being on hold for 31 minutes, I find out they double charged us for valet parking which will take 3 to 5 more business days to be returned. If this were our first visit we probably would not return but maybe this time was just a random fluke.

"Lovely Hotel, Just a bit Noisy"
My girlfriend and I stayed at The Loews Hotel in Atlanta for Valentine's Day weekend as a staycation since she and I are both from Atlanta originally. The hotel is very nice and the staff very helpful as well as friendly. The room was clean, though I had discomfort with the pillows while sleeping. I won't say this is the best hotel bed I've ever slept in but not the worse. My only issue with The Loews Hotel in Atlanta is it's location. I did not realize that Midtown was so noisy at 3AM. I'm not sure exactly what was going on, however the rooms definitely are not sound proof. From outside noise, to noise in the hallways made for a very uncomfortable night. For the price tag on the rooms here, I would expect to not only be able to not hear my neighbors but they also should not be able to hear me.

"Good place but pricey"
Good hotel very clean but too expensive for what you get. I feel they are very cheap in trying to get any penny they can out of the customer. There are no vending machines in the hotel and a store that closes a 9:00. If someone wants a late nite coke you have to order room service. The parking next door is high. They were busy checking out so I tried to get a cart to bring down our luggage and was stopped and told they would have to send someone up there. We waited and waited and finally carried it down ourselves. They put a $100 hold on your credit card in case you have any incidentals from your room, such as movie rentals, and did not take it off for a few days. We asked for a late check out and we were told it was $50 for 1 hour and $100 for 2 hours. We paid over $400 for 1 nite and just feel the Loews company is just out to get every penny.

"Nice room- paper thin walls"
I booked this hotel because of the excellent and outstanding reviews it received from previous customers. While the hotel was nice, and the staff friendly, I didn't find the room to be "superior". On top of it, my husband and I were kept up from the "adult relations" taking place in the next room. We really felt like the walls were paper thin as we could hear EVERYTHING that was taking place next door. Was embarrassing for us and kept us up most of the night. I think we may try another one of Atlanta's fine hotel establishments if we ever get the opportunity to have a one night getaway again.

"Trendy yet classy"
We had a great stay at The Loews! It was a staycation and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at the Loews. We have stayed at several other brand name hotels and we definitely appreciated the crowd at the Loews better. It's a trendy upper class crowd without the extreme partying. We really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely go back and bring our kids. It was trendy and classy at the same time.
